Let's be honest...I called around trying to find a place to bathe my girls before one of them had a dental appointment on Tuesday. I called them have no idea who they were and low and behold...they do walk-ins!!! I quickly told them we would be there. We arrived and there was no one waiting so BOTH girls were taken right away! Then...to beat all we spent the next 1.5 hours playing with a puppy that we ended up making an offer on! So, just to summarize, they have walk-in grooming appointments........and puppies! You can't beat it...but they did! They even give multiple animal discounts!!! Check this place out, they have a cute lil shop inside too!

Very easy to book with… no wait. In fact, I called and booked my 2 golden retrievers on same day. My dogs are a little timid in these environments, and although I wasn’t overwhelmingly impressed with how they catered to my dogs’ personalities specifically (they just went straight to a cage, no effort made to engage with them prior to), I was pleased that I could get them in and washed/groomed on such little notice. They trimmed and also buffed down nails- my pups looked and smelled great when I went to pick them up. I will likely call to book again.

Skeens always takes good care grooming the dogs, the place is clean and bright. Sometimes they come home with a bandana or other decoration, sometimes not - not sure if this is just a bonus thing or lack of consistency?

1st Time taking Max & Macey to the Spa. Everyone there was so friendly and took care of my dogs like they were there's. Highly recommended. They also have a great selection of pet goods.

Where do I start. My wife called and she was told to drop off the dogs anytime before 6pm. It even states that on the website. Well thats a lie, they close at 5pm. Well we seen a young lady there and she accepted the dogs. The whole time she was complaining about us being there so late, even though we were told drop off till 6pm. Next, she stated that we was supposed to drop them off at 9am which we was never told that. Now since we picked them up a week later they are acting extremely weird. All three have done nothing but drink water and eat since being home. Going to see how they act the next day or so. Hopefully they start acting and being themselves...

Took both my dogs there and they both came back looking great and smelling great as well! Very happy with the results and the workers are very nice as well! 10/10 definitely recommend!

We dropped off our baby and they did her so wrong. But really what is most wrong with the situation is no customer service. They accepted no responsibility and offered no apology nor solution. I’m still waiting on someone’s mom to call me lol.

We had a horrible experience here. I think they might have gotten new groomers in the last couple months. About a year ago we started taking our poodle puppy to get groomed there. They did a really great job. Then at some point we took him back and they did a pretty bad job. I dropped him off at 1:00pm and they didn’t get him back to me till after 6:00. They left spots on him long that they missed. They didn’t touch his ears. And I pretty much had to cut him again when I brought him home. Some time passed and I decided to give them a try again and just have him shaved. This time was absolutely horrible. Some spots on him was completely shaved down to skin and other spots were left 3 inches long. His nails wasn’t cut and he couldn’t even see cause they left all the fur around his but cut some of his head. It looked like a two year old cut the dog with a razor instead of the groomer. We have decided to not take him back to Skeens at all. The staff was really friendly and I would like to rate them more than a one STAR because of that but the groom was so horrible that I can’t. We took our dog to another groomer and she couldn’t believe that anyone would cut his hair as bad as they did. Skeens offered to fix it but I didn’t feel like I could trust them with our dog.

Great people. We took a little rescue dog there to have his nails trimmed. He was abused in the past so he is a biter. We thought they would have to muzzle him. He sat there like a little trooper.a dog tells all they know people better than we do. So Romeo says they are great. We will definitely go back. And very reasonable

Very disappointed in the care of my dog. We left her for boarding 5 nights during Christmas. Picked her up. Absolutely not acting like the same dog. She is unable to bark. Only making a squeaky noise Difficult swallowing. Weight loss. Does not play anymore. Acts scared all the time. Plus will have a vet bill to see what the problem is. Terrible service for our dog. Dog lovers beware !!!!

Not expensive, I take my dogs there to get their toe nails clipped... The woman is super friendly, she clips their nails and ALSO files them so they aren't sharpe. If you go on Mondays you get double clips on your card and by the last day you will get dog nail clipping free!

The staff and owner are the best people in the world!!! They are very kind and compassionate. My dog has been there so many times for boarding that he actually likes it there, I know my dog is taken care of and don't have to worry.

The Staff appears to be Very Friendly, Excited and Very Attentive to your Animals when you first meet them. At first I was Impressed and I felt Comfortable Boarding my 2 baby girls at their place. I expressed How My girls are MORE than "pets" they are a HUGE part of Our Family and that We would call Daily to get updates & request pictures. The Staff encouraged Us to do so and Assured Us that We could Trust our babies in their care. Our daughter also Boarded her baby girl, We boarded all 3 of them for (Not a full 9/24hr days, but 10 calendar days). I Spoke with 1 staff Member Twice, I Sent 1 Text Message requesting Pictures. The Staff member explained they were "busy", but she would send someone else to get a picture asap. Two Days later, I received 1 picture of my girls & 0 pictures of my daughter's baby girl. My daughter called and she received 1 picture of each (my 2 & her 1)... out of 9 days between us Both I believe we Spoke to the Staff maybe 3-4 times and we received pictures twice.I was NOT Pleased with them at all !!!Between My daughter & I both We Paid Over $450 in Boarding Fee expenses and We were kept in the "Dark" for the Most part of Our Babies overall "Well Being" and I Did NOT like that at all !!! After picking up our babies from This Establishment my daughters baby was sick, she was having Severe Diarrhea (to the point you could hear her stomach rumbling/rolling/gurgling across the yard followed with explosive Diarrhea. My daughter wakes to her baby having "explosive accidents" all inside of her kennel, so She calls the Vet, the Vet requests my daughter to bring in a clean "stool sample". My daughter does just as the Vet requested...turns out that her baby Tested Positive for "Coccidia"/¹a subclass of microscopic, spore-forming, single-celled obligate intracellular parasites belonging to the apicomplexan class Conoidasida. As obligate intracellular parasites, they must live and reproduce within an animal cell.The Vet prescribed her baby medication for being sick.My daughter Does call the Boarding place explains to them what is going on with her baby and the Severe Diarrhea/ Sickness, she asked "If" anyone else complained about their animal being Sick of course they responded with a Big fat "No"...but, her baby had ONLY been in their care even "If" No other Babies had shown any symptoms of being sick.My daughter had to pay the Vet cost Out of her Own pocket. However, My daughter called and spoke with the Owner of The Boarding Place explained to her "What" exactly was happening with her baby once she picked her up from their Establishment, her baby had been Nowhere else, been around NO other Animals etc. And that her Baby's "Sickness" HAD To come from their place And from NOWHERE Else and that She had to Pay The Vet Bill AND Pay for her baby's Medication All Out of her own pocket and since her baby was Covered in her own feces The LEAST the Boarding Place could do was give her Baby a Bath/Groom At NO Cost to my daughter. The Owner Agreed and They DID groom her baby which was the RIGHT Thing to do.I WILL give the Owner "Praise" when/where it is due and it was due then !!!I personally did Not have a good Experience with This Boarding Facility AND I Personally will Not Ever Use them again, UNLESS They make some MAJOR Changes/Improvements !!!I am Truly "Sorry" that I could Not give this Survey a 5☆, but Hopefully This Review Will give them the Motivation to Work Hard To Improve And Better Themselves & Their Facility !!! ** It is ALL About 🐕🐩🐈 Their Happiness & Wellbeing !!! **God Bless & Good Luck to the Future !!!

Best place to take your dog.our little puppy was so matted up I couldn't cut her hair any more.we took her here for a cut and toe nails trimmed and did an awesome job and wasn't high on their prices.if you have a pet you need to have done I highly recommend them very friendly and very very good work.thank you for taking care of our little buddy.
