I have loved this place. However, today we ordered lattes in the ceramic mugs. They were made in paper cups. When I pointed this out, rather than remaking the lattes with the lovely design and nice and hot, they poured the paper cup contents into a mug and gave it to us. I expected more from a place this nice, Very disappointed!!!!

We never get coffee when we are away from home and we are always searching for a good coffee to get some caffeine in us.Yesterday, I tried a honey and lavender iced latte and my mother got a hot coffee with amaretto, and strawberry flavoring. We couldn’t taste any of that flavoring in our coffees and it was just bitter and gross.These aren’t cheap drinks either, they are 5 and 6 bucks for nasty coffee where you can’t taste any of the flavors you are paying for.Today, we came in and got breakfast sandwiches. My mom did try a regular coffee with EXTRA hazelnut flavoring and again, couldn’t taste any hazelnut, it was bitter, and this time not even hot at all. We built our own sandwiches. I got everything bagel, sausage, and the garlic aioli. It was very hot and fresh and absolutely delicious. So if you’re going to try this place, maybe just get the food and no coffee, unless you like bitter coffee.The place is nice and roomy inside and a lot of people seem to go there to work and study.

I enjoyed the honey cinnamon latte and the gluten-free Pop-Tart was a real treat. I have gone out of my way a couple times to get coffee here, but never dined in or ordered food, and unfortunately after today I will likely not be back as I live much closer to another local shop that values their guest satisfaction much more. Previous experiences were fine, nothing great, but not subpar. The restaurant is nice, but service related issues need to be addressed.Today we ordered two ice coffee flights, and food. One of the two sandwiches came out lukewarm at best, and after we ate our food, we still hadn't gotten our coffee. After a half an hour, we once again asked where our coffee was, and I was handed one coffee flight that I had seen sitting in the back counter, watered down, and were brought the second one a few minutes after that. I complained about the wait, and the employee's idea of guest retention is a voucher for a free small drink with my watered-down coffee. So my 60-some dollar order, and half an hour of wasted time is worth a $4 voucher. Just not a great example of guest retention in my opinion.

For an upscale coffee house where your two bite sandwiches cost $10 and an extra small Belgian waffle costs more than a pack of cigarettes...I was not impressed. The waffle was not made in a waffle iron. It tastes as if it were from the grocery freezer section and put into the toaster. The only reason I say this is if it were made in a waffle iron it would have been tender and hot. This was like eating cold concrete. This place is extremely over priced and would not recommend....to anyone.

Omg!!!!! Took my son and daughter in law there for breakfast. 3 locked and loaded sandwiches and 3 drinks....2 coffee's and 1 cocktail....with 13% tip it cost me $83.40!!!!! Can you believe that!!!!!!! Rip off!!!!!!!! Also the buns on all the sandwiches where burnt black!!!!!! So upset!!!!!! PLEASE go ANYWHERE else!!!!!!! Also coffee not as good as Starbucks or Dunkin!!!!!

Flying Joe is the go to place if you love amazing coffee, delicious food and good vibes. The blueberry bliss cold brew is the best coffee I’ve ever had and continue to come back for it. The breakfast sandwich with aioli is out of this world and the staff is always so friendly and helpful. I would give this place six stars if I could.

They have a very imaginative menu and the team couldn't be friendlier. Love the new space. Their nitro cold brew and cortados are fantastic.They do always seem to be short staffed which leads to some mistakes or long waits (got caff instead of decaf, lots of ice instead of little ice, latte instead of cortado, etc)... But they have every single time made it right.Food is high quality but beware that portions are small.
