Found this place just calling for nearby groomers and boy did I luck out! They always treat my Maci like the princess she is! I highly recommend them. They are very good with big dogs too. 3 year old German shepherd.

Awesome Paws always does an amazing job on both our dogs!!! We have 2 rescues and one of them has some issues and they have taken their time getting to know him and made sure he is comfortable there! I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my boys!!! Highly recommend!!!!

Amazing work and customer service! Our dog is terrified of water and we were concerned on how she would react. The staff has lots of experience and assured us that she would be fine. This is the cleanest my dog has ever been in her life. Will be making this a regular trip! Highly recommend

Took my mini goodlen there and found cuts on my dog, when I approached them with they issue they came up with every excuse to say they didn't do it, then I found another cut under his arm and reached back out but again the manager was very arguemenative so I just let it go,I just know I will not take my little guy there again.

I cannot say enough good things about this place. They really make your pets feel like family. Patty at the front desk is the kindest soul and Emily always makes sure that my Maltese fur babies look their best. The entire staff put their heart into it and it shows.

My fur baby Roxie and I love Awesome Paws North Olmsted! We live about 25 mins away, with multiple other groomers closer to home, but we drive here because the service is wonderful. Roxie always leaves freshly washed, groomed, nails trimmed and we always buy a new bandana when we come! The groomers and front staff are wonderful and always make sure my girl is looking great! The absolute best! They take amazing care of my two very needy goldens and I am just so grateful for that. The biggest bonus is I love how they remember my dogs names and my name, this small gesture really meant a ton after trying a number of different places for years. They are also the ONLY place who has been able to cut my one dogs nails with zero issues. They really must’ve worked a miracle because he hates it. Thanks awesome paws!

I have had bad experience with other groomers in the past, and trying to find a groomer for a 70 lb special needs German shepherd rescue dog was a challenge. My vet recommended Awesome Paws and I am very impressed with their work. Reina looks great and seemed to enjoy her spa day, so Sam handled her well and did an excellent job with her. We'll be back!

I have been having my pets groomed for over 35 years someplace else. Due to Covid, getting a grooming appointment anywhere was a lengthy wait this past year. I put my name on a cancellation list with my groomer and also with Awesome Paws. Awesome Paws had a cancellation and I was able to get in. I feel so fortunate to have found Awesome Paws right in my own community. To my surprise it was not only closer, it was better. The service, the treatment of my pet, the quality of the grooming, I couldn't be happier. For me to consider changing groomers after 35 years was a HUGE leap. Perhaps it was fate that Awesome Paws had the cancellation. I can't say enough about the quality of the grooming. My girlfriend now takes her 2 dogs there and she has never been happier with their cuts. A shout out to Emily, you rock! Thank you so much Emily and Awesome Paws! Try them, I challenge you to find anyone better.

Horrible service. We had an appointment for today, and we had earlier in Jan which we canceled due to an accident 24 hrs prior as per their rule. When we go there today she says we have a no show fee of 30 dollars from June 22 . Really? Why was this not told to us when we booked the appointment in Jan 23 n today feb 23. We kindly asked her as we could have gone elsewhere. She was so rude not ready to listen to anything and asked us to leave. RIP AWESOME PAWS. Yr business will be doomed with yr attitude

We took our cat, Harrison, to Awesome Paws for grooming and requested a "lion cut" for him. We had searched for a groomer who accepted cats and were thrilled to find A.P. We were extremely pleased with the groomer's work. Harrison had had other lion cuts, but this was the best I had ever seen our boy. Beautiful work and care had gone in to his grooming, it was obvious. We were so pleased and tell all our cat and dog loving friends about Awesome Paws. They are the best!

This place does not take your pets safety seriously. I will always regret taking my dog there. They are also very unkind and way over priced. They will also fully charge you even if they don’t finish the grooming appointment.

When I called for an appointment to get our kitty groomed I spoke to Patty. What a pleasant, friendly and upbeat lady. Made an appointment with Amanda . When picking up our Gigi I met Amanda. She did a beautiful lion cut on our girl. Amanda is a sweet lady who has a passion for animals/cats. Everyone was great!! Highly recommend Awesome Paws.

After 3 1/2 years, our groomer moved out of state. We frantically looked for a new grooming facility we could trust, and that our teacup Yorkies would enjoy. We had the good fortune of getting a prompt appointment, and this is VERY helpful, having each dog groomer at the same time by different groomers. Not only did this save us several hours and save our dogs the additional separation anxiety, but allowed each dog to begin a relationship with their own groomer. Amanda and Emily were very caring and did a great job on this initial visit! Our Finbar and Ruairi were well relaxed and happy at pick up. They both looked great! We appreciate the way Tom manages as well, which allows the groomers to focus on their pets, not to be torn away to the phone or counter. Well done! See you again soon.

This was the first time my husky Blaze and I came into the salon, we followed our dear friend Nicole here. Let me first say she is amazing and we love her very much but also this place is wonderful!
