It’s okay- I would say 7 out of 10 times they’ll have our order right. The brownie in their hot fudge sundae has a weird after taste. Their cyclones are more like a McDonald’s McFlurry their toppings don’t even go all the way down to the bottom… yep that’s 1/3 of toppings and I also asked for cookie dough as well (and as you can see, there’s no cookie dough here) but hey at least their ice-cream machine isn’t always broken….

I’d say this is okay overpriced soft serve. I ordered a cyclone with buckeyes in it and for $6. I don’t think it’s worth $6 for this and the vanilla ice cream does not have much flavor to it. My wife ordered Oreo cyclone and the cookies were stale and not the Oreo brand, we believe.I’m sure their food is good and seemed very reasonable priced on their menu but the ice cream shakes cyclones and malts were priced a bit high for the quality.

The sundaes and drinks are always good here. Tried the vanilla and chocolate sundaes with hot fudge, added cream and sprinklers. All were awesome.

Service was friendly and quick. I got a pulled pork sandwich and a pineapple cyclone for myself, I also bought a grape slushie for a friend. Prices are reasonable and competitive. Portions are large and the ice cream was very good.

This place is going downhill. The quality is not the same. I just came home right now and my chicken Sandwich is pathetic! The piece of chicken is really tiny and skinny for like a toddler. I remember the chicken patties being big. Also I don't get any toppings anymore on my ice cream because the peanut butter chunks taste spoiled also they don't have everything on their menue. They are inconsistent!

Ugh god, the food here is so bad. Just... don't. One bite and into the trash it went. You could buy a frozen bag of *anything* at Walmart and it would be better. The ice cream was fine, I guess. Just your average soft serve you get anywhere. But avoid the actual "food" here.

I've always loved to come here. It's exactly what you think of as an ice cream shop, For when after your t-ball team loses but the coach said get whatever you want. A quick lunch, or an evening snack, sitting on the picnic tables, after dinner and eating a cone the size of your arm. Licking like a mad man in hopes you finish it before it fall to the ground, but slow enough to stave off brain freeze.

Used to love this place! Sad to have to give such a bad rating but the owners have given up. They’ve declined rapidly in service, price value, and quality within the last several months. They’ve increased a topping addition to $1 per topping. They have a debit card fee. Really?! Who pays in cash. They keep making mistakes and will make your sundae wrong over and over even in the same trip. The young girls goof off, slam the window in your face, don’t know the menu or describe accurately. They told me it will be $13 at the window. I get to the window and it was over $15.50 for two sundaes and they had to redo my icecream. You wanna charge that much fine, but don’t tell me an inaccurate price. Still have the nerve to think they deserve a tip.. they won’t even include napkins which means several spills from a messy job. The hot fudge will always melt the ice cream into pure liquid.

Love stopping for Chilli dogs when it's lunch time. And ice cream when it's hot. Great location and all the staff is very nice and easy going. Open year around.

Google says they close at 9pm. Showed up at 8:03 PM at the drive thru. I was behind another car who got service but I was informed they closed at 8PM and was 3 minutes late. So the staff couldn't serve me.

There were 5 young ladies working there this evening. They were messing around and laughing, not taking care of the 8 or so people lined up. Only one of the 3 windows was open to order. As soon as you ordered, the window was slammed shut. All you could see and hear was goofing around and laughing. I also paid almost 7.00 for a caramel pretzel sundae that didn't even fill half of the plastic bowl. Bad customer service and bad value for your money.

I ordered a small butterscotch sundae. They gave me and charged me for a large that was filled with vanilla ice cream and a teaspoon of butterscotch for 6.00.

Have been going here for 20 years. Love the Dole whip. The hot fudge tin roof and pecan sundaes great portion. Great chocolate malts. New owners installed a credit card machine this year .Very handy for those people like me who carry next little cash. Great prices and portions .Friendly staff.

Was nice treat, but items ordered given to us with ice cream all over outside of containers. Would be nice if businesses would pay attention to the little things. Like giving your food to you on the inside of the container not so much on outside. Employees were nice though.

Absolutely TRASH!!! Over priced! They charged me a $1 for 8 very small pieces of cheesecake bites that’s over 10 cents A BIT! They also don’t know how to communicate to each other I asked for chocolate CHIPS 6 times and they couldn’t tell me they don’t have any so they give you a spoonful of chocolate coating. They Suck at being an ice cream store!

Save your money and time! Their soft serve machine has been broken all summer! They can’t give you a proper ice cream cone. It’s a sloppy mess and has to go in a cup! Milkshakes are watery flavored chocolate. I asked for candy eyes on my daughters cone get to the window get the cone in a cup and no candy eyes. I ask for eyes the girl says we don’t have any. I replied okay can we get sprinkles then her reply ya but it will cost you extra. I said forget about it! Chicken sandwich was a bland sloppy squished mess and my fried pickles were falling apart sloppy too! Asked for 2 ranch received one. Mello creme is worth the wait and money and dairy depot on Navarre is worth the drive compared to this place.

I've been going here for my ice cream fix for over 20 years now. They have only gotten better. The food is good and ice cream is better. The service is always excellent. You can't go wrong stopping in here for your fix.

Great portions of icecream for the cost and good food. EDIT service wasn't bad but wasn't good. food was not fully cooked or hot. The shereded chicken sandwich was all bun and a tablespoon full of chicken. The milk shake was just milk. The good part was the order taker was nice but her manager or what ever she was was mouthy.

Just went to Rudy's like I do 3 times a week atleast because they are amazing. But tonight these girls made 2 smoothies and 2 shakes before the payment was even completed. Amazing job as always

Pretty disappointed in what this place has become. Far cry from when it used to be the friendly neighborhood ice cream shop. I used to live walking distance from it when i was a kid it was called JT’s. Anyway, i ordered a brownie Sunday which I do often. So I paid then was handed a bowl of soupy mess so hot I had to set it down. The ice cream was like soup before I even got it. I asked for a replacement and was told no that someone turned the hot fudge up to high and thats why it melted but if I wanted a new one I’d have to pay for it. Anyway, I got no ice cream and they kept my money.

I love Rudy's Dairy Depot, even more that it is open year round because it now has a drive thru. I pretty much get the same thing everytime. A brownie sundae, can't go wrong with that, but they have all sorts of different kinds of sundaes and shakes. It's a neighborhood staple.

I love the convenience of Rudy's because it's so close to my home. However, since they have opened this spring I have noticed a significant change in the business. The staff are rude and are far from polite....Its a rarity if I see a smile on any of the high school aged girls' faces anymore.They all look like they hate their job. Also, the times where I leave and there isn't something incorrect with my order are few and far between anymore. It's a shame to see the business go downhill due to staffing that needs a serious attitude check
