Liana was extremely helpful and kind during a recent late night visit! She went above and beyond to accommodate a request I had. My only concern is regarding safety of employees on thirds. She’s great, and I’m enjoying my little pizza now :)

This store is getting 5 stars because usually I have great experiences. However there’s a new girl with braids who says she’s an assistant manager. her behavior does not represent anyone who should be in management, she is extremely rude to her workers. The last time I was in I overheard her calling one of them stupid for wanting to sweep and do his job? it’s very unprofessional and disgusting behavior to see as a customer. other then that everyone else is super helpful and nice!

To start off I am generally at this Circle K between 0600-0700 three times a week. The lines are always 4-6 deep so there is no quick in and out. Polar pop is frequently in need of repair and there is no consistency with when the morning breakfast hot items are out. When the food is there, it is good though. One staff person is always extremely rude and definitely acts like she doesn’t want to be there. She is always there during the week. I don’t know her name but she has blonde hair. She has been this way for at least the last year. I almost dread dealing with her but the station is on my way to work so it’s convenient. I have asked her questions regarding my Circle K app and she says she doesn’t know anything about it. A little kindness goes a long way. I’m sorry she’s frustrated and I try to be nice but now I don’t like stopping in during this time.

They recently changed the self check out to a “Smart Checkout” self checkout that has a camera. This is all fine and well except that they always have an employee checking people out at the self checkout, even if that’s the only employee working checkout.The line is always too long and slow now due to services, tobacco, and lottery being handled by an employee using the self checkout to check people out.Terrible set up. The self checkout shouldn’t be staffed by the only person working and shouldn’t be held up by lottery and tobacco purchases.

Tonight my dad went into this Circle K. The employees would not help him or assist him with using the self-checkout. My dad cannot read due to a disability. Having this self-checkout is stupid. Also having employees that are rude, and will not even say hello is rude. My dad will never use this Circle K again (even though it is the closest to his home)

This place is disgusting. All of their garbage cans are overflowing . The ditch in front of it is totally polluted with their trash. It looks like they don't care about the area at all . It's a disgrace and they should be fined for littering.

One of the worst circle Ks I’v been too. Always out of something because people don’t know how to order. Don’t know how to use a register and ring people up properly and obviously don’t know how to do the job and then cop an attitude at YOU because they can’t do there job! They SUCK

Staff is always super friendly and the place is pretty clean, but can you please get somebody out to fix the polar pop machine that keeps breaking down, and to refill the almost completely empty beverage coolers (they have been basically empty for almost 3 weeks now)

At least once a week there's an issue with this place. Can't take cash, a sign up "store tempo rarely closed", or standing around talking to someone and ignoring the people trying to pay and leave.

I have been a customer of this location as well as the one on Woodville rd for several years now. What were once very clean and well staffed couple of stores are now smelly, filthy and poorly staffed. Today was my last stop. The staff that prepares the food have to also use the restrooms. The thought of them using those filthy restrooms and then preparing food is enough got me. Please fix problem as they are very convenient locations with good products.

If I could give it zero stars, I would, but the kid behind the counter was really nice, so it does deserve at least one. Customers allowed in here with no masks. Observed 6 people visit this store and nothing was said to them about not wearing a mask. The store is filthy anyway, inside and out, won't be back.

Very happy with this location. Anytime I’ve had an issue they have always fixed it. I know how people can be critical but seriously give someone a chance then judge. If you don’t give someone an opportunity make right then how can they even attempt to fix it?Love Tammi, Julian, Dustin the most as they’re about the only ones I see at the store and they always treat me very well and I am a picky & demanding customer. Kudos to them.Final notes:Higher prices compared to others nearby however the variety of selections, cleanliness, promos, and most importantly the service/treatment is why I don’t mind spending the extra $.

One star is one too many. This place has drastically gone downhill in the past month. Empty shelves, looks like the floor hasn't been mopped in months, employees on phones and talking to customers in the parking lot while lines build. Tonight, three employees were smoking pot right in front of the building. The manager should be ashamed and fired.Update: went there again two nights later, again, employees smoking pot in the parking lot.

Place is a joke have been a regular customer on and off the last 10 years or so more so often now it's close to home employees that have been there the last couple of months have been extremely rude and like they don't want to be there was in there today 7/31/23 went in for gas and something to drink and a bag of ice never got the gas had to make multiple transactions on two different registers which is ridiculous and while being rushed there was no line so they were not busy I spend quite a bit of money here weekly there is no need to be a d1ck I'll take my money elsewhere

Nothing too special here pretty much a basic gas station bathroom has an odor floors could be a little bit cleaner shelves were stocked with all of the gas station items you would expect people were friendly but way too much stuff stacked up by the cash register seems like they just built a wall of trinkets to buy between you and them not a lot going on

Managers are no good when its looking for security footage of a stolen item. Why do you want to support a business when even the managers there don’t care about there customers. They don’t even care about the employees. This is a perspective as a customer looking in and other reviews that reinforces this statement. Point is if anything goes wrong here you are screwed.

My job requires me to be out on the road, so needless to say I've been to many gas stations for potty breaks. And I have to say that their bathroom was probably one of the nastiest I've been in. And I was surprised considering the chain's bathrooms are usually pretty darn clean.

They have an awesome coffee machine that makes excellent fresh coffee. The staff where nice and the store was clean when we went. We didn't use the restroom so I can't verify that. But the coffee was so good.

We pulled up and the lady working looked at us then hurried and locked the door. She closed the store like 15 minutes early so we couldn’t go in then stood there doing nothing. This place is dirty all the time anyways

Getting in and out of the station is a nightmare. I have also been blocked in twice by a the fuel truck and the car who pulls in behind me. (Fuel truck wasn't there when I started and he put cones in front of my vehicle so I was unable to move.)

People complain that the floor is always dirty. If they didn't do such a good business maybe they would have time to clean the floor. But the food counters are clean. I'd prefer a clean food prep area than to worry about a dirty floor.

I needed to use the restroom so my boy friend and I stopped, I walked in to the first restroom and there was pee all over the toilet seat and the floor, pee still in the toilet, I walked into the second bathroom and it was the same way. Needless to say I will never stop for anything because of the non cleaning they don't do.
