The gentleman who helped me was very nice and helpful. I needed grooming advice and he was quick to show me the correct tools to use. They had a couple cats that were available for adoption. Their cages were clean, the cats looked well taken care of and other than looking lonely seemed happy in their temporary home.

We moved to the area a little less than a year ago and being around the corner from this pet shop has been a goldmine. My husband and I have become regulars and they recognize and greet us every time! They treat us so well and will even order in items for us. We have a variety of pets so it’s amazing.Huge bonus: I had been waiting to get an axolotl for months (doing research and preparing setup) and I kept an eye on the ones they had here. They have always been in great shape, never have I seen an axolotl or any of their other fish for that matter in poor condition. This is a little hidden gem and so much better than any big box stores. Thank you Bill and your Pawesome employees!! My little guy is thriving and growing!

I take my dogs here for grooming. This past Saturday we dropped the dogs off and about 15 minutes later Miranda called me and said one of my dogs was having a seizure. I rushed back to get her and Miranda was holding her and calming her down. That meant the world tome that she did that. The dog is fine but, she went out of her way to help my dog. I really appreciate that. I will never go anywhere else. Thanks again, Miranda.

Love this place!! We bring our sheepadoodle and our schnorkie here after a long a great relationship with a previous groomer who actually recommended them to us. The dogs are excited to go and look amazing when we pick them up. The staff is great and we really enjoy the service. If your looking for reliable grooming service and excellent groomers, then this is your place!!

Great prices and friendly staff. Everytime I go for fish stuff, I get healthy fish and tons of advice. This past week I got some ideas for a new project and talked one on one with the manager on how to accomplish it. He never seemed rushed and answered all of my questions. Even threw in lil bits of advice that I never would've thought of. They don't compare to other pet stores. They care about quality over quantity of customer service. I will be coming back for all of my aquarium needs from now on. Thanks for the shrimp tank help!

I've been taking my pets here for the past year to get their nails trimmed. Always do a great job. The girls are really friendly and you can tell they truly enjoy working with pets. I love all the big plants in the windows. I can usually get in within a couple of days of calling, sometimes day of which is great. Thank you for always being awesome.

I've been reading several of the reviews and I'm a bit skeptical on them. I've been bringing our Brittany Spaniel here for a few years now, every couple weeks to help keep nails short, and I've never had any issues. Kristin is great and always takes care of our Millie girl. She even let's me know if she finds any weird lumps or bumps which is nice. I definitely recommend them when friends do ask.

I have been going here for a few years now. They're the only place in the area (That I know of) that sell live feeder rats. I absolutely love it here, and will continue to return twice a week, every week. The staff is always super helpful, and friendly. 👍 Highly recommend.

My skittish fur baby got a great pedi-pedi in record time. We had called for an appointment and the groomer stopped the pet she was grooming, cleaned the area, and tookour pup right in. She was kind and professional.They have a nice selection of pet care supplies, and I am happy with the shampoo I purchased.Additionally, they have fish.

I went into get pig ears for my spoiled dog. I was in last week and I was surprised about the dying plants in his window. Idk how his business is doing but I being a plant person was in shock. So I went in today to get a pig ear and the plants look terrible at least the corn plants . I will take care of them for a fee. I am available to do this.

I made an appointment on the phone with them for my doodle. When I walked in I instantly regretted making an appointment. The place was dirty as can be. They had dead mice in cages with other alive mice. They had dirty fishtanks everywhere with green water, one even siphoning water into a kiddie pool on the ground. It was just dirty. But online it said they had a $50 cancellation fee so I told myself I would only take him one time. I talked to the lady- she was kind and reassured me that he was in good hands. I told her that he has been nicked several times by previous groomers and she assured me that that would not happen to him. So I left him there and two hours later they called me to say he was ready. I went and picked him and up it was quite possible the worst haircut I have ever seen. He wasn’t nicked- thankfully. But there are parts of his ears that are very long and uneven. He has sections on his belly where they just missed completely. And on top of all that.. the price!! He is a 60 pound doodle. I have never EVER paid more than $90 for him. And that’s in all 4 years of taking him to several different groomers in different states.. I paid $140 !! I definitely will not ever be taking him there again. Staff was friendly and kind though.

What an amazing mom and pop store run by simply wonderful people! I've been going there for 4yrs, I believe and I've had nothing but excellent experiences, not to mention they have very competitive prices. My 2 welsh terriers are groomed there, Gammy 14 & Carly 7, also our wire fox terrier Duc who is 2, and they are always excited to see Miss Miranda, and look amazing when I pick them up! I will continue to sing their praises every chance I get!! This is definitely without a doubt a 5+ star experience for us all!

I love this place! I have 15 different reptiles and 2 dogs so I am constantly visiting for feeders for my reptiles, accessories for their tanks and just about anything you can imagine. The owner has been extremely knowledgeable of any questions and concerns I have on all my animals and always eager to help. There has been times he's even went above and beyond to help me test my equipment (which wasn't even bought at his store!) to make sure my reptiles are in top health. If you're someone who has reptiles, you completely understand how hard it is to find live feeders and hearty crickets so this place is a miracle to us!

Lots of selection, reasonable prices, and some very cute toys and accessories for pets. Great service from the staff here, and Bill will probably help you with heavy items if you ask nicely. Miranda is a very careful and experienced groomer who will really care for your dogs and give them the love and attention they need. Added bonus is being able to come in and visit the sweet adoptable cats in the store from the Humane Society.

If you love your dog...DO NOT TAKE IT HERE!!!Not only is the one groomer not nice to dogs....I saw her be mean to a dog in front of me.My dog caught an infection..it cost me 350.00!!!Most likely the dirty water they reuse to bath all the dogs!Also...the price!!! 60.00 for a small dog!

We have been coming here just a short time since getting my son a bearded dragon last month and rescuing another this month. They have been incredibly helpful and frirnfly. Great selection and pricing! They have quickly become our ho-to spot for all of critters! Highly recommend
