The man in charge of the U-Haul side of Ace gave my rental to another woman and charged my card for her rental. Although, he did do a "reversal" and my card was credited for the amount. It was the principle that had me frustrated. Aside from prices being somewhat high, they do have a good product selection and friendly customer service.Update: Today my wife and I visited to find an adapter for our washer. Stan was the gentleman who helped me find what I needed and he was extremely helpful. Stan went above and beyond and ordered the part I needed. Stan even offered to deliver me the part because I live locally. I certainly enjoy shopping at Vandervort Ace Hardware!

Excellent service, they went out of their way to help me find what I needed. Eye screws to hang up a swing set for my grandchild. Let me use tools to tighten the brakes on my bike. I would have had to buy the whole set if he had not done that. Clean & isles neatly kept.
