Office manager is horrible. She is very unprofessional and cold. The first time I went, something just did not feel right. I should have gone with my gut. I was thrilled with the prices though so I gave them a chance. I took my cat there 4 times in the last year and each time it was very uncomfortable. I had a question about my bill and the office manager blew up at me and instantly said she would give me the number of another vet. Then she hung up on me. I then called back and spoke with Dr. Finney and he sided with the manager (of course) and was very rude. Not good customer service all the way around. Each time I went, there was never any other customer coming or going. (Should have been another sign). I'm afraid my cat has received poor treatment and we will have to deal with more problems because of the lack of knowledge with his issues of mouth ulcers and possibly gum bone issues. Go with your gut if something doesn't feel right. I will never go back there again. My pets quality of care is more important to me than the cost.

I've been taking my dogs to Dr. Finney for years! They are amazing. I had an American Bulldog that was known to snap and I always asked if they wanted him muzzled. Dr. Finney never did and the more I took Tonka, the better he was with the doctor. I've always really respected him for that. It shows his patience with the animals he treats and how he earns their respect. I don't have one unkind word to say about this office.

My husband & I just love Dr. Finney. He has taken care of my husband's family's animals for years with great care & now he is taking care of our dogs. We have a pitbull male that has cancer & Dr. Finney is so caring. We are so heartbroken about this but every time we call or go in Dr. Finney always manages to help us to get through this painful process. The staff there are also so wonderful. Thank you all so very much.

Affordable and friendly. I'm joey and my dog bowie needs his ears cleaned every once in awhile. He howls like he is dying but his ears are better within a couple hours. He likes to poop in the yard.

Dr. Finney is a wonderful caring vet. I highly recommend him. He has personally called me after hours before when my dog had lost her first liter of pups. I fully entrust the lives of my beloved furbabes when it comes to making medical decisions. I also like having the ability to obtaining certain pet meds online and the office indeed does check that their meds you order fully align with what you are ordering for your pet. Not long ago I ordered heartworm medicine thinking it was just for parasites and I ended up ordering the kind that also treated for fleas and tics as well, the only problem with that was I also had ordered a flea and tic medication alongside of that. Dr. Finney ended up calling me as a result to clear things up.Another caveat is the costs are affordable along withthe office staff being very nice to deal with. A small-town feel with big hearts, I refuse to go elsewhere. Thank you!

My dog has a SEVERE phobia of the Vet along with a bad heart - This office is INCREDIBLE with him keeping him as calm as they can. I moved further away, but still make the hour drive because no other office I've been to compares to this crew.

Took my dog there for the first time for a teeth cleaning. He has to have this done at least 2 times a year. For the first time after a teeth cleaning 2 days later his breath smells horrible again. I pulled his cheeks away from his mouth and there's still tartar on his teeth $322 after. 😟

My husband and I discovered traffic on 94, for a dog running down the middle road..I get out and yelled come here and got him into our car..He had a rabies and dog license..but not a name tag with numbers..when we debated on what to do I said well there is a vet office right up here..they can scan for a micro chip..he didn't have one, but the rabies tag was "theirs" didn't know that was a thing..but they said we can keep himhere and had owner information before I left..hours later I call to just make sure he made it home, left a message and if your busy no rush to call.Dr. Finney called me back and said yes he did the front desk girls took care of it..I already have a vet..but if they can take time to call back the crazy dog lady..and take that good of care of taking him in until they could contact the owner..If I am ever in need..I'll be coming here
