I wanted to make a mention this review in now way reflects Centerra as a corporate brand. A bad apple can spoil the rest so I wanted to make sure I make it aware that Centerra as a corporate brand is pretty awesome. I have been to stores all over Ohio without issues. I had a dealing with the manager of this store. I can make a review because I spent money here purchasing product that I wanted to buy a water cooler mainly that was made in the USA. I was also there to see if they may have been interested in purchasing a product we manufacture locally in Ohio. They said they would let me know and took a sample that I left. and then dragged me out for well over month without really telling me they were not interested. This was ok by me. But the overall experience I had with the manager was pretty rude.. I gave 3 stars because used to be a customer and as a customer the experience I had was the manager was just plain rude! I added photos of our product which will not be sold in their stores at least never in the Medina location.

Be careful when purchasing anything here. They sell old merchandise at full price. Look at the price sticker - the last two numbers are the year they got it in stock. I've tried to purchase supplements, feed and animal skincare products here only to see the product has been on the shelf for three or four years. It's dishonest and bad business to sell old merchandise to unsuspecting customers. I won't shop here again.

Always friendly staff, excellent selection. We get our dog food here (we have great Danes, so we're here A LOT), and they have a reward program that gives us every 8th bag free. We've been loyal customers for 7 years and never a bad experience!

We enjoyed our trip to this country store. We took our dog, as pets are welcome. We bought a few sale and pet items, but felt the prices were a bit higher than our local feed store. The sales associate s were helpful and friendly.

A huge selection of everything imaginable for the home, yard or farm. Sloggers which are awesome shoes. Cool country decorations. Lots and lots and lots of different bird feeders and foods. Extremely helpful staff. They will even load up your car for you. And just much much much more.

The selection is okay. They have pretty much everything you need as far as livestock feed and barn supplies. Gift items and bird feed is quite pricey. My biggest gripe is that the staff (cashiers) lately have been unhelpful and know nothing about the products they carry.
