The entire staff at Tipp City Vet Hospital has been amazing! From the moment we stepped in the building 5 years ago, we knew we could trust the entire team with our beloved pups. We lost our girls of 12 years just 60 days apart and the entire staff helped us through that tough time. Especially Leah, she is wonderful! Leah! Please give her a hug for me! Like ten of them actually!!!! When we were sent home with a comfort plan for sissy, she visited with us and helped as much as she could. Then when we went through it again in March, she was one again there without hesitation. We lost Jezzabelle at home and we brought her in to the hospital just after she passed panicked and distraught. And Leah was there to comfort me and reassure me there was nothing more I could have done. Honestly, she helped keep me level headed during one of the hardest times. I had never lost my own pet before until recently. Thank you for having such an amazing staff. Take the time needed to make sure my pets are comfortable

It’s never a good day when you need to run your pet to the vet. But the team at Tipp City Vet are top notch. The young lady at the counter was exceptionally friendly and the rest of the team followed closely behind. The service and time spent with my pet was also awesome. I didn’t feel rushed and they truly cared about the best interest of my Chinchilla.Just want to thank the team for their hard work and dedication.

Took our puppy here for the first time on Sunday. We love Dr Jacob. He was very nice and informative. Love that they have weekend hours for people who work. Just a great place! Dr Jacob is great!!! Everyone was very nice They even gave us this awesome magnet with our puppy’s picture 💙

Tipp City Veterinary staff are always so friendly and welcoming. The veterinarians are amazing and take adequate time to address concerns with your pet and develop treatment plans and strategies to keep them healthy and happy. We love Tipp City Vet. Dr. Emily and Dr. Joel are our favorite veterinarians. I wish I could remember all the names of the staff at the front desk but they are all the best too! I love the attention to your concerns for your pet and thoroughness from the veterinary staff.

My pup and I had a great first experience! Facility was clean, staff were kind, patient, and attentive. I felt like my little guy was in good hands throughout the whole experience. The doctor listened and addressed any concerns I had. Our vet tech was also amazing. Would definitely recommend :)

Dr Jacob was wonderful! He was very kind and thorough. He went over every detail of our surgery and answered all questions that I had. He seemed to truly care and take his time. We did not feel like just another patient or number. The amount of time spent with us far exceeded any other surgeon that we have previously seen elsewhere. All of the staff that we encountered were very kind and helpful.

Professional, caring and effective. Although their fees and addons (lab tests, meds, blood tests) can be really steep. Major surgery (ACL) was $5k. But office helped us get needed paperwork for pet insurance claim.

This review is for the Doggie Daycare, not the Veterinary Clinic. I have never taken my dog to a doggie daycare and had no real idea what to expect…. What I got was pretty awesome. The team spoke with me after my dog’s initial evaluation, they identified some anxiety (which I expected) but pulled him aside for some quiet time to reset. Then reintroduced him to the group slowly again. They were considerate of his feelings and quick to support his needs. They gave me a full report card after his session along with photos of him and his new friends. They recommended three more in-profess sessions for evaluation on less busy days, simply to see if he is comfortable in a daycare setting. Overall, I feel great about the experience and the staff’s ability to ensure my dog has a positive experience. Thank you.

With more than 10 years of experience with Tipp City Veterinary Hospital, service is always more than satisfactory. Each of my experiences with them have been excellent. The veterinary tech or nurse that came in with the vet was very understanding and made sure I understood what was going on and what was needed. It was also made clear what was necessary, and what could be deferred until our next appointment. They show great attention to detail and always try to make my anxious dog feel more at ease.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I received outstanding service on Sunday morning as a new patient walk in after my bulldogs had a fight. The only thing that could have made this visit better was if the team could take payment in the treatment room before I got up with my dog (he had to be carried) but other than that, I don’t have any feedback for improvement. Luca’s bandage was decorated and you wouldn’t think something like that would make a difference, but it did make me smile and my kids loved it.From the Doctor, to the techs to the front desk team, EVERYONE was fantastic, timely and reasonably priced. I appreciated everyone so much!!! 🐾 🐶

This place is incredible. They were so conscientious of keeping my cat calm and whipped him into a room right away away from dogs, complete with calming spray. Dr. Joel even was thoughtful enough to wait until later in the day to fully examine him because he would be sedated and more comfortable. They diagnosed him with a serious infection from (I hope) procedures performed elsewhere. They did it all within 24 hours of me calling them.You gave my cat a fighting chance. Thank you so much Dr. Joel, Sarah and the team. I suspect you stayed late in order to give my guy the best care he could have received, and I’m so grateful.Editing to add we’ve since been back quite a few times. The care is unbeatable. Take your pets here. You won’t be sorry.

Great organization! I use them for everything from med services to boarding for my two Cavalier King charles spaniels. They take wonderful care of my dogs, and my dogs love staying there when we travel.

The only downside to Tipp is that, since they do such a phenomenal job and care so much, they are in such high demand and are a full clinic! All jokes aside; I love that I can bring my pups in and 99% of the staff know their name without looking at the chart. Recently Dr. Joel and Dr. Emily have kept careful eyes on our babies. The amount of time they spend educating me and answering questions to make sure I feel confident with instructions is commendable. Also Bridget's calm voice when answering the phone eases my anxiety every time!! How they treat my pet when they're in the room.

The staff and place itself is amazing. They have all the equipment and people to help your pets In so many ways. Very thorough and pricing is very reasonable. I will be taking my pets here for all their needs medically. Also their boarding facility is amazing they actually make it to where your pets are having a little vacation while you are away as well. They have daycare services and awesome play rooms. Grooming services I have used as well and they did an amazing job. This is a hidden Gem in Tipp City.

Our labradoodle has been getting groomed here since she was 4 months old! Every appointment we are more than satisfied with her haircut and are met with smiles at the front desk. The groomers are more than happy to meet with parents and discuss different cuts, methods, preventatives, etc.

This place saved my dog's toes and ears. I was seeing another vet near Tipp and they wanted to cut off my dog's toe and ears. They called it an "ear ablation" and told me they couldn't remove a growth from his toe because they couldn't stop the bleeding. We came here and they treated his ears and removed the growth without an issue. We've since moved south and we still drive to them for our dog.
