The guy working was very friendly when I stopped by tonight, and was working hard. The woman working register however lacked customer service skills tremendously. Didn’t greet us, didn’t make eye contact while scanning our items, was more worried about the other guy on shift “forgetting she had to do something” after ringing us out¿?Told me my total and started talking to her coworker.

I shop here at least 3x per week for the last 5 years. I have never had a complaint on this location which I can't say about other locations. In the last year the cleanliness and organization has improved. Julia is a super polite and professional employee. She actually cares about the organization at this store. She remembers me and has a smile at all times. This location ALWAYS has stock of what I am looking for. No complaints !

Normally, there's not too long of a line, but I think they should have more than one cashier working. The store seems very cluttered, and items are just thrown on the shelves. Some of the isles are very hard to push a shopping cart down because of the clutter.

Always very helpful and friendly. I ride a motorcycle so oftwn i have a bit of gear or a bag. Never do i have any issues with these things either outside or with me in the store. I gave four stars instead of five because the one thing i dont care for is the constant stocking of shelves leaves little to no room to move around inside.

I stop here at least once a week or so and the new staff they have now is much better. Store looks much cleaner and more organized than it ever has. Kayla (young lady with really short blonde hair)is an amazing worker, is always helpful and always busy. She deserves a raise and a promotion if she isn't already a manager!!

Kayla is my favorite employee there. She is always cheerful when greetingAn its pleasant to see her face. Store is always clean, everything is always where it should be. I shop here atleast 3 xs a week would more if I could.

The girls at dollar general who work at this one.... Did not know simple math. Like what is half of 12 bucks? Or 8 or 4.... I had to tell them half off prices at their store. Ridiculous. I liked the products I got, but if you're going to work in an environment as such...You should know simple math.

Like the people who work here, but the company doesn't seem to care about their employees or the store.... Highly understaffed, underpaid, and overworked. All of the DG stores are a mess. Hard to get through the isles, carts and trash...I give the employees a thumbs up for tolerating the work conditions, usually only one person working a shift alone....not at all safe.

this Dollar General store is clean, they have a restroom, they do have handicap access, staff is friendly and quick. I would recommend the Dollar General over Family Dollar any day of the week I hope you all enjoy my review

Stopped by during Lost Lands and was really impressed by the selection and prices. Had everything I needed!! Really nice staff too. I'll be back next year.

Saturday night 7/11.....Stopped here to grab stuff at the last minute on the way to a friend’s house. The employees here are awesome! They go out of their way to help you out! Wished I lived closer! Thanks guys!!

Inventory non existing. NO items in the Friday only discount. Anywhere! Big waste of my time. My money will go elsewhere. The only star goes to the cashier. Professional and polite.

The manager of this store needs a promotion. Vice president of training and maintenance! He could teach the Johnstown Ohio store manager a lot! I will always shop at this Thornville Ohio Dollar General.
