Went for specific clasp and all the bins of different sizes were empty. Similar item majority were also empty, except for very small size. It's a commonly used item and not be in stock is frustrating.

Had a excellent experience with the individuals at this location. Was interested in purchasing a particular chainsaw and a young lady at the front desk was very kind and helpful! The manager, a young lady by the name of Tara was also very helpful and even called me to help fine tune my order.... Once I left... As I had a made a mistake in my order! You can't go wrong shopping here because it's hard to find nice people at these stores anymore! They will definitely be getting more of my money in the future!

I took in a propane tank to get refilled. Not having had a previous experience, I wasn't sure where to go. It was dark, rainy and a sweet young lady had been waiting for me. She graciously accepted my apology for having her wait in the rain. She continues in a helpful gracious manner through the whole process. I appreciate her. I also have always had a pleasant customer service experience while in the store.

Bought a mini bike here and when I brought it home and tried to start it it wouldn't pull.The manager was trying to blame me for not having oil in it.I am a certified mechanic and I know how engines work. My suggestion is for the store to hire someone who knows about engines,since the current manager Jeremy dose not.

Service from our cashier was great. She was knowledgeable and friendly. Wonderful experience with her. Another employee ( short thin girl )was standing at the front of the store gossiping with a customer she knew and wouldn't even answer the phone so our cashier could just focus on our sale. Very unprofessional. I believe they were talking about someone dying.

First time here.Needed some grass fertilizer and gas grill propane fill-up. Very friendly and helpful staff. Told them I was a first timer and they showed where everything was. I will be back for yard stuff I used to go to Home Depot for. Less walking around and faster checkout. And I think better selection.

Bought a 5x8 car trailer in black Friday sale, staff were extremely helpful in helping me change the ball hitch. I had seen a used trailer from tractor supply which cost as much as a new one. Fantastic bargain and very happy

Absolute worst service EVER! Placed a $500Order for curbside order waited 45 mins while they were talking and walking around casually!!! Finally got all 30!t posts myself loaded them and the water. Trough and drove off. Absolutely ridiculous! Asked numerous times for help

If in Oregon Ohio don't use Mike to buy a trailer... Guy was big on getting the deal done and left us promptly after with two tires to put on ourselves and part of the packing blocks still in the leaf Springs.Trailer was great though.

Had stopped in for some hardware. We had no staff assistance to find the products we needed. Then at the checkout the cashier ignored us till she was done with her stock as she looked at us several times. When she finally checked us out the only thing she said was "Here you go" as she handed us our receipt. Thank you Ashley. If your going to be rude, you shouldn't advertise your name.

Always a lovely place to get what your pet needs! Staff are friendly, knowledgable and always willing to help you with anything. They have a wide variety of things to help with anything outside related or pet related. I reccomend this place to anyone who has pets, works on garden, farms, and more to this place!

Not sure what happened!! Manager and associate was clueless about some solar lights I wanted in one color... I was told I had to order 36 lights to get six lights the same color in a pack.. crazy.. look on my phone and I fell in the Sylvania store head what I needed...

This is the only place I go to get my propane tank filled every time I go there the staff is friendly and courteous I also go there for a variety of tools welding supplies and other miscellaneous items they always have what I need at a good price and the staff is always friendly and courteous and willing to help you
