This place has so much stuff. You can wander around for hours looking at all the interesting things you never thought you needed but now do. I love the range of Arizona ice tea that they stock. It's the only place in Shelby that stocks a reasonable variety. Wonderful. Marvelous. Splendid!

Pharmacy review onlyLori in the pharmacy is extremely rude and either needs the attitude slapped out of her or a refresher course on customer service. The tone she takes with customers is absolutely uncalled for. As the customer, you know what you were told on the phone 20 minutes prior. However, she will stand and argue and tell you that that doesn't matter.Marc the pharmacist isn't too far behind her. He realized soon enough that if they would just fill my scripts, the 9 of 10 you told me on the phone that were ready, I would pay and leave.Got home and went over my scripts and one of them was shorted half the pills. This is the 2nd time....in a row...... this has happened.

I think that the vaccine distribution could have been handled more fairly and efficiently. It was very poorly done.People with appointments should have been contacted to come in earlier. I got here at my appointed time, but there were 50+ people waiting. They said it was “first come, first serve”.I am grateful to get the vaccine, but disappointed in the process ... awful!

Turned my prescription in at the drive thru and came back 2hrs later to pick it up. I was told it would be another 20 min so I did some shopping and went back only to be told it still wasn't ready. I waited 10 more minutes and had other things to do, so I went to the window to see how much longer. They then told me a couple more hours. Hopefully they can have itready by tomorrow. I'm moving my prescription.

I’ve shopped at Drug Mart for a year now for random things here and there. I’ve always hated the way the entrance and exit system is set up but I can get past that. I’ve never had an actual problem with them aside from the obvious reasons why I wouldn’t do shopping at a drug store. The thing I will warn about is that they don’t accept debit cards for Western Union transactions. Not only do they not accept debit, the woman I spoke with was very rude about it. She said, “I don’t know what Rite Aid or other places do but we don’t take them.” So, my review is now 1 star due to the fact that when setting up my transaction, I put all of my points with WU towards a discount on the transaction fee. However, as I wasn’t able to complete my transaction at Drug Mart, I had to do a different transaction at Rite Aid which caused me to lose my discount. I definitely should have stuck with Rite Aid, as this is where I’ve always done my transactions in the past and never had a problem. I’m really PO’d about losing that discount.
