Everytime I come to this Kroger I stand at the fresh meat counter for about 25 minutes and sometimes nobody ever comes to help me buy meat.

This Kroger is absolutely ridiculous. The front end staff women are rude. On multiple occasions I have went in to shop, to be met with rude attitudes and poor customer service.My most recent visit, the lines were long and only one lane was open. An older employee decided to open a lane, grab two ladies behind me and ring them out. She did not turn her light on, I’m assuming to be able to get away from the register quickly. I was holding my infant who was crying and had a few things that needed checked out. I stepped into her line in hopes she would take me too. She looked at me and said “my lane is closed” I told her I have just a couple things and I’m holding a baby and she still said “ I can’t my lane is closed” proceeded to finish the lady I front of me and then go stand at the customer service desk. Just rude. I will never shop here again. I don’t want to blame it on racism but it really felt that way. And the Kia parked in employee parking every day with a confederate flag license plate doesn’t make me feel any better.

Ok, trying to be patient but just left Kroger AGAIN swearing I would never go back at least to this location. Here’s an example of my checkout, I had a coupon for almond milk ( simple truth brand” bagger woman who was management but helping says loudly “ I see a LOT of ice cream but NO almond milk anywhere ” after holding up the lane I dig through what SHE JUST bagged and find it. Rude rude rude people work here.

All Kroger Market Place store are great. They seem to have a "cozy, homey" feel. I like the fact that they have furniture and home decor, which is really nice. A little too expensive maybe for being in a grocery store, but nice. I prefer to shop Kroger Market Place over Kroger. I'm a fan of Starbucks too! I don't think I ever go there without stopping by the Starbucks kiosk first! They are super nice there too. I recommend it. Beats Walmart by far! 😊

Great Kroger location, has everything you could need without being one of those monster sized stores. Every staff member is pleasant, and the place is always clean. Fresh produce most of the time and always a great selection at the butcher shop. Judy makes the best cakes ever, accept no substitute! George is my favorite cashier. He's so good that if he's working the express lane, and I KNOW I have 16 items in my cart, I'm sneaking in that express lane just to see him.

Get rid of the home internet sales solicitors. I just want to get my groceries in peace. I’m not interested in switching my internet provider. I know the sales reps are just doing their job, but I really don’t want to be bothered.

Terrible management. They just don’t care and the front desk is empty more than staffed. Expired store flyers up front and unwillingness to help. Cashiers are great!

Jessica R. was such a huge help! She was always friendly, professional and always got things done! If you needed something handled she was the only person on management that made sure it happened! Unfortunately she is no longer there and I didn't have a great experience with Lamar.

I really like this Kroger. It's clean, the employees are friendly and helpful. Also, it's never overly crowded which is nice for people like me who hate grocery shopping. The only downfall is the gas station out front is always higher priced than all the other stations in town.

I shop this Kroger on a regular basis. The employees are friendly and helpful, I have learned to avoid stocking days so it is a good experience. I still have to shop elsewhere for some items, I do caution against buying their uncooked shellfish. Ihave had to toss several purchases after cooking and discovering spoiled product.

I've gone here since it was built. It's convenient for when I need a quick run into a store, and when things go on sale they have good deals. Produce is always good too.Yesterday though I had the best experience yet. I wanted strawberries, but as I was walking up an employee (Van) was pulling the last few pints off of shelves because they weren't up to store standards any longer. There's also a supply issue due to some growing problems from their supplier. Van explained this (and there was a sign as well about the supply issue) then took me to the frozen berries and marked a bag down to the sale price of fresh. The customer service was absolutely fantastic, I just figured I probably wouldn't be getting any strawberries.

The people working here are happier than at other Krogers stores near here.This is a smaller store without a hard liquor license and other bells and whistles, but they do have a pharmacy and a deli, as well as gas, so the important stuff is covered. I go here because it's close but also because of the people who work here. I also like that it's smaller and easier to get in and out of.

This is my favorite Kroger!! I drive a longer distance just so I can go krogering at that location. Love the staff, the layout, the employees are so friendly and helpful. There's never been a trip I make without someone asking how I'm doing or if I need help with anything. So courteous and has a small town feel!

The Kroger off of Refugee is my favorite to visit because it's smaller and usually never busy. I feel comfortable and safe walking around. Everyone wears their masks and keeps their relative distant.

I’m 7 months pregnant and I had to self scan 75 items because they refused to open a lane for me and help me. It was at 8:45 pm and they didn’t close until 11pm. The self check out guy stood behind me the whole time as if I was going to miss an item or steel something. Very disappointed with service.

Love this Kroger location. Pickup service is great, Starbucks inside the store is great, pharmacy is fast, store is clean and well-stocked. WAY better than other locations in/around Columbus.

The store and employees are all great. The issue is this new clicklist parking area. I had to park out near the gas station today. I like to walk but shifting the entire lot back 75ft for their latest gimmick is just stupid.

Sherene the Pharmacist is the Absolute Best!!! She is Extremely Helpful & Always Offers Great Advice...BUT the Starbucks at this Location is the worst..staff seems uneducated on the drinks & they seldom have or know how to make 1st choice drink..be ready to have 1 or 2 alternative drinks in mind

Clean store, but customer restrooms out of order with no time table as to when they will be in operation again. Seeing as I work in Kroger stores a few times a year out of a Honey Baked Ham kiosk I know there are employee restrooms in back of store. 2 employees told me a blatant mistruth when they said ( side by side at courtesy( laughable) desk that this store has NO employee restrooms. I'm to believe that employees, while on a shift, have to leave store to use the restroom elsewhere? Not looking good Kroger!!!

Well I would give this store 5 stars but the Hitler style management here absolutely sucks....they are not customer friendly and it seems they get some sick pleasure out of "winning" disputes with customers. Altho I must say Zach in self-check out gets 10+++ STARS....He is truly the best in customer service & is definitely under-appreciated!

If I have to dodge 1 more teenager who is running through the store chasing another teen.Or dodge teens playing bumper cars with the handicapped chairs.I will be shopping elsewhere.I reported it to management they did nothing.

Hard to find items since the store was reorganized. It took me twice as long to do my shopping compared to pre reorganization. The bottled water selection was very limited. However the staff were friendly and helpful.

Roll up to the checkout with a $200 order and have to go thru self checkout even tho there are at least 2 employees standing around talking to the guy watching the self checkout...when do we start getting discounts for doing someone else's job???

Have been shopping at this location a lot lately. So much nicer than my local Pataskala Kroger. Store is clean. Produce is much fresher. Selection & varaties of food Is so much better than Pataskala location.
