Informed employees very rude, no concern, seemed to be more interested in their cell phones than the safetyof their customers... last time returning to this location.. contacted D.G corporate and Health Dept ...hopefully these matters get resolved ... but doesn't sound too promising!!!

This family dollar sucks. There always closing early and always have an excuse. Today closed before 6pm and note on door states everyone is to sick to work but there’s workers walking around in the store. REALLY! YALL SUCK!

Literally this location closes whence they feel like it. There is always a handwritten sign saying "closed at 3p" or "open at 12p". Why bother posting store hours if management and/or employees are just going to adhere to whatever hours they want to.

HORRIBLE customer service. Instead of being accommodating & polite. The “manager” working on 4/8/23 @ 4:30-5 is one of the worst “managers” I’ve ever come into contact with. I will say that the other employees I’ve encountered have always been polite. Apparently, Dollar General doesn’t have a customer service phone number & they’ll just “direct you back to the same store that tried to help you” per the “manager”. She also stated that they have a corporate number, but she “doesn’t know what it is”. She just wasn’t helpful & acted as if I was bothering her by asking her to use her managerial experience & make this situation right. Didn’t feel I was asking for much. So nasty & so rude for no reason at all. That woman was irritated from the moment she walked up to the register. I can’t wait to speak with someone over this bird & return all of my items & get my money back, especially since she basically accused me of abusing the digital coupons. Won’t be stepping foot in this store again, that’s for sure. Target employees would never.

This store is dirty and nasty. Literally 4 employees around doing nothing but jabbering in the back office as customers use self check out. This place should be reported to health and food. Unsanitary and shouldn't be selling food.

This store is disgusting. Piles of boxes and merchandise thrown everywhere. I had to move multiple boxes just to get through an aisle. So much product out of stock. They often close whenever they want, lately it's been at 4pm but I've been there and they weren't open at 11am so who knows their hours. Staff was nice.

First time ever at this location. And will try not to return. Only two women working here - a cashier and a manager. Both seeming very uninterested in the fact I was there. I go to check out and the manager is talking to the delivery guy about how she got in trouble by corporate. I’m standing by the register for 10 minutes. They are standing next to me. I finally turn around and ask the cashier girl who was in another aisle to please check me out, the manager hears and very rudely checks me out. Doesn’t ask me how I’m doing, sorry for your wait, and tossing my bags to me rudely. I’m sure they hate their jobs. But I was also in customer service for over 5 years and never acted that way.

I almost asked the clerk were they going out of business. Everything is everywhere but there is literally nothing there at the same time. If you are looking for something specific, I wouldn't even waste time here. Simple storage containers... that had no lids anywhere in sight. No cleaning products of any kind really. It looks more like a convenience store than what I'm used to.

Not only are the employees extremely rude, but they also refused to give me the marked down price and wanted me to pay full price for FOUR items. It’s pointless to have prices sticked to items if you are going to just try to sell them for the full amount. Do not recommend!

Store is never open. Current handwritten signs up saying they are closed and store will reopen @ 12pm. Store is also never cleaned, aisles are cluttered and blocked with carts etc, which I believe is a fire code violation. Cashiers are not very friendly. Once I asked for a receipt and the cashier at the time gave a full blown attitude about how they don't have "paper for the machine". Wouldn't recommend shopping here. I understand the short staffing issue but if you can't keep staff in order to operate a business then you have no business being open.

On Google search it open for business. But upon arriving this note is on the door.Let me note.. I came here a week ago and the same note was attached.And after speaking with a Local person this Spotty hit or miss service has been going on for months.So, my concrn is please change the hours to reflect actual business hours.

The cashier didn't know her merchandise. She got very sassy when we ask her to check the price on the sale items. I will never shop at any Dollar General again.

A little chaotic, with items in rows that didn't make a lot of sense which made it harder to find what I wanted. But the staff was friendly and helpful, and prices great. Found exactly what I had been looking for that I couldn't find at places like Target or Kroger.

First time visiting this store and will never be back. This location was in complete disarray with merchandise littering the floors and rows of empty shelves. I've never seen an establishment in such terrible condition. I thought maybe it was a fluke, but reading reviews from months ago, it sounds like the store is always in this condition. Worst Dollar General I've ever been in and I do not recommend.

Love the ladies here! The store is kinda messy; but thats Not there fault! They are always friendly;So I always make it a point to go to this location! Just because of there great customer service!Keep up the Great work Ladies & Dollar General head quarters!( yall need to get these poor ladies stock Employees! This is a VERY BUSY location!😁

Dollar General is a small store but the three ladies who are there everyday work so hard and will stop what they are doing to help you. The perfect spot to pick up necessities or enough groceries to get you by without the hassle of mile long lines at grocery stores

Great place to shop. All spring and summer stuff marked down to more than half off. Now is the time to stock up on garden flags and the like. Can't beat these prices with a stick LOL.

I like Dollar General because I can get common, every day items at a reasonable price. Why go to a grocery or department store and pay 3 or 4 times more for the same thing? I also like that I can get seasonal items much less here than the 'usual' places. And I don't have to go far to get to my local Dollar General, they seem to be located much like a fast food restaurant rather than the sparsely located "big box" stores, the ones that charge so much more than at DG.

At Dollar General you can save money on a wide variety of merchandise. Alot of products are cheaper than going to Meijers or Walmart. But you have to step around merchandise on floor coz they can't keep to store shelves full at some of their locations. I'm a regular shopper at my local store. I use their digital coupons to save even more.

Employees are rude and thieves. They pull the sale items off the shelves before customers can get anything. They load up carts of stuff and wait until Saturday to purchase it. Also, the manger is rude and can’t do basic math.

Dollar general was my fav place until they started their DG app. Nothing rings up right I am no able to login to fix. I have decided to use family dollar instead. I used to go to DG 3 times a week now barely going one time in 2 weeks!

By far the worst Doller General in town. Store is always a mess, shelves not stocked or recovered. I went in to get allergy medicine in the middle of an allergy attack. I was told we probably have some in the back, come back tomorrow.

I like going to the store in Reynoldsburg on Main Street.That store is so much cleaner & organized. The one in Pastakala, is always a mess. Pvk.
