Employees we were helpful. Store was a mess. Boxes all thru the aisles and not just a few aisles long full of pallets and boxes. Not sure what was going on. But we got what we needed. This was for a family that they are Evangelist, and income is by donation and God's provision Only. So they were being blessed. We were the hands and feet of Jesus. They have no clue they are being blessed. So much fun. And Walmart has so much stuff to choose from. So thank you.

LarderRoom... This WalMart is a little further for me to drive, but they had the item I was looking for available for pickup. The online ordering process was easy, but when they pulled my order part of it was backorder? I wasn't sure how this could happen since the order was placed online and pulled. Overall decent experience. The employee was kind and fast when bringing my items to the car. I went inside to take a few pics and grab some steaks. Beef prices are out of control! Happy Holidays!

No registers open. Well take that back, one was opened but she was closes and instead of having someone to take over for her, the sales clerk told us very rudely that she was not taking the last 2 customers in line and that we would have to go to the you scan lines. When we said that we didn't want to go there but wanted to be checked out by a human she rudely told us that we would have to wait 10 minutes for the other person to come back from their break. Poor staffing on the manager's part. I ended doing the you scan because I wasn't going to stand there and wait and then got told by the guy leaving he needed to see my receipt, told him no that if they couldn't trust me to check myself out they should have a register open and have someone staffing it. Will ne thinking LONG and hard before frequenting Walmart again.

I have been a loyal customer of Walmart for years, and I continue to be impressed with their service and offerings. Although crowded (Saturday before Christmas), no troubles finding a parking spot nor shopping cart. All the aisles I went through were busy, but well stocked. All employees I encountered were pleasant and helpful. Although I waited a few moments in the self checkout line, it moved quickly and I had no issues. I would recommend this store.

It's Wal Mart. The door greeter was awesome. Check out the clerk was awesome and was helpful. PRICING WAS GOOD AND AVAILABLE PRODUCTS WAS EASY TO FIND

The tire center is laughable. These folks don't know a darn thing about tires, installing tires, removing tires. Which is laughable considering these folks are employed at a TIRE CENTER!! WOW! Dropped off the truck, the system was down. 12 hours later, I was told via phone that they couldn't put tires on. So, I proceeded to take my vehicle elsewhere. Then, somehow, after conversation, they can, in fact, put my tires on. Against my better judgment, I allowed them to handle it. At payment, I was overcharged. That was fixed, but when I proceeded to add hazard insurance, they had the entire service listed under an unknown name. So, of I wasn't careful, my hazard insurance would have been under someone who is not myself. Unbelievably difficult, for no apparent reason.

Want to like this place as I live five minutes away…. But so understaffed, 2 stars are for the wonderful friendly people working despite the conditions… 2 “human” registers opened Saturday night at 600??? This is average, most I’ve seen ever is maybe 3 open out of 20+, take some out considering you are not staffing... 10 people in line for the self checkout cluster and 15 people actually grocery shopping with 20+ (I have 4 kids, I rarely us self check) in the two lines with the sweetest, but senior checkout workers and I’m not saying seniors in high school.. then I finally get out and lanes are blocked by carts expanding well into the lanes to leave on a Saturday night, yes., I guess the hardest to staff but the busiest… several people upset, what a shame

I tried to return an unopened movie to this store (after filling out the return form on the app) and was told by customer service that under no circumstances could a movie or game be returned, even unopened.I contacted customer support through the Walmart web site and told them of this experience. I was informed that customer service at this store was incorrect and as long as I had an approved app return (a generated barcode) or a receipt, then they should have accepted the return and processed my refund.I was given a full refund by the web support person and told to keep the item for the hassle. So great support there, but this store and its employees need to be better trained on procedures and what is allowed to be returned.

Order was placed for 7-8. I got a notification that my order would be delayed by at least 2 hours. When calling the store, the associate let me know that they were the only associate In the department due to call offs and due to that I would likely not receive my order today. This is completely unacceptable by the management members. Especially when the call offs are due to “weather” and I drove my fiancé to and from work in said weather today. Completely unacceptable by the coach Mike and team leads Heather and Chris. Do better OGP management.

I work in the auto care center changing oil tires and other miscellaneous items. I enjoy helping people get through what is sometimes a scary and expensive process. If I can make decisions a little easier for them I know I've done my job right. So if you are reading this you may need a new set of tires or an oil change. Great location to shop. I prefer this location to the eastgate location where the associates are rude, lazy, and not very helpful. The people working at Milford are nicer, and I've had good experiences with both in-store and curbside pickup shopping. The reason for four-stars is because it can be difficult to find an associate on the floor if you need help. But you can always go to the customer service desk or electronics department, and they are pretty good about paging someone to assist you if needed.

Im using Walmart more and more these days. They seem to remain more fair with all this inflation and out of control price hikes. Thanks for trying to keep the prices down. Not going to "Kroger" anymore. On the same bi-weekly shopping list at the two stores I saved $52 more with WalMart! Same exact items.

It's a great Walmart! There are very few weirdos walking around in this one though so if you are just going to Walmart for people watching go to the Eastgate one or even better the West Union one!

The odds of getting a hold of a customer service rep here at this location is wayyyy better than the Eastgate location! For that reason alone, I'll give it 4 stars. They do need to work on picking up the phone as well but they aren't ridiculously terrible like Eastgate. I like this location but wish it were a little more like Eastgate, or even bigger etc. overall I like it and would choose to visit this one over the Eastgate location if it weren't 15 min down the Rd whuch means Eastgate is much closer . Overall, I personally do like the Milford location!

Yes Walmart has good prices. My own personal opinion they have some of the worst greeters on the planet. Honestly I don't I don't know why businesses insist on having greeters

November 16th I was in Milford Walmart looking at the TV's for the upcoming black Friday deals. I was checking picture quality mostly. An employee came over and I explained I had been saving for a few months bc I'm on disability and black Friday was right around the corner. She proceeded to tell me that there would not be any 55 inch on sale only 65 and larger. She convinced me to go ahead and get the Hisense 58 inch for $268 which was more than I wanted to spend bc I also wanted to get the 5 year protection plan. She told me not to purchase the Allstate plan bc they don't do anything if the TV goes out. In total I spent $289. Fast forward to black Friday and low and behold the TCL 55 inch was on sale for $188. With tax it would have been $207. I feel swindled. She knew (I've worked in retail my whole life and worked a lot of black Friday's) what was in the sale bc they find out 2 weeks ahead of time. The assistant manager Tim said there's nothing he can do, they're out of the TV now and I don't have the box to return mine. They've lost my business, period! I could've used the extra money for Christmas for my family and now I'm scrambling to try to make up the extra money I could've had.

I have been going here forever it seems. I once had a cashier leave his lane twice to go grab the right bag of chips I was looking for. The employees are so kind, polite and personable. I know I can always get a good deal here and even find my fave things on sale sometimes. I also love the fact that they have a great vegetarian selection and that they have a vegetarian selection at all.

Things are constantly put in the wrong spot on the shelf which makes you think that the price is lower than what it is. Also check your "clearance" aisle because the prices cost just as much if not more for certain items that are on normal shelves. It's not clearance when it's the same price or cost more no matter what color sticker you put on it.
