The experience was completely different in the night as opposed to the day.At night, there were teenagers that were clearly NOT handicapped using the electric carts, going all over the store, buying nothing. Security did nothing. Nor did the Walmart employees.That's why they're dead when people who are REALLY handicapped and need them.We went in the morning, and the carts were charging. The Security man was very friendly and we had a nice experience in the morning. I don't think that Walmart cares, but if they did, they would do something about their evening employees.

It nauseates me to even have to put one star. FYI don't go to curbside pickup and try to check in 5 to 10 minutes before they close because all that happens is your check-in gets bumped like you never did check in and you end up sitting in your car for over 20 minutes with nobody acknowledging you or even coming out to tell you that you're not getting your groceries. This is completely outrageous!! If you are going to stop bringing out curbside orders before 10:00 p.m. then that's what you need to post your hours as!! It's just pure laziness and the work ethic a lot of people have acquired these past few years is outright sickening!!

Worst Walmart I've been to. I always do the pickup at Walmart instead of going inside since they are always slow, but everytime I go to pickup now, they help every other car except me, ever cars that showed up after me. I just went to pickup yesterday and I called and let them know in the app but they didn't answer the phone, then I got a hold of one of the workers who go done helping someone, and he was talking about bringing our stuff out but didn't and brought someone else's stuff to them who got there after me. I'm about to just start going to the Walmart on Tuttle!

I never seem to have a good experience at checkout + service area here but today takes the cake , I accidentally forgot to scan a $5/off of 25$ coupon and after going to the customer service desk three times, they were unable to assist me still. I am beyond horrified at the terrible check out and customer service area. The other aspects of the store are ok not great .

This place is great if you have a very niche product you are looking for. My toilet seat recently broke and I had to repair it and when I failed to repair the old one I went out and bought a new one and they had exactly what I was looking for. The staff was friendly and helpful. And they really worked hard to make sure I had a good experience and found what I needed.

It's gotten way too hard to go in and get stuff you need and get back out. The customers are rude and the staff are just trying to get their work done but with people bringing their entire families where the block isles its hard to do anything there. You can say exuss me but they don't move not sure if it's a language barrier or if they just don't care. We no longer shop at Walmart only way we do now is if we have no other choice. Between rude people, people bringing dogs in, and wearing pj's or worse it just is not worth the headache to shop there anymore. Wish things were different but I just don't see it changing

Tried to order online and utilize their curbside pickup option. I called over a dozen times, leaving voicemail, before I could get an answer. I called the main store number, was assured they would send someone out. Took over 40 minutes for the half wits to pull 4 items. Nothing redeeming about Walmart.

Wow, every self check out register on but no one can use them. Then the self check out guy was to busy on his phone, also the security was on their phone not doing the job they are hired for. If it wasn’t for how clean and stocked this Walmart is it would be a zero star.

I’m watching my younger sister and she came with me to the store and tho I’m 21 because I have a beard and a slight southern accent I was denied alcohol when the person next to me had there kids and bought it just fine.

Absolutely hate what Walmart esp on bechtle has become. I will not go back. I had $322 cash in my pocket and was rushing throwing clothes in my cart. I hv chf and rarely leave the house. So I'm throwing clothes in, a purse, etc. I HV asd and severe anxiety disorder as well. So I realize omg I hv to take my heart pill. So I go to the drinks section the cooler and open up a can of alani nu. And took my pill. Which I've done before and just paid at register. No big deal. I go back to try on clothes as others were doing. Keep in mind I'm dressed like a bum. I hadn't been out of the house since heart attack. So this lady that works there a Chinese or Asian woman, she comes to my cart, starts throwing clothes onto the FLOOR of Walmart. She said "you're not going to pay for this" I pulled out my wad of money she said oh I'm sure it's fake. Keep in mind I've never stolen anything. I guess I just didn't look like I had money. So not only was I denied use of changing room but the woman TOOK my cart. To customer service and said "you pay here". I'm like what? U left half my clothes on the ground. I'm in shock at that point and don't like to make a fuss. So they start ringing up the clothes she didn't throw on floor. I'm just in shock. My ASD was on overdrive. Then they come to me with an alani nu box with one can in it and tell me I HV to pay $26 for the box I said what I HV one right here. They said "no u opened the box and drank them all you're paying" I said look at footage please. It was a single can n it didn't come out of a box. I ended up having to pay $26 for a box of alani nu when I had just gotten one out of cooler. I'm still mad but hv to pick n choose my battles bc stress for me equals high blood pressure like stroke level. I've had two heart attacks. I was so in shock and I paid for something I shouldn't HV just to get out of there. Her name has three or four letters in it and I'll hv to ask my brother that works there her name. But I was forced into paying for a 12 pack when I'd gotten one out of the cooler. I wasn't in that aisle where the alani boxes are. My BP was so high I thought I was going to pass out n it was a toxic situation which my cardiologist said to stay away from bc that equals stress. So I was forced to pay for someone else's apparent theft of all but one alani nu bottle plus half my clothes I had picked out were left on floor. It was a total overstep. I get it ppl r stealing like crazy but watch the camera. They wouldn't check footage! I didn't do it! I only paid bc my a fib and blood pressure n I wanted out. I plan on contacting not the DM but corporate. I was so stressed not to mention embarrassed. I will be following thru. This was like a twilight zone experience. Her name was Lee or Lynn. Something short. I'll find out. I will never go back. I was crying in public like a child. So embarrassing. I'm 100% in the right and will be contacting a lawyer. The walkers too. Omg they follow u it's so annoying. And it's only self service check out. It's a hot mess. And a disrespectful one.

This Walmart store is bigger and better than the Huber Heights location. It only takes 15 to 20 minutes to get there from Park Lane and they have the best selection ever. This Walmart has huge selections of all products as well as a Subway restaurant inside thestore. They also have a drive-thru for the pharmacy. A separate department for money transactions such as money orders, paying bills, and a pick up department for your orders.

I was vacationing in Norfolk when I visited this Walmart Supercenter. Wow! Was I impressed with its size and the numerous products that were massive to my hometown Walmart. Fresh seafood was my interest, but I didn't have enough time or money to thoroughly check the place out. I was impressed and will make a Spring return. Easy 5 stars for me!

Don’t waste your time at this store.Dirty.Terrible customer service.Be prepared to wait an hour, minimum, for your pick up order to be brought out.99% of the time you’re going to only see 1-3 people at a register to check you out.If you want a good experience and not to be followed around by some freak that’s talking on his phone, smells heavily of cheap cologne and body odor, go to Urbana Walmart.Better yet… the remodeled Meijer right down the street doesn’t have any of these issues!Aldi is another great alternative.

No self checkout at 9pm, only two registers open can't even checkout, I had to abandon my cart and just leave and go elsewhere after waiting in line for 30 minutes. Will never make the mistake of not going to Tuttle instead.

3 check out lanes open. You got Great Grandma in her 80s, Grandma in her 50s, or a slow gamer with green hair working check out.I wasn't trained at self check out. Beef jerky around $3.00 in 2020 now its over $9.00 in 2022.I'm not smelling weed in the parking lot now. So I guess I'll come back.
