I honestly don’t even know where to begin. When I went to fill my daughter’s prescription, they shorted me half of the prescription and I had to go back After waiting in the drive-through for 45 minutes. They are extremely rude and slow. I have gestational diabetes, and it took them over a week to fill all of my prescriptions. It’s taken them weeks to get my prescriptions in. I switched pharmacies to Walgreens on 28th and I am so much happier.

In terms of getting your medication, this pharmacy is on par with every other pharamacy I have been to post COVID. The thing I appreciate more in this pharmacy is the staff. We have had a lot of medical needs in our family post COVID and for a while I was making visits 1-3 times a week. Are they understaffed, yes, but so is everyone else. Despite that the staff has always been helpful and friendly, patient with our mixed up prescriptions and kindly answered my questions. These poor people deal with angry and disappointed customers all day but still manage to have a good attitude. That is why I have stuck with this location.

The absolute WORST pharmacy I have ever used! They fill prescriptions in the drive thru, causing major backups, resulting in having to wait over 20 minutes in line just to pick up! The people are rude, slow, and lazy! One pharmacist didnt want to call around to see if he could get a prescription I need in because they didnt have it in stock. I got angry and told him to call around anyway! I need it! Definately looking for a new pharmacy!!

Let me preface this review by stating that I have been a pharmacy customer at this location for many, many years. Pre-COVID they were great. Post COVID what a disaster this location has become. Short staffed after COVID I understood. But the pandemic and its crisis has been over for the last 2 years. This location has been known to take up to 5 days to refill a prescription. Yet when you bring that forward as a complaint, what you get is a snarky grin and "I'm sorry you feel that way." What?! Now look I have worked customer service for years and I'm sorry you feel that way is just another way of saying, that's your problem. WRONG WRONG WRONG.Recently I attempted to call to verify they had a medication in stock. But couldn't reach them by phone because they turned the phone off because they were busy. I was informed that I had to come in. I was out of town and wasn't about to send my husband when it either wasn't ready or wasn't in stock....really?!?! So after many many years with CVS I am changing pharmcies. I am done with the rudeness, unprofessionalism and incompetence.

We’ve gone here for YEARS. And, it’s gotten so bad. The pharmacy is likely short-staffed. But, there’s no excuse to tell me your pharmacy is open until 9. And, my husband rush to get home from work tonight & the doors are locked and drive thru closed… at 8:54pm. If you close at 9 - you should have your pharmacy open until 9. We needed this antibiotic today. And gave you HOURS to fill it. How disappointing. We are switching pharmacies at this point, and I’m sure they couldn’t care less.

This CVS on St.Rt.131 is one of the worse pharmacy I have ever used. They are slow even they have more help than most stores and most of the employees have poor customer service experience. I would not recommend this store to anyone. My Dr sent over a couple prescription at 9:30 am and I was told it would be ready by 2 at 3:30 it still wasn't ready and I was told it would be another 30 min.

we had a script that needs to be filled by tomorrow. I went to pick it up today....they do not have it & will not have it until Monday. Did anyone from CVS contact us? NO.... Have been on the phone for a half hour trying to reach the doctor to have the scrip changed to a different pharmacy. This scrip has to be filled or we may end up in the ER. I can not believe my husbands life may be endangered because CVS.

Went to get my vaccine and the system was messed up because a previous vaccine was cancelled and I was told "I don't have time to research this right now sorry" and was dismissed by the pharmacist. The technicians were nice but she was not. Should not treat patients and customers like that!

Rude staff. Always have a nasty attitude. They’ll say your prescription will be ready in 20 minutes then in 20 minutes they’ll say 2 hours. Go somewhere else.

Came into this store and was treated absolutely horrible by Claudia Chriswell when asked for help on a certain item that I was purchasing that didn’t ring up as the sale price that was shown on a big display. Claudia was extremely rude and told me that the sale was over when clearly it was not as shown on the display on the item. Claudia then proceeded to tell me that she was kicking me out of the store “because she has that right!” I did however ask for her managers name which she didn’t give me the correct information. I would love to speak to the manager about this situation because clearly this individual (Claudia Chriswell) doesn’t know how to properly communicate with customers of this company.

The pharmacy team saved the day. My dad forgot his very important prescription and we were at CVS right at 8 am to see if we can get an emergency refill. The pharm team made it happen. They were nice and kind and smiling and helpful at 8 am. Thank you so much for saving the day.

I was told by a female pharmacy employee that “it’s not their job” to communicate with any other CVS pharmacy on my behalf. She told me to call them myself; she did her job. Possibly the rudest pharmacy staff person I’ve ever encountered.

The work ethic at this pharmacy is terrible enough as it is and now they are even closed from 1:30 to 2:00. It's already hard enough to get a hold of anyone on the phone when you call a lot of times it takes an hour for them to answer then finally when somebody does answer they are not polite at all they just seem annoyed that they have to answer the phone and help a customer that has questions auto refills are a joke long ridiculous wait times for medicine to be filled called the doctor had them call the prescription at wallgreens then shortly after that the medicine was ready to be picked up. I will never take care of a loved one again who has cancer and use this pharmacy because when it comes to their comfort and getting their medicine this is most definitely not the pharmacy to use wouldn't even give 1 star but it doesn't give me the option not to

This pharmacy is terrible. I will get texts saying my prescription is ready, but when I get there they say it hasn't been filled yet. Then they cheerfully offer to "expedite" it, which may take another 30 minutes. This is the company's fault. They are understaffing

Too understaffed in pharmacy!My doctor called in a new med for me that he wanted me to begin ASAP. Problem is..they haven't filled it yet..too busy and I called 7 times today with a total hold time of over 2 hours and NEVER got to speak to anyone! I would go elsewhere but our insurance only allows us to use them.

If they can't keep the pharmacy open because of staffing issues, then they really should just close the door and not accept prescription requests. Today is the 3rd time that I've got notification that my prescription is ready, but when I get there to pick it up (on the same day) they're closed.

So I actually switched to this CVS due to issues with the one that is closer to me (see that review for more details). I happened to be pulling this location up in google when I saw the reviews and was afraid because I thought I may have had my script sent to the wrong place. I am writing this review only to put the other reviews into context because I see this virtually every single time I go to *ANY* pharmacy in this state, and I've even apologized to the staff on behalf of a customers egregious rudeness. Since he can have no expectations of privacy while shouting at the top of his lungs in a public store, let me summarize what this man was upset about. He (or his doctor) supposedly submitted a prescription that earlier that day - I am not trying to suggest that he didnt submit it, i simply have no evidence one way or another so i wish to give him the benefit of the doubt and assume to the best of his knowledge he thought that it had been submitted/transferred successfully. Between the time that the prescription was sent and him leaving to come to this pharmacy it is my understanding a significant amount of time had gone by (i.e. at least an hour) such that he did not submit the script then immediately try to go to the pharmacy. Upon asking about his prescription, he became immediately disgruntled to learn it was not ready that second (this has occured frequently to me, ive never been asked to wait more than 20 minutes and I rarely wait more than 10, even if I have arrived before the promised by time) and without waiting for the pharmacist to even offer filling it immediately he began to question her competency as filling a prescription barely takes any strength at all (hes technically correct, but this suggests he lacks some fundamental understanding of how controlled medications work.) I will concede i dont recall if the issue was that his script had not been transferred or if they didnt have it in stock, but the result was that they were not physically and/or legally capable of filling his prescription at that time. This would upset me too, but the problem here is this man had ample means and opportunity to verify every aspect of every issue he encountered had he done anything resembling due diligence in validating the availability of a medication that one would expect is crucially important to him given his absolutley petulant outburst. He could've checked the online portal, he could've contacted the pharmacy, he could've contacted his doctor, but based on his deflections he simply got off the phone with his doctor and expected to pick it up whenever he felt like it. That is not [edit: typo corrected] how a pharmacy works.These people work very hard and their primary concern is your health and wellbeing. They manage medication [edit: typo corrected] for hundreds if not thousands of people, the least you could do is give them a little help by calling ahead to make sure its ready (if theyre super busy maybe they're too busy to call you because someone is in dire need of insulin and your prozac can wait) or at the very least if you show up without having verified anything be courteous and respectful, theyll help you if they can, helping people is literally their job.

I made a COVID booster appointment for 10/5 at 8 pm, arrived 13 minutes early and was never able to check in as a crowd of unmasked customers—a few of them quite visibly ill with deep coughs—gathered around the pharmacy. I did not think it worth the risk to keep waiting in that group, so I left. If you’re looking for a safe environment to get the jab, I’d suggest UC. They did a fantastic job with the first round of vaccines, minimizing risk to both their patients and staff. And shame on the maskless people for having so little consideration for their fellow humans.

This CVS is an absolute joke! How is it it you send a text asking if I want my prescription filled at 12:58pm and at 1:05pm I reply yes and at 6:30pm when I am there to pick it up you haven’t filled it and have no answers about how long? Your only excuse is we are really busy. That is not good enough! Get it together. I will not be back!! You just lost over $400 for a prescription.

The absolute worst pharmacy you could go to.Do not use this store for pharmacy. You will be needing a new perscription from your doctor for the stress, anxiety and frustration you will incur from this terribly inept pharmacy. If you don't want to have experiences that make you fantasie about driving your car into the building, having your blood pressure going through the roof please don't use this pharmacy.

This has a great CVS pharmacy department. It's rare for me to follow up on anything that is filled here. They are patient, friendly, helpful, and offer to contact whomever wrote a script for refills - they stay on it if they don't get a timely response.

I can’t seem to get anyone on the phone… I tried to reach the pharmacy to find out about a prescription my Doctor called in. I’ve been hung up on 3 times after going through the terrible phone system and waiting about 7-8 minutes each time. It’s time to switch to Walgreens pharmacy. This is ridiculous.

Most pathetic pharmacy services in the tri-state area! I cant count the number of times the walk up and drive through had over hour long waits. They have been given orders to fill prescriptions while I was told to wait for over an hour to find out they forgot to fill the order and told me to wait another hour and a half. Please if you value your time and care for your health, use Walgreens on Rt. 28 or ANY OTHER pharmacy.

I was purchasing a rather expensive over the counter medicine and Cindy thought she remembered there was a coupon for the product. She took the time to look for me and sure enough there was. It made a big difference on my purchase. I really appreciated her kindness and willing to go above and beyond to make sure I saved money. I will definitely be back. At the end of the day, there are lots of drug stores in the area, but the team you have working is your real interaction with the company and defines your experience. People make the difference. Thanks again!

Told me my meds were ready. When I got there the next day, they said they WEREN'T ready and I'd have to wait a half hour. Previous obligations meant I couldn't wait. So, no blood pressure meds- Great!

I have been using this CVS for 20 +yrs. In the past 18 months I have had problems every time! My Dr. Office will prescribe antibiotic and they don't get filled for 2 or 3 days.I'm tired of hearing were understaffed.😖.

I was there at 8am this morning. Where were you? No cars in the parking lot = no emoyees. Doors locked. Posted hours say you open at 8am. What gives?

I can’t believe they charged $42 for three Kodak camera I turned in. I wasn’t able to pick them up so my sister did when she got home I couldn’t believe she paid $42 for pictures that printed off by CVS looked like complete crap…. I called before taking them and the girl who answered the phone (no name) was so rude…… I have had two good clerks at this store but a complete rip off and yes I will be returning them

The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the techs are so sweet, but the pharmacist is rude. She’s been here the last two times and is terrible. She talks to me like I’m stupid when I have prescription questions. Also very slow pharmacy.

Prescriptions are not filled for many days and then only when you complain. They say they are too busy. Help them out by taking your business to another pharmacy.
