Great experience! My groomer was superb and took such pride in her position. The cashier was great as well. Please give these 2 young employees a day off or gift card!! They are keepers!!! Hard to find young kids taking such pride and these 2 were raised by some terrific parents!!!

Brittany’s exceptional for my dog surpassed all expectations. Jennifer is a great groomer. I take my boy once a month and she gets down on the floor with him to try and help him feel more comfortable and she is sweet to both of my pets. I have witnessed her show so much compassion and love for her fur-clients and she truly cares. I trust her with my pups and I continue to go to petco grooming because of her. Jennifer is by far the best groomer I have ever gone to in the last 15 years. Every month I walk in and she has a smile on her face. She is so welcoming and easy to talk to.I drop either one pup off or both and they are done in such a timely manner, and I’m honestly shocked. Jennifer has recommended VitalCare because of the perks and discounts on the grooming that ends up saving me almost half of the grooming costs monthly and when she recommended it, I felt like she was truly trying to help me save money while still receiving the same great quality of service.Thank you for being great Jennifer, Oliver, Bailey and I appreciate you!Petco in itself has great customer service, In store and over the phone. I placed an online order for same day delivery and I used some Pal Rewards on the order. After 2 days of no update I called corporate PetCo customer service and they picked up within minutes, canceled my order and re issued double the Pal Rewards I used on the order and I was off of the phone within 15 minutes.I am in Petco monthly and these experiences are what makes me want to keep going back. Yes they are a major company but honestly the customer service makes me feel like I am truly a valued customer/client. That speaks volumes!

I took my dog Rosco to the Macedonia Petco for his first grooming. He’s an anxious dog and I was afraid he would not do well in a new setting with a stranger. We met Jennifer, who was welcoming and offered Rosco a “meet-and-greet” to see if he would be comfortable coming to Petco. Her good character showed, because he immediately wagged his tail upon seeing Jennifer. She lead him through the facility so that he could get a feel for it. Based on this alone we knew we could trust her! She scheduled him for an early time of the day so the distractions would be minimal for him.Upon picking Rosco up after his grooming, I was very impressed. The service was quick and he came out happy with a super smooth trim and smelling fresh! We can’t thank Jennifer enough for her kindness and care. We will ABSOLUTELY be back ❤️🐾

My two tiny yorkie poos only weigh 4 and 5 pounds so they are fragile. I know they are in good gentle and caring hands when I drop them off with Jennifer or Emily. Both pups are groomed beautifully with their nails clipped and teeth brushed!
