Great little shop inside the gas station. I got a plain double smash burger and it was better than a lot of restaurants I've been to. If it weren't a 35 minute drive, I'd be there daily!In the past, I had a slight issue with an order but they were quick to make things right. It's a great family owned place you need to try!

Atmosphere? It’s a gas station but with a very nice convenient store and a FANTASTIC kitchen!Wanted a Smash Burger but they were out. 😢 But… I had a Reuben and it was delicious! Corned beef, sauerkraut, cheese, sauce and grilled to perfection!We also ordered an Italian Sub - also delicious! Fries were crispy and fresh. Everyone agreed the onion rings were out of this world!Truly a hidden gem in Novelty!

My wife and I stopped here for lunch and a fill up. I got the fried chicken sandwich with sweet potato fries and she got the southwest wrap (which I took a few bites of), and the food is really good. It's cheap, but the quality is not. I always love eating on a patio in the summer too. We're not in the area often, but when we are again, we want to try the smash burger and chicken/waffle combo. The chef wanted us to taste test 2 sauces he's considering putting on the smash burger, and both were really good, but I used it for dipping the fries in. Very friendly service. It's genuine. Oh, and they also have a ton of local/independent goodies you can buy near the register. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a quick bite but something really good. Nothing can beat quality and care. They put Circle K to shame.

Such a tiny oasis! It's a really quaint little spot, that even has seating. I've never been to a gas station with seating, let alone a grill and kitchen. Cool backstory too, just two people living the American dream.Kid-friendliness: Slushy machine for kids to make their own jam! Pretty good too.Wheelchair accessibility: All flat, no stairs.

I gave them 5 stars for the class of eatery they are. Quick fresh home made style food. They are not a 5 star restaurant.Got the reuben sandwich and french fries. The sandwich was on the small side but every bit worth $8. I wasn't looking for one of those 6" thick 2 day sandwiches for $25. The fries where the best fries I have had in a longtime.My date got the double smash burger and fries. She said the burger was good but the bun was to soggy. And it would have been better if the bun was toasted. I tried it and thought it was very good. It's basically a to go shop with no indoor seating, but has a nice little patio in the back.I will definitely be going back.

We have tried several items on the menu and everything has been so good! My kids love their chicken tenders (and these kids are PICKY!), and my husband and I love the smash burger. The fries are a household fave. Their breakfast sandwiches are also delicious. It’s really not fair to call it “gas station food” because it’s so much more than that!

Woah!!! Everything was amazing!!! Best hot dog we have ever had hands down! The bun is buttery and grilled! It's amazing! Everything was impressive!Update: We come here as much as we can now! Everything is SO good!! You gotta try it. Anything, it'll be amazing!Fries are super crispy, burgers are crazy good, best kind of nacho cheese sauce, delicious pizza, real ingredients, it's crazy impressive. I had to update.
