Disgusted with how expensive this ‘thrift store’ has gotten. I used to be able to come in and find at least a few decent things to decorate my apartment with. Now they want 5.00 for a broken napkin holder, 7.00 for a small planter, 4.00-10.00 for plain glass (half of the glass has chips). The rest is junk. Don’t waste your time coming here. Not worth calling this place a thrift store with how expensive they’ve gotten.

I found this picture at the back of the store and was told by the store manager who was extremely unhelpful and unfriendly that it couldn't be purchased in the store but it had to purchased online at an auction. She wouldn't even explain clearly how I could find the auction online. I left disappointed but retuned an hour later to purchase something I forgot to get and another customer was purchasing the picture that she said I couldn't purchase in the store. As shown in the photograph it had been priced and put on the floor for sale as soon as I left. Sometimes people use the little bit of power they have to try to make others as miserable as themselves. I pray that manager has better days ahead, and is able to find some enjoyment in her work. Hopefully it will help her realize that true happiness comes from being a kind person. One day she may even be able to provide good customer service. The rest of the staff there was wonderful!

Clean, we'll organized and neat. Staff friendly and very helpful. Stock always changing. You never know what your going to find. A lot of odd and rare items you may never see again. Love to stop and browse. Prices reasonable.

There were amazing clothing options, and amazing items. Customer service was really good. Things seemed well put together. I have no clue why the rating is so low. There were plenty of changing rooms and there were bathrooms as well. So many amazing options. We will definitely come again.

Avoid this company.Bought a Vince Guraldi Trio cd from them on Amazon and was ripped off because they sent the cd that wasn’t described. Returning for a refund.

This is one of the cleanest and most organized of any goodwill I've ever been in. Not only that it might be one of the cleanest of any thrift/secondhand store. My first time there in a new city. Oh I'll be back to this one for sure. Thanks for the great customer service as well.

It wasn't the worst Goodwill I've been in but it was definitely on the low end of the spectrum. Thus far, the Goodwills in TX, AZ and CA seem to be far superior than any of the other 24 states I've either lived in or visited. This particular location has mostly clothes and they definitely leave a lot to be desired. The location is dark and not very inviting. Also, what is with the bins toward the rear of the store with a bunch of stuff in it? Is it on sale? When you have to ask what every single item costs it becomes counterproductive. I won't be visiting this location again.

Disorganized. Pretty plain looking. Dressing room was a disaster and it smelled like extreme body oder. Had to be about 75 in there which makes it a nightmare to try on clothes. Wouldn't go back. Cashier was friendly! He gets 5 stars. Lol

There was so many much to choose from here and we ended up buying so many clothes and random knick knacks because we found so many great things. The employees were very nice and talkative while checking us out and mentioned that they just came under new management and are in the process of making the store more organized. I thought things were well organized and the knick knacks were even put into categories with eachother, which not everyone does. Overall, I had a great experience and this trip really made my day!

Disappointed. The toys and housewares sections were cluttered and disorganized. The clothes were abundant but not well organized into sizes. The bathrooms were clean, they had a nice variety of furniture. The sales staff were very helpful and friendly.

There is a great variety of items that you can pick through. They need to pay more attention to what they put in the sales floor. Toys were missing pieces. One toy was so badly broken a child could have gotten a bad cut. I told am employee, who did nothing. I then had another employee look at the toy and she removed it from the floor.

The amount of garbage I had to walk through to get in & out of the store was gross. And why do they have 2 doors if they are going to lock 1. The inside of the store was clean.

Name brand to no brand, new with tags to old as a rag, all sizes shapes & colors. If you can devote some time to the search you can find amazing items! All types of clothing, some furniture, housewares, sports equipment, & electronics. Also, purses, belts, & shoes. Honor golden buckeye and military ID's for discounts.

Traveling in Ohio when the temperature is always changing, started out in the low 70's, now in the low 50's. (I'm the girl that didn't pack a jacket 😢)So, i Googled and found this Goodwill shop to find a jacket.🏆 Winner chicken dinner. I'm warm again with this old but new again jacket.

I started out working here part-time (basically was baling clothes that needed to be taken off the store floor, putting items onto shelves, and a few other things) to fulltime (as one of the donation processors and I specifically sort the clothes, linens, and other soft items such as stuffed animals as of right now, but have sorted through houseware stuff such as dishes, electronics which I always test before pricing and sending it onto the sales floor, CDs, and etc...). Anyways working here can be a pain in the butt (just like any other workplace in general) and our store is currently going under a lot of reorganization (basically all the broken stuff is currently getting removed along with having spring/summer clothing towards the front and the fall/winter clothing such as long sleeve shirts towards the back; setting up new sections/moving current ones somewhere else in the store such as having the books in front part of the store instead of the back part; no longer saling certain types of clothing such as bras out of packaging, underwear out of packaging, and socks that are out of any kind of packaging/do not have any store tag such as a price tag/brand tag indicating that it is still new and never been worn.....me and my coworkers look closely for those type of tags). Also when it comes to dropping off any donate(s) please always ring the buzzer/bell and wait for someone to come out and assist you (just dropping off the donations without letting employees know is 100% illegal and we are currently understaffed so if you the donater is in a hurry please call the store number before getting to the donation site.... us current employees do are best answering the door asap and may not always answer right away due to our own workloads). When it comes to donating large furniture such as tables, couches, recliners, desks, cabinets, bookshelves, and etc call the store number before arriving to the donation site (most of us current employees are women that have a very hard time lifting/carrying heavy donations and only have a few strong men that are only there during certain hours and work shifts mostly opposite of each other). Also if there are questions please call the store number and/or corporate.Edit: we're back to saling onesies and kids clothes below 6months now and just recently hired some more people to help with processing and bringing in donations. Plus our current manager has improved the store (will be continuously improving it regardless) as a whole along with improving the conditions of the warehouse area where us donation processors work (we're actually surprised because we were not expecting it due to what we have been use to, but the new manager has helped us and even allowed us to help with ideas for changes and it's to where all of us including management has made our effective changes which are to where they're working and us donation processors do not feel nearly as grumpy but more satisfied in a way instead).

Clean store. Has tons of women's clothing but not that much of men's it seems. Restrooms are closed due to covid-19. Has some ok stuff. Not much in the way of furniture though.

Alot of clothes. Sizes need to be on the end of each clothing rack, otherwise your going thru a bunch of clothing.
