I highly recommend Suzanne and the staff at Buderer Drug. The process is VERY thorough. They required specific testing prior to prescribing anything so they would have current information. We talked through all my health history and future concerns so that I felt very secure and confident in the plan going forward. The follow-up is real so you, as the patient, do not feel abandoned afterward. They are a true partner in my personal health care to my physician AND me.

Just met with Suzanne to go over my current hormone levels and compare them from 2018. She was friendly and very helpful when explaining suggested changes for slight changes to my prescription. Buderer staff have always been available with questions along the way. Response time is excellent. Overall, extremely happy with the services I have received as a valued customer.

While I had a good experience during my consult, I have not had a positive experience since. I understand they are building a prescription specifically for me, however it took 10 days for it to be filled. I followed up twice after starting the prescriptions, the first follow-up took 10 days to receive a response from Matt and the second took three weeks with multiple calls and even an in person visit to finally hear back. There doesn’t appear to be a strong emphasis on follow up and customer service and the prescription fill time was lengthy; my medical concerns haven’t been corrected by Matt’s treatment however he did seem knowledgeable and was helpful.

Suzanne has been a God sent! After years of not being on the right meds, she requested certain blood work and there it was! HRT has completely changed my life!!!!! Suzanne and all the staff at Buderer's are amazing and so helpful! I truly believe in compounding meds!!!!!!!!! If you are struggling with menopause issues or any hormone related issues, I cannot recommend them enough!!!!!!! I am mad at myself that I waited so long to get it looked into! I should have been there 5 years ago!

I have 1 medication that needs to be compounded, they do great work, are on time, and educate u about your medication as well, pricing is also good, I checked other compounding pharmacies and the were $ 26.00 higher than Buderer…highly recommend…

Trust your gut and read up on nature throid! Buderer drugs helped me when doctors were telling me I should have my thyroid removed. They offer seminars so if you are at a loss, like I was when doctors told me it's all in my head do yourself a favor and go get informed.

Reminds me of old apothecary/holistic healing shops you'd see in TV shows with some of the old bottles they have on display there, most medications it seems are not covered by insurance but the staff if friendly and helpful! Kinda hard to locate with GPS just know it's inside the shopping center!

The staff is friendly and seems knowledgable, but it takes FOREVER to get a script filled. I know they custom make everything, but it often takes a week for refills.
