Always helpful staff when I go in. I also do instacarts from the store and the staff are always helpful in pointing me in the direction of items that I can't find or really just any information that I need while running through the store trying to get orders for people lol. Keep up the good work.

Creep working the gas pumps told me I need to leave because I had a lit cigar in my car. Power trip if I’ve ever seen it. Try to start a gas fire with a cigar and see how hard it is. Even if I was trying to start one it wouldn’t work.

Love this location. Shelves are always full and lots of options to choose from. The layout makes sense. Staff is always friendly and ready to help. Store is always clean. I dread going into other locations. This one is the best!

I usually shop a little later in the at night because it seems to be the only time i can get in there and i like the quiet time but the woman with short silverish/white hair she freaking awesome seriously! She's so helpful, understanding, and always polite even when she sees me rolling up to self check-out with a cart over full at 10:45. I'm horrible with names and wish I could remember hers, she is why I love this krogers even the guys that stock everything at night have helped me hunt things down I had younger gentlemen help us 2 days ago get our groceries to our car extremely polite. Yes there are a few employees here and there that can come off kinda rude and look like their angry at the world, I think everyone has those days and unfortunately some people have to be at work through those days I try to myself in their shoes. Now, if they seem like that all the time, then I might say it's time to think about different position. I have one tiny complaint and I hate being that person but some of my fruits and veggies are are aren't making it a whole 12 hrs i or like the strawberries I bought 2 whole container that looked okay to the eye but 1 of them once I started feeling and cutting into them they were not. It reminds me of when the fridge gets a little too cold and starts freezing stuff, and then it thaws, the fruits never survive. Other than that happening the last few times, I love going to this krogers

The self check out cashiers need a course in customer service . Laurylie I believe her name was . Couldn’t even pretend to help me figure out why the machine wasn’t letting me bypass my password. I’m sure it has something to do with the fact that I have never self checked and did not know what I was doing, but she did not even care to try to help me. There were actually two girls there today they ignored us completely when we were waving them for help. Eventually, the Lauralye decided to give me 2 seconds of her time before telling me tough luck .

This location has gone downhill significantly over the last year or so. The customer service inside the building seems to be nastier and nastier. It doesn't matter who you ask for assistance they're miserable and rude. Fuel center will literally shut off your pump without telling you if you start pumping and sit back in your car during the cold months. Horrendous customer service.

I really wish they wouldn't have made that pickup area it's a good concept yes but most of the people that wait for someone to bring their groceries out are perfectly able-bodied to get groceries themselves and it totally took away a lot of parking spaces and even an entrance for the amount of people that go in there everyday 😔

This Kroger is nice and clean. Things are easy to find. They also have a state liquor store in it.

I haven’t been here in a while. This place is a dump. I don’t know what they were thinking or when this was remodeled but there’s literally one door in. I needed one freezer item and I had to walk a half a mile from the parking lot to the freezer and back out again. Absolute awful redesign, whenever that was done.I thought Johnstown was terrible keeping the only self checkouts open where you had to walk clear back. This thing is a train wreck of a store.

Cashier at liquor store is too rude to foreigners. His manager support the cashier who is rude and try to fight with customers. This is worst place to shop around .

I usually visit this store because this is near to where I live, my wife and I were there for western-union service, but the Guy name Zech was there and he was so rude and unprofessional.if anyone have call phones number for their complaint, I need help on it. Because he open our file and rejected to do our transactions. This was happened todays around 8:30 eastern time.I feel like humiliation.

It’s surprising that my experience at this location was so unsatisfactory. I came in early to make a purchase on my way to work. I encountered 4 different employees during my visit and not a single one offered any assistance. One guy was rude to another customer who asked for help - like she was bothering him. The other 3 just basically pretended they were so busy - again as if not wanting to be bothered; however I think it may have been more important to them to instead stand around chatting, openly gossiping and complaining with no consideration that customers could overhear them.

Staff is almost always available and helpful. A lot of tenured employees that do a great job of cultivating a customer friendly culture and really good at keeping items in stock.One of the better Krogers around.

Came in to buy a cake. I saw a store associate approaching me, so I thought I’ll ask her for help. She sees me getting ready to ask for help, and before a word can get out of my mouth any person with some common sense can tell she’s not willing to help nor about customer service. Her face looked twisted and sour and her body language gave off the message of don’t bother her. I hope she reads this and remembers me. I’m the lady asking about the strawberry cake. Kroger associates, if you don’t have customers then you don’t have a job. I’ve been living in Pataskala for 13 years now. The customer service was so much better back then.

I like my local kroger, I've shopped here weekly for 7 years. The only problem I have at this kroger is the carts are horrible. Vast majority of them need fixed up or replaced entirely. I always have a full cart and there's nothing worse than a heavy full cart that's in desperate need of maintenance.

The fuel center here has stopped my wife’s gas pump twice in the past and had threaten to turn mine off. After explaining my car will not turn back on after fueling and i had an infant in my car that would need the heat. the cashier still wanted to argue with me about turning my car off. I would avoid this fuel center and go somewhere else where you won’t be inconvenienced or get into arguments with the cashier.

pharmacist doing pick-up was hella rude,,,, he rolled his eyes asking how he could help me. i had just gotten off work and was still using my goofy polite customer service voice to talk to him and he still was very rude asking me for my DOB and my name :( I understand the line gets long there but he was rude with every customer as well as moving slower than normal walking speed- working fast and being polite makes lines move a lot faster, this guy is basically asking to slug through the line and make it last a lot longer.(Small edit but he did get in a verbal disagreement with different customer a few feet away that was loud, something about a man getting a prescription for his daughter that wasnt ready?)

Has slowly gone downhill, out of stock of many items, baggers put detergent with ham salad, the latest encounter was I went to pick up my click list(after getting the your order is ready)waited for 1.5 hours for someone to come out and ask my name. They returned 30 min later saying my order was only 60% filled, they will be closing in 2 hours, can I come back tomorrow. I called in the morning to inquire, customer service said they will try to get my order filled. So done. We really need another grocery store here.

I hate that they closed the one entrance. It may be helpful to the store for their own convenience with online orders, but its a massive inconvenience for all customers. Especially those customers with handicaps who have to fight for parking spaces and walk long distances just to grocery shop. I watched a teenager cut off an elderly woman to take a front parking spot up close to the store and watched her have to struggle to walk from the back of the lot to the doors. I'm considering shopping at another store because of this. It's ridiculous and a horrible business plan.

Employees are always friendly and helpful. Of course one should always remember the golden rule. Treat others the way you want to be treated. As with many establishments since COVID, there is sometimes a lack of help working and therefore patrons need to be extra patient and show appreciation for the employees that are there and are doing their best to make our Pataskala Kroger the best that it can be! Which, by the way, I think it's pretty darn great!!

I had a couple of issues with my order today so I called to speak with someone about how they might be corrected. I eventually spoke with Shannon. He was perfect. He listened to my explanation with patience and immediately told me how he could help fix what was wrong. Great job, Shannon!

Closing the one doors for pick up only has made the store insanely hard to park anywhere remotely close to the doors(doesn't bother me) but with bad weather it could be harder for the older people or people with children. Also you can say that the town has got way to big for such a small Kroger's. I just had to run in to get one item and it took me over a half an hour from pulling into the parking lot to getting in my car to leave
