The pharmacy always text me when my prescription is ready . They will hold my prescription if I need time to pay for my prescription . Both of my doctors order my prescriptions online to the pharmacy and the pharmacy always receives it . My oncologist is in Troy Ohio and my primary care provider is in Lima Ohio

I give 2 stars now, only because they changed the settings when you call and can't actually talk to the pharmacist. I had to call to get 1 of my medications filled because I can't just request them to be filled online, and now I can't call to speak to them to get them filled ahead of time so now every month I have to sit in another town that I dont even live in anymore and wait 2 hours! 2 hours to get 1 medication filled.

Well where to begin..my sugar was spiking and I have my insulin pen but in our move we packed my pen needles and haven't found them. So I went to buy just my needles and they refused to give them to me with out a prescription. Which is wrong there available without a script. So I had to travel 45 mins to another store and bought them. By then I've spiked to nearly 500 and rising. They have also given my prescriptions to other people. This store needs serious attention and they needed held liable for their actions

I have dropped off prescriptions and go to pick them back up and told they were already picked up. I am the only one in my family that drops off and picks up prescriptions. Today 6/18/23 my husband called about pen needles for his insulin pen because his sugar spiked. The pharmacist was rude and said he needed a prescription for pen needles. Frantic we searched and called friends, to find out they are sold over the counter in CVS. Shocker. I drove and extra 30 mins to the celina CVS because obviously the Wapakoneta store has no idea what they are talking about. Not using them unless I absolutely have no choice.

I understand that businesses are currently short staffed and it can be stressful but the pharmacy staff is extremely rude. They gave me the wrong medicine because they ran an old prescription from February without my permission. When I brought the wrong medicine back they were extremely rude and never apologized for the inconvenience.. They also argued with me about using a. Co pay card. Our insurance requires us to use cvs but I am going to use a different one hopefully the staff is better in Piqua

Recently had to start using CVS because of insurance. So for not impressed with the pharmacy. First time getting a script I walked in, handed them my bottle and she told me it would be about 20 minutes. That is reasonable. I said I would come back. Went back the next day at 9 a.m. and it was not ready. Said it would be 10-15 minutes. Then today, I did not receive a call from them for new scripts, so I called and the recording told me they were all ready for pickup. I pulled into the drive-thru and I was the 4th car in line. After sitting in line for 20 minutes I decided to walk in. I was in and out within 5 minutes. So my advice to you all, if there are multiple cars in the drive thru it will probably be faster to walk in.

I called the pharmacy this morning at 10:00. Took quite a long time to get somebody but I understand there's not enough help. I asked the pharmacist a question she would not answer it! Actually she was very rude to me and hung up on me. I've never had anything like this before at your pharmacy she must be new. Just wanted to let you know.

Store was sufficiently stocked and clean. Reason for 2 stars is staff. I went to checkout and asked the employee if this was the register that was open and her answer was or you can do self checkout. So I went and did self checkout and item rang up wrong so I had to wait for her to checkout people at register who came after me to fix price and it was still wrong. So had to wait again for her to come back to have the item just taken off.

Everyone at this pharmacy have been professional and friendly. Never have had an issue. I have options for other pharmacies alot closer to me but choose this one.

Came here late on Christmas eve to get pedialyte for our sick child. The woman working the register was very helpful and courteous, despite working the day before Christmas, when others might be grumpy about it. Thank you so much and keep smiling!

My doctor called in my prescription I went to pick it up they said it couldn't be picked up til Wednesday then I get something saying that there's no refills this is not true why are they sending this?
