I called yesterday to get my dogs 12 week shot no vet I called 128 times in a row starting at 9 since they can't seem to get call waiting just to be told try again tomorrow.. I will say when they do want to get to you there are polite and good with the animals only reason they get 3 Stars Instead of 2

The more I go the more I get comfortable. Moving from the city vets to the country was a big change but for the beter. The Doctor and staff are very friendly, listen to your pets history and share in their care. Down to earth, honest and practical service.

This office has the most ridiculous scheduling model I have ever seen in a clinic. You can’t get through on the phone as it always rings busy and there’s no option to leave a voicemail. When you are finally able to get ahold of someone, instead of scheduling you they tell you to call back on a specific day to schedule an appointment for that same day…in short, you can’t call and make an appointment ahead of time because Dr. G isn’t consist with his schedule. Apparently he has all the time in the world for live stock, but if you have a small animal you’re better off driving the extra miles elsewhere. This place is such a Mickey Mouse operation.

Went there on an emergency and the lady refused to even try to call the vet to see if he could come in my dog passed away shortly after and she refused to even try and help

Always a friendly atmosphere. Great vet, who really cares about the customer as well as the pet. A little hard to get in but once you do, it's well worth the wait. Prices are affordable. If I need meds for my pets, I just call and can pick them up that day.

This Vet was wonderful! He had the best bedside manner in regards to handling my cat. He seemed to be thorough and knowledgeable. His rates were very reasonable.I will definitely be back. My only wish is that they would accept advance appointments. As it is, you have to call first thing in morning and hope you can get through and get an appointment for that day.

It may be hard to get in to see them but whenever you take you cat or dog into seeing them for care, they really listen and they give them such great care and I greatly appreciate them. Because of their love and care for animals explains why it is so difficult to get an appointment with them.

he does the locals a really great service by not charging an arm and a leg for extremely high quality care hands! the cost of his care is more than reasonable and affordable. hands down greatest vet I've ever had care for my dogs and horses. a very busy vet(which means he's f*%cking great at what he does) but dedicated to his clients and their animals.

I couldn't have asked for better service. They were all so kind and understanding when I had to have my Clementine put to sleep. They aloud me to be right there with her to comfort her the entire time. And I must say, they are very reasonable with their pricing. Highly recommended.

These guys are the best. My demon cat was sick and they saw him that day. Normally my beast trust no one other than me. He took to Dr John Groah like he was his best friend. They were extremely gentle with him and got him fixed rite up.

This Vet Clinic is all around awesome. My dog was sick and they got me right in. Gave me meds and told me what else I could do as a pet owner. My dog is somewhat moody and wasn’t sure how she would react but everything went well and she didn’t bite nobody. Yeah

Veterinarian Dr John grow is a tremendous Vet he truly cares about the animals. I truly believe there's nothing that he can't handle being from small to large. I have always felt that I have been treated more than fairly since I have been going there and I wouldn't think of going anywhere else.

Just got back from an office visit with my 12 yr old lab Sadie. She was scared and shaking uncontrollably. John gave her a massage to calm her down and her tail was wagging by the time he was done. He took his time with her and showed such compassion it brought tears to my eyes. Their prices, compared to others are very good, but more importantly they care. Thank you John!

They refused to help me at all with my German Shepherd puppy. She got sick puking and diarrhea, told me they couldn’t do anything at all. Took her to a different vet got fluids & meds for her. They sent her home. Go back to dr Groah this morning after calling the number listed for emergencies MULTIPLE times all morning and no answer or never a phone call back. We took her to the office the second they opened this morning, the tech said she couldn’t do anything and it was pretty much my fault because they told me to take her over an hour away. My dog passed literally 2 minutes after pulling out of their parking lot. They don’t care about the animals at all, and I will never go back there again.

Been bringing our pets to Morgan Vet for 23 years. Never had a bad experience. They are great with all the animals, and are willing to bill you if you can't pay the full amount on the day of service. Very friendly staff.
