Great place to wash your dog after a run in the rain, mud or snow. $25 for 6 washes. Not 10 per wash. Easy pz and I didn't have to clean the tub.

We got a puppy and needed some things. They had everything we needed and plenty of choices. The girl working the register was friendly and super helpful. They also have a nice dog wash area.

Decent place. Most of the time they have what I need. Great selection and the staff is generally friendly. Taste of the Wild dry food is hit or miss, but the rest seemed well stocked. Will return when the local guy is sold out.

I have two male cats that are beyond finicky! Since COVID-19 has hit it's impossible to find the food that they like.I visited this store recently and was pleasantly surprised at the supplies and services they have for pets of all sorts.The staff went out of their way to help me and you could tell they weren't acting "fake friendly" like you get at alot of establishments. The staff also didn't make me feel like a nuisance because they had to do their job! I live in Kentucky, so needless to say it's a bit of a haul to this store but it was definitely worth it. From now on though, if I only need supplies; I can order them off their website and have them delivered. 🙏 Pet stores to me are just like getting a haircut at a hairsalon; once I find a place that does it right I stick to it.I want to say thank you to the new management also; you have stopped the vengeance my boys once leashed upon me for not having the food they wanted!

Excellent service!! Very helpful and knowledgeable. Helped me with picking the right de-sheding brush for my kitty's. Gave my one doggie a bath, love that they have everything right there. I got a punch card for 5 baths for $25. Saving money since a bath is $10.

I bought some fish from from here around two weeks ago. There were a lot of dead fish in all of the tanks and they were dirty. There was one dead fish on the filter that had to of been there for at least a week. I shouldn't have bought them because of the way the tanks looked but I felt bad for them. A couple days after I bought them I noticed white spots on a few of them. I started treating them with ick treatment right away. But, my other fish also caught it and nearly my entire aquarium full of fish have died. I unfortunately wouldn't recommend getting any fish from here. They definitely aren't being taken care of properly and the staff weren't very kind.

Not much in pets. Some reptiles (none in stock). Some fish. Nothing exciting or uncommon. I'm sure some is due because of the pandemic but honestly...there is way more "pet stuff" than pets...the high note of our visit was friendly and helpful employees. Our daughters really enjoy their new hamsters.

The folks there are knowledgeable and friendly. They convinced us to try a new dog food for our dogs and it was worth it as they eat it up like crazy and solves some stomach issues as well. So glad they are there and the passion for pets is evident!

We love the self service dog wash! Always clean and well stocked. Plenty of choices in shampoo. Like the towel drying but love the warm air blower.

I would give 0-5 stars if I could. Go there to buy crickets for my pet and the last two time they scam/play me. Ask for 200 crickets and when I go home and count there’s like 50-80 every time. The thing that gets me is they don’t even count the crickets they just look at the egg crates and say there’s a hundred crickets on each egg crate I’ll give u two there you go. That’s unprofessional and a scam. Don’t go here and waste hard earned money on this scam

This place seems to only cater to cat and dog owners when there are a wide range of pets I feel like more car could be taken off the reptiles every time I go in I feel like they are mistreated and I want to save them. The staff don't seem to care about anything except for their phones. I only rate it a 2 because they actually had live crickets. I wish management would turn this location around.

Impressed with tge dog toy selection but sad and disappointed with the comment the guy with glasses made about my daughter's size. She is a brain tumor survivor and her weight is effected by her medications. Please be kind to your customers, even behind our backs. I heard your comment and it hurt bc you don't even know our situation.

Always get greeted when I walk in, help if I have questions and one of the employees there always offers to carry out my heavy purchases (which I appreciate being 26 weeks pregnant!) Love it!

We've been a customer of pet plus for years we usually go to the Mansfield in OH, but we went to the new one in marysville ohio, we had to wait for the cashier for 10 minutes while he was on his phone, we'll probably never go back to that one even again.
