Can’t expect much from a store that’s ran by a Manager who is consistently smoking cigarettes at the front door and turning a blind eye towards money and merchandise coming abroad when involving an employee the Manager likes! Also can’t expect success when the GM has previous charges, stemming to fraud and theft at a certain Speedway in town. But the most agonizing part is that the current GM has their elderly parent hanging around the store all day with their child only to be a taxi for food and to even get change from the bank (without being an employee).

I’m sure it’s just classic Springfield style- to never put anything back where you picked it up from while you shop, but this place is *always* a mess and poorly stocked. Filthy. Like trying to shop while playing the worst game of hide and seek you ever played.

this Dollar tree has a rather nice selection. It is not always the cleanest, as in sometimes boxes are left out. The staff is really nice. and they usually have somewhat of a selection. though sometimes like I said it can get messy. nevertheless, they have one of the better Dollar tree selections in the Springfield area.

I wouldn’t have even put the 1 star if I didn’t have to. The manager Stephanie is so rude and unprofessional. She is mean to the workers, doesn’t give them breaks or lunches. She doesn’t come up to help the cashier when they need help. She yells at the cashiers right in front of the customers. Very disrespectful. I think Dollar Tree needs new management.

This is normally my go-to Dollar Tree but lately it has been a MESS. Tragically understaffed (1 employee on a Thursday afternoon), some staff ignoring people at checkout to take phone calls or finish a text, nothing organized - just thrown around and on the floor in the aisles like a tornado passed through, lines halfway to the back of the building, and boxes going unstocked in the middle of the aisles for like weeks. I really hope this store picks up again, it was the nicest Dollar Tree in Springfield for a minute there.

Derr Rd. Store is an absolute mess. Shelves are so mismatched with stuff. Very disappointing. It use to be nice what happened.

Dollar Tree is taking absolutely NO covid precautions. Both the manager and the cashier had their noses out of their masks. Another customer had no mask on at all and no one said anything. Will not be back!

I hate to say this but this Dollar tree is by far the trashiest one on town. The shelves are usually empty and the isles are usually trashy. I love the location and the food selection, when they have stocked shelves which is rare.

Nice and cheap, well not very nice actually. I go there for a couple specific things, one of them are their spicy Jamaican beef patties, and they are out 4 out of 5 times I go. Good thing they are cheap.

I love Dollar Tree!! I get my cards Thre, shampoo, bath wash, throw away baking pans, kitchen utensils, puffs Kleenex, some cleaning products, wrapping paper, tissue paper, gift bags and so so many more things!!! And of course my suduko books!!

worst customer service ever...Candice was very unprofessional and rude. when one of the workers asked her to help check out due to the line being long Candice got upset and started going off about not getting anything stocked today then the worker asked again for help and candice yelled rudely she would just have to wait and she never came up to the registrar to help check out so we put our stuff down and walked out...never again will i shop there
