Stayed 4 nights. No maid service, unless you go to the desk and asked for linens or towels, was not told this. Found bedbugs in my things. Was billed $10 for a missing metal basket that wasn’t in the room. They charged me before asking me about it. When I told them the basket was never there, they said they would reverse the charge. It took two weeks and a call to corporate, to have the charge reversed. In the process of trying to reverse the charge the hotel charged an extra $115 by mistake (which was also reversed). Manager was rude and hung up on me. Locals STRONGLY DO NOT recommend this hotelNoteworthy details: Right off interstate. Walmart 5 minutes away. Restaurants in walking distance. Staff needs retraining (customer service skills lacking) Holiday Inn is right across parking lot, when you need to move.

Super friendly and helpful staff, easy check in. Close to the highway, but quiet. Nicely landscaped and maintained exterior. Pet Friendly! Inside was modern, well decorated. We did not use the pool or exercise room, but they looked clean and well maintained. Room was modern, nice furniture, a/c working properly. Quiet, clean hallways. Breakfast had a nice variety of standard foods: waffles, eggs, bacon, pastries, fruit, cereal, yogurt, etc. All around a very nice stop.Rooms: Modern furniture, recently painted, laid out well. Fridge, microwave, coffee maker. Large closet. A/C unit working properly.Safety: Key card needed for exterior doors, well lit exterior.

I was a bit unsure about staying here because it is a pet friendly hotel. However, we have a small dog and needed a place to stay while our RV was being worked on. I came in and requested to see a room. The lady at the front desk was pleasant and took me to see one. As it turned out, a service was here steam cleaning the carpet. The room was very clean. There is also a large lawn area where I could walk my dog. If I am ever back in this area, I would stay here again

There is a Holiday Inn Express essentially in the same parking lot. Spend $10 - $15 extra dollars and stay there.There are standup ash trays place right at the front door, which invited groups of people to smoke right where you enter the lobby.There is a free breakfast, it is decent (powder eggs, sausage, waffle maker, boiled eggs).The rooms are just OK, not great. The clientele is sketchy. We almost took out losses and left but we decided to stick it out for one night.I can't say horrible things about this hotel but I can tell you, it is sketchy. We won't stay here again. It is more of a place for trades people to stay when they travel for work.Nearby activities: There is a decent Mexican restaurant virtually right across the street. The food was decent but again, just OK. Typically the salsa and chips are great at most mexican restaurants, this salsa was different and not great. The food was just ok.

I liked this place. Besides a few minor maintenance issues this has got to be the nicest room I've had in a while. Everything was clean and worked. Well except for that missing light bulb. The TV having the ability to stream from my device is a plus. Staff was friendly and accommodating. The morning breakfast offered was Meh at best. There are plenty of options for food in the area

Website said there was hot tub but there wasn't. Toilet paper was not changed before we entered our room, and the water pressure in the shower could have been stronger. The bed was super comfy and the TV was nice.

One star because I ended up having my switch taken out of my luggage while I was there and called them twice in regards to checking their “lost and found” for it. Told me both times that their manager wasn’t there and that they would call me back and never received anything. Half tempted to submit a police report since it’s been 3-4 weeks and still nothing

What a beautiful & inviting place to stay! The cleanliness is top rate and the furnishings are modern and warm. Breakfast was hot and appetizing, the indoor pool is always clean and refreshing and they allow pets! The Mexican restaurant across the street is VERY clean and the food is awesome!

From the minute I checked in to the closing of our door to leave it was nothing but the best. Our room was clean, smelled great and the breakfast area was stocked and cleaned as well. Employee's were nice and helpful. Me and my family will definitely be back.

Very clean and relaxing hotel. The staff was super friendly and honestly loved the breakfast spread. The view from the room was beautiful in the morning as well. If I'm ever in the area again I'd definitely stop here again.

Overall our stay was good. The bed was comfortable. The shower had great water pressure. The room was clean. The grounds could have used some attention, there was cigarette butts and trash in the parking lot.Because people want to know - breakfast was so-so. Scrambled eggs, looked like sliced deli ham and breakfast potatoes with peppers. There was a waffle maker, bread, plain bagels, a couple pastries wrapped like from a vending machine. 3 flavors of yogurt, peeled boiled eggs, a couple breakfast burritos and I think there was an egg muffin sandwich. I couldn't really see it and didn't want to be touching anything I wasn't taking.A bowl with oranges and a few bananas was set out.Coffee was ready. But if you showed up within 30 minutes of the end of service they really didn't want to fill it.We would stay there again as we are there for the room, not really the breakfast.

Loved this place. Room and bathroom was very clean. We thought the extra outlets and USB ports were a nice touch. Because let's face it, how many times do you find yourself searching for an open outlet to charge your phones. Also loved the reading lights next to the bed. Staff was awesome. And the breakfast was delicious (they thought of everything). I would definitely recommend this place if you're ever in the area.

Room was nice. Pool and Hot Tub had things floating in them. Staff was great. Breakfast was amazing. I especially loved mixing the Chocolate and Original Waffle batter. They had Sugar Free Syrup. Currently remodeling on 2nd Floor.

Had such a great stay. Staff is wonderful and extremely accommodating. Needed some milk for a bottle & they didn’t hesitate to give us some versus us driving to Walmart and dragging kids through the store. Staff also saw our hands were full with the kids and helped us make them plates during breakfast. Couldn’t ask for nicer people. Room was clean and the hot tub and pool were great!

Excellent motel. The bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet. We had to stay because the van we just purchased blew a tire and we didn't have a spare. They were very understanding and helpful in getting us a room quickly so we could lay down and try to forget the day.

Had a very nice time staying at the hotel. Rooms were very clean. Staff was very nice. The breakfast in the morning was good. The hot tub and the pool were excellent. When I'm in town I'll stay here again. We also had our dog with us for an extra $15.

Pretty nice place had a nice room with a comfortable bed and a friendly staff. It was great to be able to swim in the indoor pool when the weather has been so cold. Definitely would stay here again.No longer has the hot tub feature though thats the only thing that kinda sucked.

Heard a huge fight down the hall as I was opening my door. Two hours later police surrounded the parking lot. Ants attacked my dogs food bowl before he stopped eating. Girl at front desk was rude and less than helpful. I think that sums it up! $117.00 a night...not worth it keep driving
