Instead of apologizing or even acknowledging the silliness to making a customer who had already waited too long to get the deal, I was met with an attitude and the comment, "were short staffed.

This place is a mess. Dirty all around. Workers look dressed for a nap. From experience id say management just doesn't care.Ive been hating because you can't get your pathetic business together. I can take pictures next time since management response is from a 6 year old child. You deserve to be crushed.A proper response from an adult would be " thanks for giving us another try after your last visit was so bad". im sorry you had such a bad experience." And trust me The health inspector report definitely matched my reviews. Bum

I do love Barry's Bagels, but this location needs some work. Came in to pick up an online order and there was some miscommunication as it took 10-15 minutes past the ready time to get to me. The lead girl seemed irritated no one else had prepped it when she asked the rest of the staff a 2nd time.While waiting, the floors look like they are never cleaned and the lighting seems very dim. The bathroom was a complete mess and probably needed a plunger to flush the what someone left in the toilet. Yes, I realize that's from a customer as there were only females working and this was the men's room.They did apologize for the wait and I could tell one of them was new and in training, so I do understand things happen during those times. The sandwiches were as good as always, too, I just think the location could use some improvements to match the others!

Food was good, friendly staff. My problem is dogs are allowed in the restaurant and allowed to be next to the glass counter. When I passed this information onto the owner I was told to get take out or have it delivered. Won't be going back.

Great place to stop for a simple fresh bagel or a quick sandwich made on a bagel.Both are done right. Prices are what you expect for fresh baked bagels and quality meats.Parking: Getting in and out of the large shared lot is never a problem.

I went to them to order subs for Thursday, but the Perrysburg location does not do lunches ahead. The procedure I needed to go through to order 7 sandwiches was just plain crazy. After 3 phone calls we FINALLY found a shop (Barry Bagels) who would accept an order that I could pickup 3 days after my phone order. I did get some help from the business office of Barry's. What a mess to order 7 sandwiches. It was finally settled, but after 3 different employèes. Be careful if you order on-line from Barry's Bagels.

Bagels are the best! You can just get cream cheese, deli meat, cheese, and / or vegetables 😋 Everything is always fresh and delicious! Their cookies are to die for. My favorite is peanut butter. Nothing I ever ate there was bad!!!! Love this place

Just had the slowest most incompetent servers I have ever seen. I ordered a blueberry bagel with plain cream cheese and it took 15-20 min after ordering. The server forgot my order 3 times without working on anyone else’s bagel. Cut the bagel so off center that they threw the first one away. Then stopped and watched other servers make entire bagel sandwiches before putting a single smear of cream cheese. It is difficult to be considered incompetent for a minimum wage job, but at a certain point it is just unacceptable

We were very disappointed with this place. We have never been in one and more than likely never will again. The staff, for the most part, were very unfriendly and the bagel sandwiches were definitely not what we expected. Everything was microwaved. First they microwaved the meat, then put it in a plastic container with the egg and cheese and then microwaved again. I think they toasted the bagel itself, but there was no “toastiness” to them. The bathrooms were disgusting. My wife said the women’s faucet only had a trickle to it and was very dirty. Wish I could say something good about the place. :/

I purchased two bagels. Cinnamon bagel with cinnamon swirl cream cheese and an onion bagel with vegetable cream cheese. Both were awesome! I did not have it toasted and it was soft with a little chew to it. Both cream cheese were decadent! The staff there were young and they were so personable and served me well. I will go back. Hurray Perrysburg!

Love this location. Around 6 months ago I had a "1-star" experience, after being highly satisfied many times. I privately contacted the shop- they immediately responded and generously made it right with a gift card that exceeded the money I spent. We took a break from patronizing for a while but this morning I decided to give them another shot. Our sandwiches were well-made and delicious like we were used to and the dozen bagels were separated (everything) without me having to ask. Staff were friendly and genuine. Shop was clean as always. As a small business owner myself it's so disheartening to read these scathing 1-star reviews from one bad experience. Everyone makes mistakes, and Barry's in Perrysburg knows how to correct one. We are happy to support our local bagel spot and will be returning again and again.

Terrible customer service. No one greeted you when you walked in, absolutely no eye contact from any of them and the one employee stopped what she was cooking, pulled out her phone and asked siri about a song. I cannot make this up.The food was sub-par. Especially for the amount of time they had to prepare them. It took 15 minutes for our food and they had 3 employees working.So unprofessional.

How can this place still be in business? Out of bagels at 10am, out of regular cream cheese half way through a Saturday shift. Ice tea was obviously brewed the night before and sat. Bathrooms are gross. The staff acts like they could care less about their job. Maybe management should hire someone to oversee the operations of this place that is over 16 years old, especially on the weekends. This is not how a business should be ran. Perrysburg Barry bagel has gone down hill and it is very disappointing.

Had to go into the store twice to get sandwiches- my dog ate them the first time- and both times the experience was below par. They did not get my order correct, and the two young gentleman also were swearing loudly while making my food. Not only did I get bagels I didn’t ask for, I also got an earful of their personal life drama that was mostly swear words and talk of who they might fight. Sure, you get a decent egg sandwich, but the experience is truly not worth it.

It's unfortunate that I waited a yr before ordering due to our orders are 95% wrong. I just ordered for employees and 3 things completely not what ordered or missing.I normally don't leave bad reviews but it's time to buckle up and get things right.

The food is delicious but the past 6 months have unfortunately gone really downhill. I get the same exact item everytime I go and it fluctuates up and down within 2 dollars each time. It may be 9 dollars one day and next week 11 and then back down. Also ALOT ..and I mean ALOT of personal conversations going on amongst employees. Older employees and the younger ones as well. Its is like the customer is not even there. I enjoy the food but due to these issues and severe lack of service I don't return as much as I would like to.

Late lunch today only to find the meat we wanted out of stock, disappointing but in today’s supply chain issues I guess it’s to be expected, but I had to clean our table, NOT my expectations of Barry’s!We ordered our sandwich warm it came absolutely cold, sent it back still lukewarm, tired of waiting so we accepted it. Young man was very polite, but assume a new employee.Their management can learn from their Maumee operation, it’s a better experience!.
