They saved the day ! Professional, courteous, affordable pricing and fast - what more could you want?!We took in a PS5 with HDMI port issues. Not only did they fix the main issue, they went through testing the entire rest of the system, found some components that were damaged/missing and fixed those issues too!Game System Reboot had same and next day appointments available and we had our system back right away. Top notch service in a niche industry. Will be utilizing their services for my next console or computer issue.Edited to add:We had a few hiccups hooking up the system back at home. We just contacted him and he responded right away - the issues were not his fault it was a programing issue with our older TV). Everything is working perfectly, but if it wasn't I would just call or text him. He stands by his work and is genuinely helpful.

If you’re in Northeast Ohio, save yourself some time and money, just call Ryan. Fixed my Xbox series X up right, I barely got back from dropping it off and he called me to tell me it was done!

My Xbox 360 tray would not eject. It would close but it wouldn't open. He had it fixed in 10 minutes. Very nice guy. You need to make an appointment

Paid 200 dollars for a one hundred dollar hdmi fix because bugs were in system he still fixed it and when i got it back the next day it stopped displaying again

DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!!!, My ps5’s hdmi port broke he fixed that and I thought that was that. A month later my ps5 gets stuck in safe mode and won’t update at all, so I look up the error code and it said a ribbon cord was not plugged into the disk reader. Two moths later I decide to open my ps5 up and the cord is sticking out completely and not even close to where it was supposed to be. I plugged the cord back in and fixed my ps5 myself, but today my ps5’s disk reader still doesn’t my work and now I can’t play half the games I own, do not get you console repaired here!

We dropped off our ps4 and within one day the problem was diagnosed and repaired but they went above and beyond to fix my son's game console!!!! They called before fixing to make sure we wanted to fix the problems that were broke allowing us to decide if we wanted to spend the money or not. Definitely not a company in the business of ripping anyone off...and they were 1/4 of the price of the national retail chain that offers so called "free estimates "....would recommend to anyone with an electronic repair! Thanks a million...and no I had no idea who this company was prior to trying them out.

I gave him my Xbox series x to fix hdmi port because my dog had knocked it over and broke the port. He fixed it in an hour flat. He is very quick to respond and I would use his services again should I need them.

I got my hdmi replaced for a very cheap price, and it only took him 40 min. He even went the extra mile by fixing my power button for no cost. I definitely recommend

Sent it in to get a HDMI port replace and he told me he clean it too wow so much stuff is blocking the cooler vent how did you not see that really guy not happy i was wondering why my fan was louder then normalI know what it was but im not going to say it. And there was little to none Thermal paste really not happy with this guy skills

Took like 50 of my systems to repair brought them back to me and I paid him for fixing them but after testing them many of them still don't work picked them back up and now won't respond to texts or phone calls definitely a scam at this point
