I would definitely not reccomend this store and I would be willing to go to new Philly just so I didn't have to come here. We waited for service at the cologne case for 5-10 minutes and didn't not receive assistance and when we asked an associate, they said, " this is not my sector" and left. We went to customer service for assistance, they called over the overcom, and still received no assistance and ended up leaving without the cologne we came in for.

I do not have any shoplifting or theft charges on my record & I have never stolen from this store, yet when I arrive at this store it feels like I get my own store employee or "secret shopper" & they are to follow only me around. PLEASE SAVE YOUR TIME & RESOURCES FOR THE ONES ACTUALLY SHOPLIFTING! 0/10

It has everything you want, but the service by employees and managers always have been second rate . When pushing button in one department or any for that matter attendedents are slow to come especially. Knowledge of hunting and fishing department employees are usually uniformed of gear or tools for the hunt or fishing .

I usually use the Walmart + and get delivery. The self checkout isn’t enough space for a large order no space to put your groceries after you scan them the self checkout. The only place to put them is on the floor where others spit or have stuff on shoes .This is probably the last time I’ll try to go to Walmart until they get real people to scan groceries I tried the store today and was pretty satisfied with everything. I actually had a real cashier. The store wasn’t real busy . The thing I noticed was people using the scooters to shop had some left with dead batteries and none ready to use . The parking lot had a teenager playing on one going in circles until it went dead . Store needs to be watching cameras for theses people playing on them. They need to cater more to people who are really needing a motorized cart , keep them charged and available. The potatoes were kind of rotten in the bags . They needed gone threw to rid of bad ones . The produce was low in stock also . It is always too warm at the check out area need to keep it cooler .

I can't express how much I Love This Store. I'm on a low fixed income and their prices are bomb compared to anywhere else which is why I shop there for all my needs , and they have practically any item in any department I could need and always offer great value for most things which reduces my expenses monthly. As well as their Walmart+ app which fortunately gives me an assisted lower plan pricing qualified bc I have SNAP benefits, this service delivers my groceries right to my building and the app has a tracker feature that alerts me when my shopper is preparing my order, when it leaves the store, and how many stops away it as well as when it is arriving... Super. Convenient. Thank you!

I keep getting requests to rate. Walmart. Walmart sucks. I don't care where. It is a store that has run small stores out of business. Leaving now choice but to shop here. Then they make you check out yourself. Staff is not friendly, if they do try to help they have no clue. This is not just for this store. It for all Walmart. Building greed.

I hate the Walmart shoppers. So bad anymore you constantly turn around and one is right behind you. The checkout is really bad now.,you’re watched by register camera, you are watched by the (attends now) constantly stopped on the way out also., show that receipt or have the cops on your back. Just not customer friendly… they’ve lost their values . You are now the criminal shopper until proven at the door. No matter if you self serve or stand in line for cashier. Now the stocking! That’s another problem. Especially at peak hours. Does nobody want to work midnight anymore?? & the selection are really getting bad. Like no stock or no employees for stocking because they are shopping for people that are just too dang lazy to do on their own. I as an old business owner and manager would love to see the numbers - I bet they have not increased profits since inception of this idea. Seems that you people want to drive out the physical customers.

8-23-2023. My followers know how I dislike writing bad reviews, but they also know how brutally honest I am. When I arrived, the associate took about 10 minutes to bring my online pickup order. When she did, the order was missing the Nestle Peppermint Mocha Coffee Creamer I ordered. The associate did not confirm I had all my items; she just handed me the bags and left. Once I realized I had an item missing, I called the store and told them what had happened. They told me it would be 15 minutes before the associate could return because of the storm. I told them I would wait at the door so she did not have to enter the inclement weather. They said okay, she would be out in five minutes. The associate walked up to the car, asked me about the creamer, and stated she was sure she had given it to me. I handed her all three bags as she gave them to me and showed her it was not there. Twenty minutes later, she returned with the creamer. What a fiasco. I am not sure I will conduct more pickups at this store. I could have gone inside and shopped quicker without store help. By the time I got home, my ice cream was melted. I am not happy with this experience and would not recommend the pickup service at this location. This was an addition to a previous five-star post, but I had to change the rating because of poor service.9-29-2023. I had conducted an online pick-up order today, and they gave me a substitute that I did not like. I immediately took the substitute to the customer service desk, and a young lady helped me. I cannot remember her name; I did not write it down. She will remember me by my list because it had photos, the order number, and all the particulars of my order. I told her my dilemma, and she took excellent care of me by refunding my money. I was then able to obtain the ice cream flavor that I liked. I wish I could remember the associate's name to give her due credit because she was awesome. I highly recommend this Walmart and this associate to family and friends. This Walmart redeemed its five-star rating with me because of this fine associate. <3

The store employees don’t just have ONE JOB, they do multiple things all day. The negative reviews about the employees doing more than one thing, and not being next to you the second you beckon and call, shows you have no patience. They have NEW employees still learning, therefor your ignorance doesn’t help you get out any faster. If you have anything out of bags, they WILL check your receipt. It’s common sense. I know a few of them personally and they do more for customers than you know. If it wasn’t for them, there would be no Walmart, no registers at all open, and nothing stocked up by the registers. Being rude, is an ugly trait, treat employees the way you’d like them to treat you, and maybe you wouldn’t feel the need to post such negative reviews about the only Walmart we have.

Terrible experience, i waited at the hot food section for 5 minutes without being helped, or even greeted. Meanwhile, the three ladies working there we’re simply having a conversation the whole time. I also wasn’t able to pay for my food because they don’t have tap.

Place seemed really crowded and a lot of items that were supposed to be on shelves were not and shelves were empty. Never seen this here at this Walmart and we was sad and kinda upset we had to go to a few other stores to find what we was looking for that should of been at Walmart like it always is but just wasn't stocked up. Smh idk!! I know and appreciate the workers there that have to stock shelves and everything and no way could be their fault because it obviously wasn't marked down or however they do it showing completely out and need stocked immediately instead overlooked and not cared about because think they can slack and do as please being managers and higher ups . It's sad how I've seen some of them treat other employees and make me want to stick up for them and say something.

The woman at the door, older with long blonde hair, just profiled me for wearing a head covering. She checked my receipt as I left, and I saw her watching me as I checked out and paid in cash... Obviously I had the money, why are you stopping me? I watched her let multiple people walk past without checking their receipts but she stopped me and I even said half-joking, "are you stopping me because I'm wearing a head covering?" She said "no, I'm not"... There was no other reason for her to have watched me and stopped me like that. It is against my religion to steal, and it is against humanity to keep acting this way to each other. I'm sick to my stomach about this behavior. Absolutely racist.
