This meat market produces some of the finest meats in the world. The owner is a true professional. The filet burgers are tender and delicious. This is by far the greatest fresh meat market I’ve ever been to; absolutely very highly recommended!

This is one of my favourite locally owned businesses. They offer a variety of meats butchered and smoked on site. They also carry deli meats and cheeses and other products from Amish country including our favorite Walnut Creek and Troyer products. They carry desserts, and hand pies as well. You can choose from several flavors of milk from a local dairy. They also have a good selection of beers wines and meads, many of them from Ohio brewers. We used them for our last big party. Their meat and cheese tray and pulled pork went over very well. I would definitely recommend them.

I really like this place. Everyone in there is super nice. I feel nicer having spent time with them. I've been stocking up for summer for the past month. I really enjoy buying Ohio made products, and meats that are superior to that at the "super stores". There is a great selection of items that I otherwise would not have guessed they sold. Their eggs are HUGE. I wish them the best of luck, and of course I will be back. Thank you big freezer of mine.

Excellent service. Well kept store. Be patient. It is worth the wait. We have tried ground beef, beef ribs, chicken salad (smoked). They are all a cut above most other shops I have used. Can't wait to try the brisket, bacon, and other treats from Pataskala Meats.

I wish I was able to give 0 or negative but I can’t. I have never encountered a rude person (Mike). My dad was just asking him question about a lamb he wanted to purchase and this guy was very bothered. He kept blowing ciggs in our faces, kept us in the dirty area not opening the gates. It felt like we were begging him. Picked out one for $450 and he kept being disrespectful to my 73 year old dad. We finally left. I m in the customer service business for a large telecommunications company and if one of my employees did that, they will never ever work there again. I’m still amazed someone is employed there unless he is the owner which is even sadder

We stopped here on a whim after shopping a farmers market. We wanted some bratwurst to complete a meal we planned with our purchase. Its not very big....yet the selection was impressive. We didn't save $ by not going to the grocery store but we didn't spend extra either. The staff was super helpful and friendly. We walked away with more than bratwurst and will likely be back soon!

Stopped in Friday and bought a 2lb beef tenderloin for a beef wellington I made today (Sunday). I had to post a review as it was by far, without question, hands down, the best cut of meat I have ever eaten. No knife needed. Unbelievably fresh and delicious. I'll make the drive again, every-time.

Excellent sources of meats awesome customer service it's kinda pricey but fresh meats too. I bought beef tenderloin very delicious. And smoked bacon. As well very delicious too same day had bacon sandwiches plus at dinner time had tenderloin well done Pataskala Meats I will definitely be back for more

Had an overall great experience. The selection of beef was a little slim but it may have been because I showed up later on the Fri before Father's Day. I settled for two t-bones and a large filet. Cooked them all med-med rare on the grill and they turned out fabulous. The steaks were flavorful, juicy and very tender. I will be back again for sure. I'd much rather support local over Kroger any day, even if it's a few bucks more. Well done Pataskala Meats.

Wonderful...so much to choose from besides meat - baked goods, spices, salsas, wine . Super friendly. I have been looking for Cottage Hams (hard-to-find ) they had them. I will definitely be going back!

They are a fantastic group of people. Jenny was incredibly friendly and accommodating to my requests for an order for a Christmas dinner.Their prices are more than fair. They also put out some good looking meat that requires minimal trimming at home. I'm just sad that it took me a while to find them.

You can not buy better meat anywhere around. Fresh, local farm raised beef, pork and lamb. They also carry Walnut Creek (Amish) products. Farm raised chicken and eggs. We do not buy any of our meat from any other store, except Pataskala Meats! The customer service is exceptional! If you have not been here, you are missing out!

Great fresh cuts of beef and pork. Homemade sausages, luncheon meats and cheeses available. Wine and craft beer selection is a pleasant surprise. Very helpful and friendly staff.Can't go wrong for your fresh meats.

Was shopping on my second or third trip here soon after they opened. Ask about pork belly. They brought out a whole piece and quoted a price and gave the weight. I selected some other items and my wife paid for our purchases while I was looking around. They price she paid for the pork belly was almost $8.00 per pound. A nice inflation of the quoted price. She questioned it but they insisted that was the correct price. We left with our purchases.Got home and I, a professional chef by career, was disappointed with the product. I don't give a business a second chance to screw me. We haven't been back the the shop since.

Great local full service butcher shop with quality meats. Their prices for the quality of the meat is really good. They are able to work with you for large orders if you give them some notice. They also have a lot of nice products in stock for general grocery needs also.

Any carnivore in the area needs to frequent Pataskala Meats. The quality of steaks, chops and burgers are unmatched. If you haven't tried it then you truly don't know the difference between store bought and fresh.
