Shipper is great and quick, but if you're going to BERRETTINI in OCALA FL , good luck getting unloaded. Receiving is super rude, appointments do not mean anything, their exact words are " we are allowed to keep the trucks here until 5:30pm from 8am appointment " That's not because driver pissed them off or anything, it's just how they do business with hay loads. They book two trucks for 8am appointment, take 5 hours to unload the first one, and 5 more for the second one, we were unfortunately the second truck. Driver arrived at 7am , didn't get out until 6pm!

I am a truck driver and I pick up hay and straw from there all the time. They run a top-notch farm excellent equipment nice pretty fields and a high quality product.
