We went through the drive thu, Jessie took our order (not sure if she spells it that way) but she is always so sweet when we come here. She interacted with my children as well. She has amazing customer service, she very patient and definitely professional. I recommend coming here! The food is extremely affordable and nice size portions!!! I hope this wonderful lady gets a raise! She definitely deserves it 💕Kid-friendliness: The workers are extremely nice to the children! They interact with my 3 kids. My kids love this place.

Oh my... I ordered the Banana Split and was shocked when it came out in the cup... it was layered all the way through with the ingredients... with slices of banana throughout... this had to be one of those most Pleasant experiences I've had in an ice cream. Next time we're in town... I'll order the same thing I'm sure. I got the medium... it was a nice size serving. Absolutely delicious!

4 stars for the place, 5 stars for the people. There's this gal there named Allison, that really brings the whole place together.The design inside and out is very adorable.They have a bathroom for customers, and a kid area for your little tots; inside and outside (a playground).I'd recommend trying this place out at least once.I got the grilled cheese with mozzarella sticks.Everything came out fresh and piping hot.Its definitely a hidden gem; because it may be a dairy bar, but they offer more than just dairy 😉

Do not ear here the food is bad. They burn it or don't cook it enough. They also say order online for free but it is not free unless you use a certain area to order. Even though they both say no service fee. I ordered food last night and got charged about $15.00 more than my order. I guess it went through door dash and I picked it up. The male owner is rude and thinks it's funny people lose there money. He will not try to help fix this issue anyway. So if you have ordered online you have been way over charged to

Last few times I’ve ate here the onion rings have been burned to the point that they are disgusting and black. Banana splits are put in a cup instead of a boat and the topping is only on the very top of cup. So it’s like 90% ice cream and 10% topping, very upsetting for the price.My mom recently ordered from here and was charged at least an extra 10 dollars because for some reason they have two separate online ordering systems. One of which is through DoorDash, even though our town is extremely small and I’m almost positive no one does DoorDash anyways, but it never asked for address or anything either. She also went and picked the food up herself and was confused when she got there and saw the prices. The workers at the place were also confused and AGREED that the food was definitely not worth that much money and had to of been a glitch.The next day this was brought to management attention they said it was her fault for not knowing the difference between the ordering system, which are both displayed on the website to be ordered through with no label that shows you will be overcharged for one system over the other. The female owner is always very nice and kind, but the man on the phone was extremely rude and disrespectful.

This is bull.... Waited 20 minutes for a Footlong, and Chocolate Shake! Then take a bite and it's cold, I mean the sauce was still cold and just came out of the refrigerator. Then as we are sitting at the window she gives us 2 strawberry shakes, and then comes back to the window and hands us someone's elses order, and I had that back also and I said, " once again that we ordered a chocolate shake and Footlong with sauce anf cheese. She tells me that it never showed up on the screen and I said my credit card says I paid for it..... Wow! Let down tonight🤬

Stopped by 6/1/22 around 3:15pm. Employee's were super nice and welcoming, the food was very fresh and was VERY reasonably priced in my opinion. We got chicken strips, fried pickles, a BBQ bacon burger, fries and 2 large drinks for $20. We were traveling and decided to jump off 32 and go onto Peebles in search of lunch rather than stop at the absurdly crowded golden arches...so glad we did. Thank you for the great food!

Really bad experience with person who placed our order. She was even rude to her fellow coworker. Ice cream was fine, even though flurries are not mixed into the bottom of the cup, but don't order any fried food. Fries were soggy, mushrooms were bad. We drove all the way home without realizing and ended up throwing them away.

Absolutely the worst customer service in Peebles. Staff is very rude. Today I called and placed a pick up order, arrived at the time it was supposed to be done. Stood inside waiting to be asked what I wanted. I literally waited 30 minutes while orders were taken for customers who came in after I did. When I finally got my pickup order my food was cold and it had none of the sauces I ordered. I'm very disappointed by the experience I had today, and have had in the past, just like it.

I absolutely love this place. Great food, prices and absolutely amazing staff. All of them, including the owners, are all so friendly and very efficient in everything they do there for their customers. Don't forget to get yourself an ice cream cone while you are there!

Great place for the whole family! I love their daily specials, and the food tastes fresh! Price is easy on the wallet. They have the best flurries I’ve ever tasted! Customer service is amazing! The energy is always positive which brings us back all the time! They even have a swing set for the kids to enjoy, and I love the option of dining in when the weather isn’t nice! They serve Pepsi products, and have a drive thru for convenience.

Not really impressed. My companion is a local and recommended this place. Burger was small but tasty. Fries left a lot to be desired for me. The young clerk was polite, professional and took our order quickly and efficiently. Likewise the young man who delivered our food to the window (strictly drive thru) was polite and efficient. I do recommend asking for extra napkins. You'll need them.

It’s a cute little dairy bar that offers some minimal indoor seating. They use Square, so you’re able to go online and place an order and pay for it, then pick it up at their drive-thru window. Super convenient! They’re fast and always friendly, but most importantly…their food is always fresh and delicious! It’s a small town dairy bar with big personality! You can’t miss the polka-dotted building if you tried lol. Pricing is as expected for a dairy bar, but they do accept both cash and credit/debit.

My first trip and last! Ordered a Cherry milkshake it was made with cherry juice she and tasted like a vanilla shake. Ordered mozzarella sticks told the girl 3 times dont forget the marinara sauce you have to have it! Yep didn't get it! Double cheeseburger was good!

We love this place ! The employees are very nice and professional and they are fast to serve every customer no matter how busy. They are very efficient.. when in town for the weekend, we always go a couple times.

Ordered 2 hamburgers with lettuce, tomato and mayo, 1 small chocolate shake. She gave the total we paid. I said did you get 2 hamburgers. She said no. I had to keep telling her what I wanted on it. She says onion. I said no onion. Went to pick up order. She says do you want a peanut butter milkshake,instead of chocolate. I said no I want a chocolate. She came back with not very good chocolate shake. She says did I give you your order. I said no. After we left. My hamburgers had onion on them. She was absolutely clueless. She should not be waiting on customers.

Just like it was when I worked there (Tolle's) in the early-mid 80's. Best it's been since then!!! First season under current owners & hope they continue, but maybe longer hours to include lunch next season? Pleasant faces, courteous service, and reasonably priced!! Surely is a welcomed change from McDonald's!! ♥️ Recommend the Real McCoy, Footlong Coney w/onions, and any of the milkshakes (Pineapple is my fave). Love! Love! Love!
