I have literally spent THOUSANDS in this store. THOUSANDS!!!Bought a lawn battery on March 4th. No, I don't have a receipt because I expected the battery to last more than 30 days. So, knowing this could be an issue, I pulled up my bank statement to show them when I bought it.The very young and very rude man tells me that without a receipt, I'd have to drop the battery off until Monday when their "mechanic" could properly test the battey! Well junior, I'm an ASE certified mechanic and my 500 dollar tester/charger stated that the battery had a bad cell and won't hold a charge. The fact that, as a man, you have no idea how to test a battery without having your hand held, tells me all I need to know. I will now go to Lowes and purchase a battery, and you will never see me again.Maybe work on the rude part, as it appears from other reviews, yall don't know how to conduct yourselves with customers.

I love this store. I love all the seasonal decor they have! Their plants are great and I love when they have their pumpkin patch!I am sad that spray paint is now $7.30! As spray paint is a big part of my business, the increase has been difficult for me to keep my prices low. 2.5 years ago it was at 3.50! It's just all so crazy.The store is wonderful tho 😊 I really enjoy shopping here!

This store has lots of furnace parts. The staff was very helpful. I was looking for the radiator valves to bleed hot water radiators. This site has the keys and parts to fix my boiler. I like that each department has lots of people that knows where stuff is. This is easy to get into if your needing a wheelchair access also .

My car told me that my key fob battery was low. I went to M &m hardware and parked. My battery died. I took the key fob inside. A young man helped me changed my battery for me. Went out to my car and it started. Thank you for avoiding a emergency call to my daughter.

Always excellent service. And they almost always have what I need. They are the best place in the tri-state area for plumbing needs. And I wouldn't buy an artificial Christmas tree from anywhere else.

These are her some of the nicest people I’ve ever met. They were always so helpful and very very knowledgeable. I enjoy going into this place even though I’m gonna spend some money. They have lots of cute decorations and fun stuff I also enjoy watching videos on Facebook.

I just love this store they have the most unique trinkets and gifts you just cant find anywhere else. My best find there last week was the Military statue my eyes saw that first thing walking up to the door and I knew it was mine and thats not what I was there for and supposed to be getting, oops.But yes I got the statue and the part I needed plus a few more military trinkets, this store has everything and they are very helpful there.

Ash was wonderful today. He helped me find the right length toggle bolt for a project we were working on, and made the transaction fast and seamless. I would highly recommend the Steubenville M&M True Value Hardware to friends and family.10-4-2022. Ash took great care of us today. We were looking for plumbing supplies and he did a wonderful wonderful job of helping us find everything we needed today. I continue to highly recommend the Steubenville M&M True Value Hardware to friends and family.3-21-2023. Matt did a wonderful job of taking care of me today. He helped me find a Filler Plate for a Siemen's Breaker Panel. Connie helped me at the register. She was efficient and friendly. Jordan did a great job interacting with customers as they entered and exited the store. She even held the door open for me as I left. My experience today made me feel like a part of the M&M family. :)10-10-2023. My lovely bride and I visited M&M Hardware today in search of gaskets for a leaky flush valve in our toilet. Fred assisted us today with his expertise and found the perfect gaskets for the job. The cost was around $20 for everything, which was almost $20 cheaper than a new flush valve assembly. Thanks, Fred and M&M Hardware, for being there and having the right stuff for our needs :)

M & M are always so helpful when I go there. They asked right away if I needed help finding anything (there are a lot of items for sale!) and pointed me in the right direction. I needed some keys made today and them helping me out saved me a trip to Parkersburg Wv to get the special key I needed! I am so thankful for that. The gentleman at the key counter was very sweet. 10/10 I would definitely visit here again for anything I need.

I needed a furnace fuel nozzle, and called 4 local HVAC businesses with no luck. The last one suggested M&M . Called first and they had a number of different kinds in stock. Problem solved. Price was also comparable to on-line stores. Been here several times before to purchase hard to find items.
