Took my 98 yr old father to CVS for his Covid Booster.Staff at counter were very nice and efficient. All good until the pharmacist came. He was rude impatient and didn’t speak to my father before of after.I also heard speaking loud lotAnd rudely to another customer at the counter !BIG Turnoff

CVS is always clean. I love their flowers and cards for purchase. My husband and I always love their little truffles you can buy individually. Great place for medication pick up and for snacks/treats, too. Also, the store smells good.

Pharmacists, techs, and clerks go above and beyond to give top notch service leaving the customer feel as though they are not shopping with a corporation but a local Ma ‘n pop shoppe! Carepass is worth every penny and I highly recommend the service!!

They have been harassing me with phone calls to refill prescriptions that I take every day and have for years. Not new ones .every time I go in there or use the drive through lately they're rude and expect me to know. As in today's pickup they said because of covid they were not having people sign for prescription drug. I really read the paper it didn't say anything about picking up drugs. Plus they said that they did it before. They never did it for myself before and she argued with me. The customers are always right. I told them I can take care of my prescription pills and prescription drugs. They think they can talk to people like this for they have nowhere else to go .I think not .Don't be like delphos people

Pharmacy staff is always SO kind and prompt. We are grateful for their knowledge when we have questions about prescriptions. A great place to get other things too, from gifts to makeup to snacks. We love our local CVS.

Let me tell you, I've been living in Cleveland for a month and shop at the CVS on Euclid Ave near the Cleveland Clinic and terrible doesn't begin to describe that store. The Van Wert CVS and more importantly the people make this store a shining example of the CVS brand. I never thought I would miss a pharmacy. Kudos to you fine folks!!
