Stopped by after work last night to fill 2 propane tanks. It was 6:00 pm. I was told that they turned it off and were not filling anymore tanks last night. Called the store today and spoke to Rob, extremely nice fellow…he was not aware that they did this last night and assured me that they fill tanks up until just before 8:00 pm. So, I stopped by again today, it was 4:15 pm and guess what? They turned me away once again. Said no one could fill my tanks! What is going on? Not only is your horse feed sour and moldy but you don’t help customers anymore by filling propane tanks? If you don’t sell product, you don’t make any money, you don’t get paid a salary. Simple….I won’t be coming back. Been shopping at your store for 7 years or better…

I love going here. The staff are very friendly and always willing to help you with anything. They will even help you get your stuff to your vehicle when you have large items or a overloaded cart. They really do go out of the way to help you.

Today I decided to try the same day delivery service. There was some sort of problem with the 3rd party delivery service and they didn't pick up my order by the end of the day. So the store manager, Rob, went above and beyond and personally delivered my order to my house after he closed the store, even though I live in the opposite direction. THANK YOU!!! Mistakes happen in all types of businesses. Customers remember how the mistake is handled. Rob set an amazing example of customer service excellence!

Nice store, usually has what you need. Had an issue getting customer service to help with an online curb pick up last week,called when I got to the store, line was busy, so I went in and ended up waiting a half hour in the store after numerous calls from cashiers for customer service. Then today, I bought 4 bags of mulch and asked if they can load them for me. Was told that he would be right out in a minute. I waited, the guy came out carrying a bag for a customer and put it in their truck.. he went back in the store and totally forgot about me. I ended up loading the mulch myself. Think I may go elsewhere next time. Very disappointed.

Enjoy going to TSC. They have a great and friendly staff. If I can't find what I am looking for they jump right to assist me. Good prices on most items, and largest selection on all pet supplies. Live chicks and baby ducks to. Store is very organised and clean. They also carry work clothes and boots.

They have the most amazing things for my pets.... My pets are so happy. My Guinea pig and rabbit love there toys. They also love the dog food. Not only that they keep there chickens clean. And always have a clean place,and are respectful.

Always good at TSC. West Union location has been my go to location since moving to the area and they are just wonderful people. Helpful, problem solvers and good to my dog Pongo. Upbeat employees. I also enjoy Sardinia location when traveling back and forth from Cincinnati. Great to my dog as well.. Big selection at this location. Pongo and I say thanks for everything....

All went good. The main problem with this store is getting help. Asked for a price on some fence that was unmarked. Took me 4 people before someone helped me. It's a nice store just needs to work on customer service a little

I live in eastgate and could go to the eastgate location, but I would rather travel out towards Sardina location cause they seem to always have more products there and all the staff there do awesome friendly service and well on there feet of getting you taken care of. And thank you rob for the awesome sale and helping us out you the man.

Everytime I go to this store they try to over charge me. They don't even know their own ads. They have tidy cat litter on sale for $9.99 for 35lb bucket. Good deal but tried to charge me $13.99 for it cause it wasn't the blue lid(all the same price). And by the way the the kid manager...well he came running over like the manager, was rude. I spendquite a bit of money there. Can't wait for new store to open in Mt. Orab next to Kroger. That's where I will be shopping.

I love going to this store! The customer service is great! And they treat you like family! The store is well stocked and if you are looking for something special they always try to order it for you! I highly recommend this TSC store!

Rented a trailer from them for a day, great service, friendly service.Only drawback is they don't refill propane tanks like most other TSC do. Otherwise they would have received 5 stars

Great place to go always end up spending way too much money when I go in only problem I see is they do not have a whole lot of customer service they don't have a whole lot of employees are at one time but other than that it's very good store

Products are very expressive! Trailer light there was 30.00 went to O'Reilly's same light was 16.00. That is ridiculous and I will not return to that store for anything!
