An excellent self-serve dog wash. Good products, towels provided, even aprons to help keep you dry while you get your dog nice and clean. Nice, helpful owners -- I have mobility issues and they even got a chair for me to use. I love the machines -- smart and easy to use, and there's three stalls so hardly ever a line, I bet. Reasonable price and a very comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. Long hours, too, which makes it easy to use. I love the fencing around each self-serve tub, which ensures that your dog stays where you want them to be but gives them a chance to move about and shake a bit once you've pulled them out of the tub. All around smart design and good experience. Wish there was one a bit closer to me, but this place is worth the trip.🐕

Best find at 8:00pm on Easter Sunday! Our pups got all muddy after playing at the dog park and they came out very happy and clean after the self-wash station experience. Although it was half an hour away, it was the closest and it was worth the drive. We are traveling and stopped in Akron to visit family, so it is definitely marked as Favorites on my Maps!Quick note/suggestion: add additional money into the machine BEFORE the end of the cycle to earn more time. Don't wait until you're done with your 10 minutes.

The BEST dog wash I've visited by far! The setup is perfect for any type of dog! It felt like a spa for dogs! 🐾 The owner was also super nice and helpful! Thanks for a great experience!

This place is great! It is the second time I have been here and I drove all the way from Rocky River to specifically come here. It is set up like a car wash only for dogs. With a nice neat, clean area complete with a sprayer for water, soap, conditioner, flea spray and rinse. Then a blow dryer hose and towels. And of course an apron for the dog owner. I might like it better than my dogs, but they sure were nice and clean and shiny when done!

The $10 is absolutely worth it. So convenient, everything you need is within reach. Especially good for bigger dogs. 10 minutes was enough time to wash my 50 lb poodle mix.

It's easy to use, comfortable for my large dog and the owners are great people. We used it for the first time a couple of weeks ago and everything was laid out for us and such a good experience. If you haven't been and you enjoy bonding with your dog (and saving money), give it a try!

Just took my dog for the first time. Super cute, clean facility. I was worried that 10 mins wouldn't be enough time but it was actually more than enough time. Towels, an apron and shampoo, conditioner, dryer are provided and a short leash to keep your dog in the tub. Only thing I didn't like was no ramp or steps to get your dog in the tub. Even though it was not high, with a heavy dog who doesn't like baths it was not easy to get her in there, I wasn't expecting to have to lift her in. Other than that, I must say I don't think she has EVER been so clean. The suds spraying out of that hose worked much better than me shampooing her by hand.

This is a wonderful, convenient place to wash your dogs. It is a self service facility with three washing stations. Follow the rules and be courteous to your fellow washers and the owners and you will have a great experience. Very clean, very cozy and reasonably priced. They can get very busy, so you may have to wait a bit.

Taako and Charlie love visiting for their baths. The products smell amazing and I love that there is sturdy fencing in between stalls and that it’s standalone from the store. My dog is fearful-reactive to strangers so it’s so helpful to have a secure place for him to get his bath. The dual entrance/exit on different sides of the building help us always have an escape plan should we need it.

Drove here from Medina to try someplace different to wash my pooch. I liked it. Pleasant music on the radio, clean area to wash my pooch and if I would have had to wait there is a nice little sitting area both inside and out! Try and find that at a chain pet store. Ten minuutes was plenty of time to wash and dry my 60 pound Akita-Chow. She smells nice and I leave as a happy customer having only paid $10 for a wonderful experience that didn't leave me feeling like I was just in the Gym showers!

I absolutely love everything about this placeFrom the loyalty rewards (vertical casual they keep track for you with a phone nber only), To the customer service and sufficient knowledge about all the brands in their store to the kindness they show your pets in store. The dog wash is easy and amazing. 10 minutes and your dog is washed and smelling great. I will go out of my way to come here even if I wasn't close by

My dog had the time of her life covering herself in her new favorite eau de toilette pawfume while visiting the family farm. We needed an emergency bath, and quick! Really threw a bone in our plans. Luckily, we discovered the Natural Pet Self Serve Dog Wash with a quick Google search, and it was only two miles away! The car ride over was freezing, but having the windows closed was not an option otherwise we'd have to shampoo the truck, too.We walked our malodorous mutt into the private stall and loaded her into the tub. We exchanged our winter coats for the cute aprons and went to work. She accepted her fate as the soap washed away the putrid stench, and replaced it with the faint smell of apples. The conditioner made her fur softer than a chinchilla. She dried quickly between the blow dryer and the towels that were provided. All in all, it took about 15 minutes out of our day. The hoomans stayed dry, and we could trust that the remainder of our day would be much more pleasant smelling.It was our first time using a self service dog wash, and we could not be more impressed! The space was very clean, warm and welcoming. It felt like a spa for my dog. She's probably never been more clean. We'll definitely be using this service again. Thank you Natural Pet!

I have a 9 year old German Shepherd and I’ve taken her to many self service dog washes over the years. This one is BY FAR the BEST! Beautifully designed, organized, and clean. I had the chance to meet the owner and he was very nice and helpful as it was my first time at this wash. Highly recommend!!

This place is amazing. It is very clean and efficient. For the price they supply everything. Just walk in and give your pup a bath. I brought 3 dogs for a bath and was pleasantly surprised how quickly the process went. The machines are timed and you get 10 minutes for $10. You can buy more time but will most likely not need it. This is plenty of time to a very large dog with a longer coat. You get shampoo, conditioner and a flea rinse with all natural products. My post still smell amazing a week after their bath. Highly recommend!!!

I have tried three other dog self serve dog wash businesses in the area. This place by far blows them all away!! So easy, so nice inside, the heated blower doesn't bother my 14 yr old lab. The best one I've ever been too and the only one I'll go to from now on. I was shocked to see they are open everyday of the year.

I absolutely love how the baths have their own area so if you have more then one pup you can let the other kinda roam in the room and not be tied up to the bath waiting its turn. This place is so clean and easy to use. Both my boys came out the other end so soft and clean and happy. I will never again use any other groomers from here on out this will 'fur'ever be my go to place.

I love the concept and convenience. Expect to pay the additional time fee for larger dogs or longer hair. 10 minutes is not enough. Each additional time costs $4 for 6 minutes
