Unfortunately, there is not an option for "zero" stars, for that is what is deserved..I work all over Ohio and have passed this establishment many times and finally had a chance to stop in. While I have absolutely no problem waiting in a line, I do have a problem with being skipped over. You may be asking yourself, was it an accident or a mistake.. that would be no, it was not. The group behind me works for the area (locals), and the lady behind the counter clearly saw me and my bright caution yellow shirt, didn't say anything to me directly, but walks over to them and said "I know you guys are in a hurry, what can I get you.."So I left immediately and will not return, and I will definitely not recommend it unless you're a local.Thanks for nothing.

Went in there today with my husband. Asked for the special..it was 11 am...the lady said we are out sorry .we don't have any bread to make any other sandwiches..I saw bread on the shelves..you lost 2 customers...they have no idea how to treat a paying customer..I'm glad they don't work for me..it was poor service...didn't ask can I get you something at all ..boggles mind
