Normally we have great service from this location however this time we called in for delivery and instead of being asked for our phone number as usual, we were asked our address. We have never had any issue having this location deliver to us, however this time we were told our location could not be delivered to. The person who answered the phone questioned the manager as well and the manager said delivery could not be done. We're not sure of the issue, but we would rather meet Creno's East at a closer location, than have to drive into New Concord. Food at this location is always great, however we are very displeased with this encounter.

Excellent pizza and other foods. The owners in Zanesville sold a franchise to a friend of ours who lived in Cambridge. Then did a surprise inspection and chewed the girl behind the counter out so aggressively that when my friend got back she was crying and ran away. My friend told them they could their pizza shop and get bent! And that if he ever caught any person berating an employee of his they will regret that day. Two days later he met the corporate people in an office. My friend said he'd stay and continue his contract IF and only IF... The manager apologized to Connie. She wouldn't. My friend signed the default waiver and walked away from the building. Case closed.

I've had very few good experiences with this Creno's location. The area locations have gone down hill in value, quality, and service the past few years. Tonight I ordered an XL deluxe ($21.49) well done. Not done, pepperoni still raw. There was no crust in a few places as well, and what was there was so slippery and raw the sauce stuck to the cheese. I've come to the conclusion they use the same amount of dough for a small as the XL. How many every day people have to work more than one hour for that pizza? Highly disappointed that we didn't eat very much for dinner, and what was consumed was not good. It's irritating to waste the money for food and gas, the time to pick it up, and still be hungry.

We love crenos and ordered in Cambridge regularly when we lived there. When moving to new concord we were excited to have it again. Everything tastes great whenever we order from there but I once forgot to add a tip over the phone when ordering a delivery and thought we could add it when they arrived but we couldn't ...ever since then they deny delivering to my house. they even ask carry out Or delivery and when I ask for delivery they check my name then say they can't. Most recently I came to pick it up since they told me they couldn't deliver . I thought they were really busy bc on the phone they were rushing me but when I arrived I saw 3 workers standing around talking and sharing something on their phones laughing . When someone finally came to bring my 4 pizzas to me I never received an offer to help. I had one child in my arms and another trying to hold my hand. Another customer volunteered to help open doors for me. It's not easy carrying 4 pizzas with two babies .. that's why I always attempt delivery .

3.5 stars Decent food for delivery.The food here was not bad. The cheese steak sub was good, but a bit dry. The meatball sub was decent. I would have liked more sauce. The garden salad was fine and exactly as described in the menu. It was big enough for three of us to share as a side. The small deluxe pizza was bigger than I expected. There were plenty of toppings. I would have liked a little more sauce. Menu items were a bit more pricey than expected, but there was an online coupon that brought the price down a few dollars.

Ordered by phone was told 20 minutes. Got there in 18 and waited almost another 30 minutes for two subs. I approached an employee to ask where the food was because it had been almost an hour at this point (48 min) he went back and my subs were just sitting on top of oven and he proceeded to talk poorly about me to his coworker. This place is full of immature kids that wouldn’t know customer service if it slapped them in the face. The quality of food is always great, but the service is TRASH.

Best pizza in the area by far. They've only improved over the years we've been here. They have high quality toppings. The cheese is perfectly melted, the crust isn't too chewy or too crunchy. And it only takes about 30mins max for pickup! Only get delivery if you're close to the restaurant though, as the delivery is slow from our experience.

Called in and made an order. The staff was able to answer my questions and make recommendations towards what I needed. The food was ready in a timely manner and the staff was friendly when I was in the location. The food was delicious. The wings and pizza were made fresh and had great flavor! Thank you.

My son was craving crenos (nothing different from the daily lol) and we happened to be in new Concord so we stopped in and the manager was absolutely amazing. You wanna talk about the perfect employee and worker of the year it was definitely him. He was so sweet and just the absolute best. Even though we live in Cambridge I think we'll order from here :)

My personal opinion of Creno's pizza for years has been ok pizza, wings, Stromboli etc. That is a little pricey. From time to time I will get food from here to see if I've noticed an improvement in quality/price. That has yet to happen. I ordered items for my family twice over the past week to verify. Pizza, calzones, wings. Both times the pizza crust, calzone crust were very doughy and undercooked. The wings were not crispy at all slightly brown,texture was more like microwave and not baked leading me to believe that they need baked longer. From what I've noticed quality has decreased and the price compared to other pizza places has stayed a little high.

The cheesy bread was so greasy I couldnt even eat it. I dont think it was all the way done. When my order was done the kid who waited on me was suppose to wave to me. After 1/2hr I finally went inside. My order was just sitting there. I had heard good things about Crenos too.

Evertime we order something usually gets messed up but not to bad otherwise on delivery. Well we went to order last night and supposedly got the owner's son that took our order. The hole time trying to order he cried about us living to far away (7 min). Said he was not going to deliver, then said he was going to charge extra for delivering so far. I really had to sit on the phone with this cry baby and listen to him fight with himself and literally cry about it. If this really is the owner's the son I wouldn't think you would let him embarrass and run loyal customers away but o well.

It was edible.. Only reason for 2 stars. I used to order from crenos zanesville location many years ago and loved it until they started raising prices tremendously. I have not ordered much from crenos till tonight when we ordered it from the new concord location for the osu game . When i got there to pick up the 3 pizzas i had ordered 30 minutes prior, the place was a wreck. Tables that hadnt been cleared. People waiting impatiently for food. Employees showing disgust at every customer that walked through the door. I was told to have a seat as it would be awile still. I even witnessed an employee telling customers who i can only assume were his friends to go to wallys pizza across the street because they couldnt keep up and it would be at least 40 minutes to get their food. After i finally received my pizzas and left we opened the boxes to find that the pizzas were not completely cooked and they did not slice them completely. We had to slice them again. The peperoni pizza we got was honestly the only good tasting one. We got the blt that had VERY little toppings whatsoever and was basically two peices of crust. And we got the taco pizza that was so bland that one bite was all anyone even wanted to try, all you could taste was corn...and i paid almost 60$ for these 3 pizzas. Im sorry to say that i will definitely not be back again. A combination of high prices bland food and sub par service has made this pizza lover convinced id rather get a 5$ little ceasers pizza anyday over them.

Worked here for about 9 months. Very clean place, loved the people and the food. Good to customers as long as you're good to them. Pizza is pretty good quality as well as the ingredients though so it will be a little more expensive than others. I usually save it as a treat

I just sat there for 45 minutes waiting for a small pepperoni pizza. We had people dine in get 3x as much food get served and finish eating before we went up to the counter to ask where our food is. Then the person who took our order and money asked what we'd ordered and if we paid. There were literally 5 people in thetback andaan empty restaurant. Needle to say, I'm not going back.*Normally I don't complain this much, but this took it a step too far.

My family gets a lot of pizza from these guys. Thin pizza with good toppings always hot and addicting. Prices are descent. Easy to get to from main street. We always call ahead on way in to town so we won't have to wait.

Waited 30 minutes for a sub sandwich, and it didn't even seem busy. Chapman's coffee shop is faster, better, nicer. Don't think I'll go back to Creno's Pizza again.
