I went in to inquire about bringing in my pup... the oder was overwhelming... I understand it's a dog place, but there is no need for such a stinkPoor ventilation and lack of cleaningThe lady was on a personal call and on speaker so I could hear her conversation. I waited a bit so I could give them a chance and look around. After a bit, she was still on the phone. I decided it definitely wasn't the place for my baby.

I myself was never in there but I found this groomer for my mom and dad. They absolutely loved taking their little Spanky in here to get his hair groomed. They were both very surprised at how friendly the owner was. Thank you very much for taking care of my mom and dad.

Our baby had a great experience there today as a first time grooming there. She was hesitant about being left but when picked up she was a very happy girl. She was all smiles. The last place she was groomed she was very unhappy and didn't want to go in. She is a very good baby and did so well being groomed always so not sure what happened to her there but Bow Wow Boutique is her new spa day place. Thank you Shauna.

Got me in, and out without an appt. to get dogs nails trimmed. Even with my dog flopping around like a fish they trimmed her nails without cutting a single one short. Have not tried other services, but they were very friendly. Would go back.

Scheduled an appointment for the next week at 11am, when they opened at 8am I called them 5x to confirm the appointment, nobody answered and when I took him in at 10:45, they declined because "all appointments must arrive at 9am" maybe you should tell people that when you schedule appointments, or answer your phone when people call you, since you're just sitting playing on your phone when I walked in anyway
