I've taken my dogs to a few different groomers and this was by far the best place I have had them groomed! She cuts them better than anyone else, they look adorable. I will definitely recommend them and I won't take my babies anywhere else. And as for her not returning calls, I didn't have the same experience. She returned my call right away and I was able to get them in within a few days. (Just an FYI though, she doesn't take debit cards just check or cash.)

I’ve been taking my little guy there for years! I was referred by another customer who had been doing the same. The service is exceptional, so much so that the owner immediately recognized my little guy to be a “nervous nelly” around other dogs and she offered to schedule me during their quieter hours. She is gentle, kind and takes extra measures to help keep him comfortable! I’ve moved since we started but gladly make the drive back to her; no one else has shown the tenderness and care like she does! And he always looks like a million bucks! They’re in high demand but worth the wait to get your fur-baby in!!

Have taken our dog there his whole life (4 years) and will only take him there. Amie is awesome and he looks great every time. Priced right and treats the dogs like family. We highly recommend.

The people there are great.. nice and all that. However it took much longer than anticipated..and our boy was given the wrong tags and leash ( didn't notice till we got home) his cut was choppy and uneven..and he wasn't bathed as well as we could have done ourselves.

This lady is a joke. Took my dog in there and she said she couldn’t groom my dog bc her hair was too long and she didn’t feel confident. Like what the hell? You’re a groomer and you don’t feel confident grooming my dog? I will never go back there again.

Purchased a golden-doodle from them only to get home and find out she had the deadly disease PARVO. Three people after me with the same problem. My puppy was older so she lived, but theirs did not. Buyer beware

I have called and left name and number 6 times within the last year...and although promised a call back asap...they have NEVER called me back...i feel that if you are obviously too busy to call people back..and have too many clients you should state that on your answering machine....just very unprofessional. ..to call 6 times..and never get one call back???? I would say to not waste your time calling nose to tail,they obviously dont care to call you back
