Unfortunately corporate management has dragged this store down. Formerly my go-to convenience store, I am being pulled elsewhere. Circle K is paying only $12.50/hr. and can’t staff the place with reliable help.They schedule only one clerk in the evenings - aside from the fact this is a dangerous practice, it makes Circle K an inconvenience store…nearly every night they completely close the store so the clerk can have a break.When they are open there are constant inconveniences such as looong lines, broken soda machines, out of cups, lids or straws, etc.They are often out of change and won’t accept cash. Alternatively the computers go down so cards are not accepted or they close completely for same.They closed the store to install a self-checkout and put up a sign proclaiming Nov. 8 as a start date. As we near the end of the month the self checkout is still not installed and employees grumble they have no idea when it’s coming and that they will refuse to have it open when they are there because it will be akin to running two registers at once.All of this is symptomatic of poor management practices.I just shake my head as I drive a block south to the Speedway.

Have been a loyal customer coming here for years now, can’t count the times iv chosen to wait at the long traffic light, choosing circle k over BP. That all changes today. The new hires they have added are just awful with customer service. The self checkout they just implemented in store now allows the employees to be even more unaware of customers at the counter needing lottery, smokes, etc….. iv stood at the counter waiting for someone to assist me many times now since the new system was installed. The shorter, younger guy they hired a little while back uses very unsafe practices for checking peoples I.D when buying tobacco. He holds the I.D up and askes the person to say their address out loud for confirmation that it is really your I.D…. Pretty sure most women and every other person who values some privacy do not want someone random standing behind them in line to hear their address yelled out loud. But he’s still not as bad as the old lady that works in the mornings here. She is rude, will make you wait outside while she smokes in her suv that is parked right in front of the blue rhino propane tanks that clearly says no smoking near. These two employees along with the newer lady they hired for days just ruined the experience coming here. Loyalty only goes so far. BP it is.

Tonight my dad went into this store and wanted to purchase cigarettes. The cashier was rude and stated he would not take cash. Why? We do not know because when my dad asked why not. The employees only said, "Just because". In the USA, cash is legal tender and it must be accepted! He had exact change, absolutely no reason for this or the employee's response!

Mornings only available check out is self checkout that doesn't work, done with this gas station until they have sufficient help, I dont workmate circle k I'm not receiving any discounts for checking myself out,will shop elsewhere

Great employees, and the store is clean. I WAS a regular customer at this location until the spoiler on my car was damaged due to a sensor malfunction in the car wash. A metal arm of the machine forcefully ripped the spoiler off the vehicle. I was told by staff that I could call corporate, but that they don't ever take responsibility for cars that get damaged.

Inaccurate price posting for the Labatt Blue Light 12-pack cans. There was no mail in rebate. Price said it was 9.99 but rang up as 11.99 and they would not honor the price they had listed on product.. Watch the prices here!! You maybe getting ripped off here!

Great Staff and 9/10 (Besides Costco) Always has the best Prices on gas. The Store also has a great selection for essential pit stop items like drinks, food, snacks, etc.

I only go to Circle K. There are a fewI reccomend. This is one of them. Friendly and lots of options inside, unlike most gas stations.

Not a bad place to gas up, but it would help if their pumps actually worked. I went there today and it looked like half the pumps were out of order.

Very nice staff. The store is almost always well stocked and clean. They are often very very busy though which can make for long lines.
