My son called in his prescriptions today and afterwards called to make sure they went through because he had an issue with putting in an order for on.. the pharmacy technician that answered confirmed them and put the one in that he was having an issue with and said they would be ready in 30 minutes. A whole hour later he ask me to go get them, mind you I went an hour later to get them sat in the drive thru for 30 minutes finally get to the window I give her his information and she tells me she doesn’t have anything for him. I told her that he called them in and then called and confirmed it with a pharmacy technician that they would be ready in 30 minutes that was an hour and 30 minutes ago. She stated he couldn’t have called because she’s the only technician there and she do not remember the call. So I called my son and asked him do he remember who he talked to. It’s quite funny my son remembered your name so how you don’t remember the call. This store needs some organization and needs to do better please this is not the first time I’ve had an issue with this at this location. I’m not pulling my sons prescriptions from this pharmacy because it’s just a mess

Placed an order for pickup via the app. Was told that the order would be ready within 30 minutes. Called the store after no response for nearly 2hrs and was told “I have a line full of customer so your online order isn’t priority”. I felt offended as I was to a customer. Reported the store to cooperate. Completely unacceptable.

I was at Walgreens on S. Limestone around 5:30 p.m. 11/05/19. The woman at the front cash register was very rude, and dropped my items in a bag. I had purchased an item on clearance, and if it broke I could not go back and buy another one! Could use employee training on how to be courteous to customers!

I love this Walgreens. Service is fast, cashiers are super friendly, and someone always greets me and offers help. The weekly ads have great deals! They will substitute sale products if they run out. I can't do all my shopping here, but when I need something quick this is my spot.

Went to the pharmacy to pick up meds that they had already messed up and was treated very poorly by the pharmacy staff. I was at the window and the woman that was helping me was very short with me and rude then proceeded to carelessly throw the bottle of meds in the drawer and sent it out to me and gave me a dirty look. Will be changing pharmacy because of this. Her behavior was down right unexcepable.

Store is a mess, employees don't help when needed. Do not doordash here, you will have issues. Manager Brian is extremely rude and unhelpful too.

Horrible my fiancé and I were from out of town and he has diabetes. Mind you his doctor office is closed back home and the pharmacy wouldn't give him insulin needles, all because he wasn't in the computer. ARE YOU SERIOUS! He also showed her the novolog medication and everything. It's sad not everybody is just wanting needles for the heck of it.

Went to this Walgreens on 8/19/2017 @ 6:52pm with my 3 year old toddler. Before we started shopping I asked Heather (management on duty) if she would unlock the restroom because we both had to go. HEATHER HESITATES and says " BOTH RESTROOMS ARE OUT OF ORDER UNTIL THEY ARE DEEP CLEANED". Well first off I don't care about a Public Restroom being clean. Second I have a toddler who's being potty trained and needs to go now. Third I know for a fact that the restrooms at Walgreens don't close until about 9pm when they are being cleaned (I know this because I shop at Walgreens 3 to 4 times a week). Lastly here delivery sucked. Needless to say I left and will NOT SHOP AT THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN.SINCERELY A PISSED OFF MOM
