I’m trying out more Vegan places in order to improve my health & well being🦋 & this cozy place fits the bill and was great for me to pick up & go🦋I had the Buffalo dip which was delicious. A beverage ( which I can’t remember but was good and cold out of the cooler) and a cookie dessert which was eaten so fast 💨 I failed to get a pic Jesus . I want to go back and try the to go lasagna, it looked amazing 😍Great customer service 🤩all around vibe was real cool and fresh. I was in a rush, but will be back! Everything is made fresh and it has a nice taste and doesn’t make you feel like you missing something if you are a meat eater. Check them out 💙

What a great lunch at The Mindful Table! I went with the Buffalo “chicken meatballs”, deviled potatoes, and a chocolate cupcake with vanilla frosting and raspberry drizzled on top for dessert! I even got some of the fried pickle dip to take home! Soooooooooo good! I have been coming here occasionally pretty much since they opened the storefront, and was buying the pre-made meals from Churchill’s before that. Just a fun relaxed atmosphere and great food!Vegetarian options: Completely Vegan and Gluten Free, but Google doesn’t offer that option.Dietary restrictions: Completely Vegan and Gluten Free

I love that I can walk here. I try and stop by weekly if I can. All the staff are friendly and very helpful. The owner Kele is the sweetest person you’ll meet. I’ve had several of her dishes and baked good. I’ve never been disappointed. I am gluten free and dairy free. I’m really happy I have a place I can go to on a regular basis. I have been coming to Mindful Table ever since I moved here. I didn’t know that GF/DF foods could be so dang good if not BETTER than foods that contain it. She can truly do no wrong, I have not had one thing I wasn’t obsessed with here. Not to mention everytime I go in they are so friendly. They know I am obsessed with the fried pickles and personally made them for me on national pickle day. THEN recently they had extra and told me to take the rest home no charge. Yall dont know me but this is the way to my heart and probably the way to yours. I freakin love this place & you will too. Eat local and get your a** in there

Got half dozen cupcakes. Not impressed at all. We have a go to vegan recipe at home for cake/cupcakes that’s amazing but thought it would be nice not to have to bake myself. The frosting tasted like it came from the grocery store and honestly if it wasn’t for the frosting, the actual cupcake wouldn’t have tasted edible. Was definitely expecting something more fresh, homemade tasting for $4 per cupcake and a small cupcake at that.

We were camping at nearby Maumee Bay State Park and found this bakery via the Gluten Dude app. The bakery is a little unassuming, it’s decorated cute but they don’t have a large bakery display. It seems as if you want to order something specific you may have to order it through their website. They had cupcakes, cookies, Brookies sitting out. They also have deli food displayed.Now the important part…the bakery was sooo good. Probably one of the best gluten free chocolate chip cookies I have ever had. They were so soft! My non gluten free hubby loved the brookie. The blueberry muffin was so soft, it tasted like the real thing. I loved the s’more cupcake, I couldn’t believe how soft the toasted marshmallow was. I liked it so much I went back once more before we left. I will for sure come back if we ever come back in the area.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free and vegan!

I'm a meat eater, but open to vegetarian/vegan options. Perhaps I don't speak the vegan language well, but I found the wording of the menu a little hard to follow.One of the options was 'Queso' as a main course. In my world, queso is another word for cheese, more specifically melted cheese you would use on corn chips. Perhaps in the vegan world,since it's not really cheese, and probably much better than cheese in a health sense (more protein, etc), and in that way not cheese-like, so therefore worthy of a main dish.But I had the lasagna instead because at least I knew what that was. It was tasty, but had some mouth feel like an oyster inside which I wasn't a fan of.I've been to absolutely great vegan restaurants, and maybe these folks are on the path. It's still new. I'll be back for sure.

All the food I’ve tried has been amazing! We ordered an egg-free cake that was delicious, as well as blueberry coffee cake muffins, salads, vegan chicken and waffles… the list goes on! A must try for anyone with allergies (and those who don’t have them too)!

I’m vegan and was super pumped there was another all vegan place in the area. Sadly, I’ve been here 4 times and that’s 4 times too many. It seems like every time you go, you don’t know what you will get. The first time I went the cupcake I got was so dry and gross. I haven’t had anything that I was so impressed by that I definitely wanted it again. There have only been a couple of things that were just okay. I decided to give it one last try after not going for months. I stopped in and picked up some of the holiday leftovers. I got Mac and cheese, green bean casserole,“turkey” and 2 cupcakes. The cupcakes were just okay and not dry this time. I’ve definitely had better. The mac and cheese and the green bean casserole smelled so gross, I almost couldn’t try it. I took a bit of everything, it was as all so bad. Nothing tasted remotely like the original. Vegan food has come such a long time way, it shouldn’t be this bad. That was a waste of $27 for me. I would have been so mad had I paid the $150 for the thanksgiving meal and that’s what I got 🤢. This food is also the most expensive around in the market. It’s not all made from scratch like the other places, it’s a lot of mixes, overpriced and not good. I truly tried giving this place a shot. I don’t understand all the positive ratings or how in the world a second location is opening.

My husband and I have been gluten and dairy free for three years and we were really excited to see this restaurant opening! I was visiting family in town and made a special trip to get some treats! Loved the vegan pasta salad and the cupcakes! It’s a great peace of mind when you have food allergies to be able to go to a restaurant and just order something without being worried about the ingredients! Thanks for great food - we can’t wait to come back!

Stopped in to try their food for lunch. It was delicious, including their cottage cheese! It wasn't heavy like other ones I've seen. The risotto balls and the sloppy Joe both popped out in flavor. My partner enjoyed his hostess-inspired cupcake and my apple cinnamon one had just the right amount of sweet 😋

My son who has severe anaphylactic allergies and has never been able to enjoy food from anywhere except my own kitchen, until now! Mindful Table has changed our lives! The food is amazing!!! The service is spectacular! We love the lasagna, nachos, veggie pizza and all the baked goods. The rotation of the menu is the best. This allows us to try news things with each visit.

I have visited MANY times and am always blown away by the delicious deli and amazing bakery options that are all fully vegan and gluten-free. Currently, I am a student in Minnesota and my family lives in Port Clinton, Ohio... we always make sure to make several trips to the Mindful Table when I'm home. My family (not vegan or GF) loves trying new items. Over the last few months, my top favorite items that I would recommend include the no-egg salad, cottage cheese, queso, charcuterie sidekicks, cheesy hash browns, sloppy joe's, hostess cupcakes, vanilla cupcake cones, everything bagels, and macarons. There are a variety of drinks. The staff and owner are incredibly friendly, and there are cool photo opportunities in the store. Definitely follow their social media and check-out the store's website to keep up with the newest creations!

Our family has been enjoying The Mindful Table since they started offering meals at out local grocery store and now that they have a storefront they have become our new go to for dinner! Love that we can just stop in and always get a different selection of stuff and everything is always delicious and even kid approved! They have filled a huge void for vegan people in our area.

The broccoli cheddar soup is honestly the best soup I have ever had. I crave it daily, I have been a customer since trying a queso sample at Local Roots a couple years ago. I appreciate a business catering to the local plant based community as we are lacking on having many options in the area. I’m excited this has been made available on DoorDash as well. Love the constantly changing menu. It’s a beautifully decorated space. Did I mention the cheesecake is to die for?

Amazing place!! The atmosphere is so fresh and clean, always welcomed with smiling faces! The owner is extremely knowledgeable, takes extreme care in choosing dishes and ingredients, always goes above and beyond for the customers! I love the variety, even though there aren't a lot of options every day, thru the week there are a lot of options. With a few options every day, the quality and care put into each menu item is very obvious.I've been at least once a week since they opened. Everything has been amazingly delicious. They know what they're doing, and it shows with how good everything is.The food is high quality, delicious, and made with love and is worth every penny!!Im so glad they opened up a storefront in our area! It's much needed!!I have a gluten allergy, and it's such a relief and is exciting to have this food available.

Exceptional vegan food, and that's coming from a non-vegan! The risotto was very good and perfectly seasoned. The rhubarb crisp and carrot cupcake tasted amazing. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Will definitely be returning.

This place has been my saving grace! As a busy, working mom, who wants to eat healthy but doesn’t have the time to prepare separate meals for my myself and my family. Have only tried the ribs and mac and cheese. Both were very good. Texture of the ribs were spot on. Ate them cold as soon as I got in my car 😂. Will be going again. Will be on the lookout for the ravioli and potpies! Oh I have also had the queso. Best vegan queso I have ever had.

Kele has been feeding our family delicious GF/DF options for a year now! Her Queso and Alfredo sauces are TO.DIE.FOR she made my birthday cake this year as well, lemon blueberry 🤤 and it was seriously the best gift I gave myself! I’m so glad she is in an actual store front now!! Seriously a must have!
