Bought a package of Armor thin sliced honey ham dated for May of 2024 that was bad out of the package. No one answering the phone. Just wanted to alert them of a possible problem. Very disappointed in this store. Seemed very disorganized and dirty.

Doors locked at 6pm, sign says open till 9pm everyday. Another woman drove up and said it seems like they have been closing early for awhile now. she said she has been here weeks ago and had the same issue. Either someone needs to be let go or someone needs to update the store hours. If you don't have the staff to be open when the signs say you should be open, then you may want to change the signs. Based on a lot of other recent reviews this is an on going problem. I guess all of us will just take our business somewhere else. Goodbye DG

The sign says open at 8am and so does the website. I got here at 8:15 and the doors were locked. It's 8:25 and the doors are still locked. Should definitely change the hours on the door and the website if they aren't accurate.

WOW! What a filthy, disorganized, non-helpful staff, aisles FULL of stock carts and LITERAL garbage! This is by FAR, the worst DG I have ever been inside. I expected more from Perrysburg.

I drove here twice within a week and the doors have been locked. Apparently they aren't open. Probably should put a sign up or update your website.

This Dollar general is pretty clean but not well organized. They are always out of advertised items and the staff can be rude. I do love the prices and sales. Their app is awesome and is easy to use, just wish management could do a better job stocking sales items and that they did not have the new stock in boxes all over the store blocking the aisles.

Clean store, helpful employees. Nice sales. Over all it is a nice discount shopping place. Well organized and you can find almost anything you are looking for. Not a long wait in line and was greeted with a smile. Had a weird smell maybe from cleaner or something but other than that, nice place to shop.

Store is clean, well organized and . Staff is friendly and attentive. I watched the checkout gal handle a VERY RUDE patron with calmness and tact. The customer was intentionally mean and egotistical but the louder she got, the softer and sweeter the clerk became. It was a brilliant way to defuse a spoiled crazy person.

Every time I have gone here in the last three or four months, the store is messy .. I guess it could be coincidence but there are always big huge tall carts blocking aisles and end caps. Usually one cashier at the front of the store and no other employees. It's a shame because we have always loved to run here for quick little trips when I don't want to go to the grocery store or something

Well the people are friendly I can get in and out fast, they have things that other stores don't have a lot of things are cheaper but the same quality and sometimes you can get smaller sizes. You can even buy multi colored spray paints. For a small store they have find a selection of automobile para Familia! You have a nice day now, Jesus loves you!

Dollar General has changed management often in the 14 years we have lived In Perrysburg. The conditions of the store change along with it. I have seen everything from a spotlessly clean and organized store to muddy floors with stock sitting in boxes for days in the isle. It is a great place to stop and get those items you run out of when cooking. But they still need a public restroom and a consistent organizer

You can practically through a stone in any direction and hit a dollar general, so they are extremely convenient and they mostly have what I need. Although, they do not have very many gluten friendly options.

Shop here often because it is close to home but most visits I can't get down the isles due to stock carts Everywhere, messy isles and very rarely more than one worker in the store.

It's dirty it's crowded and the employees think that you're there for them instead of them being there for you and I would know exactly about this store because I've been coming here for 15 years 15 years and it used to be a tip top store used to be it went to hell about 3 years ago because management was more concerned about getting more stuff in shrinking the Isles and hiring anybody with two legs they once hired a woman that was so big the only way she could work was to sit on a stool what kind of hiring practice is that you got to think of the people you're serving not just yourself filling spots intelligence is necessary to serve the public

I just tried to go into the store at 9pm and the doors were locked. On the door and website say they are open till 10. So I called and the lady who barely speaks English well says they are only open till 10 on holidays. LIES. Deff dont appreciate it especially when I go there numerous times during the week.
