We had more than 20 minutes before the store closed and not only did they have no dressing rooms open but they shut off the majority of the lights. We felt so shoved out the door that we put back the numerous articles of clothing we had hoped to purchase. We are all for shopping local but never again at this establishment.

Not a very well stocked store. Only one or two cashiers are available. The customer service desk is never staffed. If you have a catalog order, you have to stand in line a cashier.

I am giving this store 3 stars because it has a wide variety of clothes at moderate prices. The shoe selection is weak and the cashier had to be hunted down because she was shopping.Overall, I'm not very impressed with this store. The clothes are nice and the prices are ok. I would recommend this store to people who are looking for a specific item of clothing and don't need much help from the sales associates.

The Salon is way overdue for a serious cleaning!! Though the stylists all seem to be really talented and friendly the physical appearance of the floors and furnishings is truly disgusting. I’m not talking about daily hair scraps cleaning- this isgrime around the edges of the floors and walls.

Nice store, clean and tidy. I think the prices are a bit high for this area but the sales are quite good! Staff are friendly...if you can find them! Haven't been for a while...no interest to!

Everyone is so friendly, the store is organized well enough. The sales are pretty great. Changing rooms are clean. I do wish the bed sheet options were a lil broader, but over all a good experience!

This place is a huge disappointment in relation to how it once was. Barely anything in the store to choose from and when there is something I may like, sizes are just not there. The buyers for JCPENNEY must not know up to date fashions either. A lot of options seem to be for the senior population. Please do not come back with shop online because online shopping isn't always an option. Sometimes I need my item that day or the next.. And to top it off the store doesn't open until 11:00 or 12:00,.which is ridiculous. They are not any other options in this area, if you keep this up the doors will close soon. Get it together!

I walked in the door by the old customer service desk for a catalog pick up. There was a sign saying the register was closed. So I start to walk into the store kind of looking around and a customer on their way out told me I need to find a register because that's what she had to do.I noticed a big customer service sign above the shoe department so I head that way. At the shoe department there was another sign saying the register was closed.So at this point I am disgusted and shout "Does anybody work here." There was no answer.I head to the center of the store to find four people around the register at the center. This was at 5:20 PM and they said they were all there because they just had a line.I ask about my catalog pickup. They promptly took care of me.On the way out I talked to one of the managers. I strongly suggested that they have a cashier by each door that they still have open or at least within sight of the doors.I am the second customer in a matter of minutes that had to find help. I like shopping locally but I also consider customer service very important.

My mother in law loves this place. It is fine & I'm glad area has it almost nicer retailers are no longer in the valley. The shoe section is very small but otherwise it is in a nearly empty mall. I like Penny's but I dont go often as it is a bit high on price for me. This location is small but has a lot crammed in it & is an average store of this chain.

One of the cleanest stores I've been in in quite some time. Normally I don't look for dresses since I have a few I don't even wear anymore but found a black dress and black shoes I just had to have. Penneys around our home area closed and I destroyed my card, signed up for new and got 20% off on top of sale prices. Overall good experience and employees most helpful.

I love JCPennys. I am a big man and they are big and tall friendly. I bought $200 worth of clothes and paid $44 because they were clearance items. They have great clothes, and very friendly staff. The prices are high, but if you shop the sales and clearance you will make out like a bandit. They have it all household items, men's, womens,children's, jewelry, and bedding just to name a few. I definitely recommend.

I went there with a friend of mine who was having a bad day. His pants became torn asunder exposing more than what he would have liked. Being of a more robust size getting pants that fit are a bit difficult. We went to this store and not only did they have his size but they also had them on sale. Despite the sale price they were still a little out of budget until a kind employee gave him a coupon and made our day.

I was buying a suit, at 40% off Staffords I believe name of it. Thought was a good deal on a $ 310.oo suit. No floor help she was busy putting tried clothing back on race. Got to checkout ( were only 2 I saw ) was busy.waited my turn lady finally rang me up, and told me $ 324.oo's. I said that can't be right ma'am. She assured me that it was correct. She wasn't I told her about the 40%off sigh, she said she knew nothing about it. So I had to go back and get sign. It finally took 2 cashiers a floor person and manager to figure it out and told me I was correct... Then they proceeded to tell me if I apply for a j.c.p. card I could get another 25-35% off if I Pplied I didn't want a J.C.P. card as I very rarely shop there. But the did finally give me 25% more off which I was thankful for. That was my J.C.P.experience...

The service man was very helpful in ordering my items.. you had neither of the items, your christmas and cookware area is very small. And when he ordered the porcelain pots for me, the picture showed red and blue, but you only have red😖!!And the reindeer pillow I wanted from the sale paper, was not available at all.I had to just pick something else.

While i feel bad for the employees its obvious why this store and many like it are rapidly dying. Misleading sales ads, sloppy shelves, overpriced clothing and shoes. I can easily go to a Marshalls or TJ Maxx and get higher quality brands of clothing at cheaper prices. Not to mention the vast amount of items i have no interest in that take up huge swaths of the store. Mostly items i would easily find online. Store has no identity. Stuck between a discount clothing store and an overpriced department store. Pick one. Preferably the discount variety. If i want to spend $100 on dress shoes I'll go to Aldo or somewhere i know the quality is worth the price. Same with the clothing. I hope for the employees sake that the store survives. But if they don't embrace modern technology and find a niche in the market i fear JC Penny will be just a nostalgic topic of conversation for people 40 and older.

Staff was extremely nice. Did not realize they closed at 8:00 and I arrived at 7:55 and the staff stayed open so I could find a few things I needed for my son. I will def keep shopping at JC Pennys.
