Great store with great stuff. How did people even feed their chickens before this store opened? Oatmeal? Bird Seed? anyway I like to look at the clothes and I wish I could afford them, but no other store has the style... I get supplies for my pets and garden at Tractor Supply.

Great place to shop. Bought my kayak from there, took it home and saw that one of the cushions was missing. Called them and explained, they ordered a new one and withing a few weeks I’ve got what I needed to make me a happy camper again 😉

The manager at this store needs to give the employees some creative freedom. Was pleased to see a fun skeleton with hat etc, upon entering the store, a phenomenal way to display product… well some stick in the mud put an end to that. Does everything have to be generic? Let the employees help sell the goods creatively, it keeps them happy. Happy workers perform their jobs better.

Super friendly. Had ordered a bunch of cattle panels and horse mats. I offered to help load. They politely declined and told me to go enjoy the store. They would find me when it was all loaded up. Great experience.

Gretchen, the manager of the Macedonia store, is fantastic!She went out of her way to help my husband find new trailer tires; she called different stores until she connected with a location that had them in stock.Great customer service!

I've recently started going to TSC. I tend to find alot of the things I can't find at the big box stores. Plus they have animals if you catch them at the right time of the year. Who doesn't love that.

I've had routinely disappointing experiences with associate Angela at this location. Came in for shorts, she told me to look online. Ordered online, they came in too big and I had to pay a $15 delivery fee. Came in to return them and she was really rude, didn't seem eager to assist, and told me to talk to the manager if I wanted to buy clothes in the future or see about waiving the outrageous delivery fee. I'll take my business to Middlefield TSC or Dickies online for clothes going forward, you should too.

It took 30 minutes before they took our orders then when we got our food it.was cold and all four of my eggs were cooked hard as a rock. When I order them over easy. They only took 2.00 off the bill. I WILL NOT GO BACK.

There's really nothing not to like, this place has an excellent staff and a management team that actually cares about the store. No matter how busy they are someone will find the time to help every customer find what they're looking for. In my opinion, the best part about shopping at tractor supply in Macedonia is the manager who has a near encyclopedic knowledge of the products in the store and their uses. If you don't know exactly what you're looking for, you can explain it to Bethany or Gretchen and either one will find what you're looking for. A really great store.

The employees here are top notch! Not only are they helpful in store, but today when we had car trouble- in below zero temperatures- one of the cashier's found someone to cover for her and offered to jump our car. So thankful she was able to help us!

The lady at the counter seemed prepared to help me with what I needed and I appreciated the feedback she gave. I have never been to a tractor supply and had no idea what to expect. No one there was extremely chipper, which is ok. It just made the place seem less friendly. I definitely will be back though because of the wealth of supplies and knowledge available here.
