I had difficulty finding a specialty tool to fix my vehicle. The store stayed open past his closing time to ensure I located the correct tool before he would close. This is hands-down the best local hardware store anywhere! Thanks for the help Plymouth Hardware!!!

I went this the store in hopes the owner would have an answer for me about an issue I was having with a shark bite shutoff valve, he went way out of his way to help me correct the issue. I ended up buying another one just to be safe seeing how this valve goes to my main water line coming in, but the moral of the review is to inform everyone to shop at the Plymouth hardware store for your needs. You don't find good customer service anymore and this man deserves recognition for absolute phenomenal customer service. He has definitely gained my service for any of my hardware needs. Thank you sir and ill be back ALOT more.

Tom is the best! I try to shop local whenever possible and he makes it so much easier. Most of the time when I go here I have to describe what I'm looking for because I don't know the name of things, and Tom is always able to figure out what it is I need. It's almost comical sometimes, though maybe less funny to him 😂. If you want great service from a knowledgeable hardware guy, this is your place... If you're more into spending four hours in a huge store, looking for the nuts and bolts aisle only to spend another hour looking for an employee who knows what nuts and bolts actually do, try Lowe's...
