Burger time!Following a service call in Piketon, I find myself at Ritchie's for lunch. Several locals are here, so that's always a good sign. Since I travel for work 100%, I get to find new places all the time. The menu here is quite extensive, but the Pit Boss burger got my attention. Double patty, brisket, pulled pork and bacon. It comes with the usual pairing of fries and a Pepsi. Yeah, this thing is huge. I should have cut it in half and taken it with me for later. Although the burger was a tad overcooked, it was juicy and overall an excellent burger. The shoestring fries weren't perfectly crisp, but also were not limp either. I used the available bbq sauce on the counter for both fries and bites of my burger. The bun always benefits better when you toast it....I'm staying in Columbus, 1.5 hours away, otherwise I'd come again for sure. I hear the tacos on Wednesday are great, and the guy next to me had a big basket of boneless wings I'd get also. There's plenty of brews on tap, and a very surprisingly higher end shelf of burbon. This place looks like a lot of fun on the weekends. There's plenty of room and an outdoor patio. If I can get back here again, I will. Ritchie's is.....Maloy Approved

Used to be pretty good but has definitely went down hill. You never really lnkw what you are going to get as the food is always cooked differently maybe different pizza crust from week to week. Only the person that takes your takeout order on the phone can ring you out when you come to pick it up so you may wait 20 minutes for them to finish doing whatever they are doing. Many times i show up my quoted 25 minutes and sit and wait another 25 minutes on my food.

Super bumbed about this experience. I look forward to Ritchies everytime I go to the trade days,but this time was terrible. We walk in to every table dirty and just 2 people sitting in the whole place. The waitress (while on a personal phone call) says sorry just had a rush we will clean whatever table you want to sit at. The whole time we was there only 6 people walked in and not one table got cleaned till we was about to leave and she stayed on the phone most of the time. I got a brisket sandwich that tasted like it was warmed up in the microwave.

This is the third time I asked for extra bar b que sauce with my take out orders only to discover NONE, when I got home.When I asked this time the waitress asked if I wanted it poured on them to which I said, "yes, and some extra on the side". Not only did I not get either but there was hardy any on the wings themselves. Not a happy customer!!

Great food, drinks, service and atmosphere! Couldn't ask for a better place! Little confusing on how to get to the restaurant/bar at first, because the place is rather big and separated into a few smaller stores/shops. Love that there's outside dining for smokers!Wheelchair accessibility: 100% accessible

The tables squeak so every time you move everyone knows it. We had to ask for plates for our appetizer. My fries were burnt to a crisp and my husband's coleslaw was soured. Our extreme bacon cheeseburgers had 3 slices of bacon on it and the burger itself was really dry couldn't even finish it. This was our 1st time here and we was definitely not impressed

I was working out of town and decided to stop...kitchen was a little slow but ABSOLUTELY worth it. The smoked wings were phenomenal! The brisket was some if the best I've ever had. I will be coming back when we work down here again...I will come back just for great brisket...I think that says a lot since I live 2 hours away...keep up the good work

It's sometimes hit and miss. When it's good though which it is more times than not, it's great. Brisket always seems dry af but the pulled pork is freaking amazing. Burgers are always great, and the catfish is good as well. Not fond of the dough they use for their pizzas though. It's tough and overworked the two times I tried the pizza.Parking: With it being a grocery store and restaurant side by side for one lot, parking can sometimes be a nightmare.

The outside patio was relaxing and the staff were very friendly and attentive. The steak was just a touch undercooked for me but I didn't say anything so no qualms there. It was still very tasty and needed nothing else added.We will be back.

Giving it one star because it was open. Small group of 4 from out of town and recommended to eat here by a local. Stood in the doorway for 20 minutes with every staff member and customer staring. There was one table open that hadn’t been bussed and staff were standing around in the back corner chatting and couldn’t be bothered so we left.

The best pulled pork I've had in ages. Side salad was fresh cut lettuce, not dry tasteless bagged, and it is big. Portions are big, and meal was budget friendly.Wheelchair accessibility: There is several spots located at the doors plus tables are appropriate size for wheelchair access.

Sometimes its a good visit sometimes not so much. The food is usually good although last time I went the chicken on my sandwich was completely burnt on one side to the point I smelled it as soon as she set it in front of me. I immediately flipped it over seen it and sent it back with her. By the time I was brought my fresh sandwich the other two people in my party was finished eating so I took it to go. The employees are friendly and try to keep up but sometimes the restaurant is so busy they cant keep up with the crowd. Not there fault at all and im sure during less busy times its a great place to eat. (hence the reason they get so busy at times) I just seem to pick the busiest times to go there (usually late evening for dinner).

First time stopping here and was pleasantly surprised by this little gem of a restaurant. Food was excellent! Ribs were far better than other places that are known for their ribs. Pork was amazing as well. Very clean and our server, Vicki was very kind and helpful with suggestions. Definitely will be back!

We have been going to this establishment for a few years now they have always been very slow but food was always good but lately not so much. We went around 4:30 yesterday Saturday 13, 2022 there was 6 people in the place only 1 child and one other person waiting for food we order the Market place with fries as a appetizer and we order our food at the same time my husband ordered a rack of ribs and 2 sides I order the Brisket Sandwich with onion rings not to difficult you would think! 🤷over 1/2 hour goes by and we finally get our Appetizer! Hour and a half goes by finely get our food remember only 2 people getting food the Brisket was cold my husband's ribs was so tough he had to cut them off with a knife and finally gave up and we asked for to go box. Waiting for a hour and half for cold uneditable food is crazy! Oh also it was not for lack of workers 3 people was just standing around talking one was playing Wheel of Fortune on the gambling machine and they also had the bartender and two working in the back of the kitchen! This place has lost our business! So dont go if your hungry!

Food was delicious! Smoked just right and all the sides tasted homemade, Service was great, and the whole dining room was spotless.. This was our first time here but we will definitely be back! Bn coming here about once a month for 2yrs now 60min drive.. after today probably won’t be back! 20oz ribeye ordered med well was served med rare sent it back came back med ate it anyhow it was HALF FAT.. advertised price is for steak only had to pay for sides( a steak Meal at Texas Roadhouse went up 2.00 here 8+ n the steak sucked) brisket and pulled pork was still delicious but now you have to pay for your sides separately must be why there was plenty of parking. It’s not about the money it’s about what’s you get for your money. 5 stars to 1 stars!!

Had lunch here for the first time today with some friends. The brisket nachos were the bomb! Also tried Jumbo wings, so deliciously good. Will definitely be back. Thanks Jacob for taking good care of us.

Their food is delicious. I really love their salads, they always taste so fresh! The portions are huge and the prices are good. I've eaten there twice and it has become one of my favorite restaurants in the area.
